3. This monastery wins the award for the most beautiful in all of Moldova. The complex is made up of five churches, a refectory, several abbeys, and monk cells. Its beauty comes from the Bessarabia architectural style. The centrepiece for the complex is the Mother of God Church, built at the end of the 19th century. After you've explored the grounds and learnt about the unique history of the monastery (it was once a psychiatric hospital during the Soviet era) enjoy a nice stroll through the orchards.
2. Just an hour outside of Chisinau is Orheiul, or Old Orhei, Moldova's most incredible sight. It's an archaeological complex with rich cultural and historical significance. It's also a place of stunning natural beauty. Overlooking the Raut River, this open-air complex features fortifications, baths, caves, ruins, and monasteries – all which date back as late as the Dacian tribes of 2000 years ago. The ancient monuments date from various periods including the Tatar and Mongol invasions, the 10th century BC, and more recently the occupation of the Golden Horde in the 14th century. Because of the unusualness of the area, a museum has been built that offer exhibits and provide information and context for such a unique place.
1. This is modern and friendly place is Moldova's biggest city and serves as its capital. Chisinau has loads of green space, parks, and historical buildings. It feels like a city with space. There's also no shortage of restaurants, art galleries, nightclubs, spas, and casinos! You'll want to visit Pushkin Park and the orange pyramid at the World War II memorial. You'll find marvellous frescoes in the Nativity Cathedral, and if that's not for you, check out the stalls of the local modern artists in the art market.

Chișinău | La mia esperienza in Moldova
Ho trascorso 2 giorni a Chișinău, la capitale della Moldavia. L'ho raggiunta con un autobus di soli 8€ partendo da Iasi in Romania.
Mi sono piaciuti molto i parchi presenti anche nel centro della città.
Purtroppo i monumenti e anche le vie stesse della città non mi sono piaciute moltissimo.

Chișinău also known formerly as Kishinev, is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Moldova. The city is Moldova's main industrial and commercial center, and is located in the middle of the country, on the river Bîc. According to the preliminary results of the 2014 census, the city of Chișinău is home to 492,894 residents. The estimated number of resident population in the Municipality of Chișinău (which includes other nearby communities), as of 1 January 2015, is 736,100.Chișinău is the most economically prosperous locality in Moldova and its largest transportation hub.
Chișinău is located on the river Bâc, a tributary of the Dniester, at 47°0′N 28°55′E, with an area of 120 square kilometres (46 sq mi). The municipality comprises 635 square kilometres (245 sq mi).
The city lies in central Moldova and is surrounded by a relatively level landscape with very fertile ground. Chișinău is governed by the City Council and the City Mayor (Romanian: Primar), both elected once every four years. The current mayor is Dorin Chirtoacă.His predecessor was Serafim Urechean. Under the Moldovan constitution, Urechean — elected to parliament in 2005 — was unable to hold an additional post to that of an MP. The Democratic Moldova Bloc leader subsequently accepted his mandate and in April resigned from his former position. During his 11-year term, Urechean committed himself to the restoration of the church tower of the Catedrala Nașterea Domnului and improvements in public transport.

The second most popular form of domestic transportation within Moldova is via railways. The total length of the network managed by Moldovan Railway CFM (as of 2009) is 1,232 kilometers (766 miles). The entire network is single track and is not electrified. The central hub of all railways is Chișinău Central Railway Station. There is another smaller railway station - Revaca located on the city's ends.Chișinău Railway Station has an international railway terminal with connections to Bucharest, Kiev, Minsk, Odessa, Moscow, Samara, Varna and St. Petersburg. Ce mancare sa va cumparati din magazine? Si cat de bine arata mancarea in Moldova.
O descriere a orasului din masina, ca era extrem de frig. Un fel de tur.
Gasiti imagini cu locurile mele preferate, imagini din magazine, din localuri, si locurile cele mai importante din Chisinau.
Multa caterinca, o voce foarte ragusita si nu in ultimul rand parul meau care a stat in nici un fel. Imi venea sa bag mana prin el sa il aranjez in timp ce editam. Nimic nu ma streseaza mai tare decat un BAD HAIR DAY si o dunga stramba la ochi.
Gaisi de asemenea si cateva cadre de la casa bunicilor mei, unde din pacate nu mai sunt bunicii. Si locul preferat al copilariei mele, unde mi-am petrecut universul jocului - In spatele casei bunicilor.
De asemenea o sa aveti posibilitatea sa ma auziti graind cu accent moldovenesc si cu niste scurte rusisme aruncate ici-colo.
