दोस्तों ये उन दिनों की बात है... जब हम बिंदास घुमा करते थे बिना मुँह छिपाये, मीडिया industry में होने के नाते हमारा दिल्ली से मुंबई आना जाना लगा रहता था हम अक्सर सुबह की फ्लाइट पकड़ते और आठ बजे तक मुंबई की ऑफिस में होते।दोस्तों जैसा की हम सब जानते हैं मुंबई में रहना महंगा होता है होटल काफी महंगे होते हैं इसलिए जब आप अकेले जा रहे हों तो गेस्ट हाउस बेस्ट होता है और Nice गेस्ट हाउस एक बजट गेस्ट हाउस मलाड वेस्ट मुंबई में यहाँ आप मात्र 2000-2500 में AC पर्सनल रूम पर डे के हिसाब से ले सकते हैं और यह जगह लोकेशन वाइज काफी अच्छी भी है.
दोस्तों सुबह के नाश्ता में वड़ा पाव या हेल्थी सैंडविच हम ऑफिस के पास ही खाते थे और ये मेरा फ़ेवरिट नाश्ता था आप मेनू देखकर पता लगा सकते हैं की यह कितना किफायती नाश्ता है. दोस्तों नाश्ते के बाद हम निकल चुके थे फिल्म सिटी गोरेगावं के लिए हम यहाँ रिलायंस एंटरटेनमेंट की ऑफिस में आये थे अपकमिंग प्रोजेक्ट मीटिंग के लिए, आज यहाँ काम जल्दी ख़त्म हो गया था मैं फिल्म सिटी से बाहर आ गया था मेरी कल की फ्लाइट थी मेरे पास आज पूरा एक दिन था तो मैंने सोंचा की आज क्यों न पूरा फिल्म सिटी घूम लिया जाए, ज्यादा न सोंचते हुए मैंने फटाफट एक टिकट लिया 650 रूपये में और घुस गए फिल्म सिटी टूरिज्म के बस में दोस्तों हमने यहाँ के बॉलीवुड टूरिज़्म के बारे में काफी सुना था पर कभी इनके टूरिज्म बसों से टूर नहीं किया था पर आज हम पूरा फिल्म सिटी घूमेंगे प्रॉपर गॉइड के साथ.
दोस्तों अगर आप गोरेगावँ फिल्म सिटी घूमना चाहते हैं तो आपको यहाँ फिल्म सिटी के गेट पर टिकट काउंटर से टिकट लेना पड़ेगा।इंडियन टूरिस्ट के लिए 650 रूपये पर हेड, और फोर्नर टूरिस्ट के 3000 रूपये पर हेड टिकट है जिसमे आपको AC लक्ज़री बस में शीट मिलेगी और साथ में पानी और चिप्स भी मिलेगा। दोस्तों इक ख़ास बात बता दूँ की बॉलीवुड टूरिज़्म के जो गाइड होते हैं ये एक आर्टिस्ट ही होते हैं जो पूरे रास्ते में आपको गाइड करने के साथ साथ एक अच्छा एंटरटेनमेंट भी करते हैं.

Earlier it was not allowed to go inside to see the film city for public but now the good news is that you can book the Filmcity bus tour and explore this lovely place. The amount of Bollywood movies shot here at Film City Goregaon is incredible as are some of the sets you get to walk around, like that of Baghban, Singham, Deewar, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and more. Film City is an integrated film studio complex situated near Sanjay Gandhi National Park at Goregaon East, Mumbai in India. It has several recording rooms, gardens, lakes, theaters and grounds that serve as the venue of many Bollywood film shootings.
It was built in 1977 by the state government to provide facilities and concessions to the film industry.The plan for Film City was prepared and executed under the guidance of V. Shantaram. It was renamed Dadasaheb Phalke Chitra Nagari in 2001 in memory of India's first producer-director-screenwriter Dadasaheb Phalke, who is considered father of Indian film industry.
