This is Why Moldova isn't built for Tourists. ????????

Arriving in Chișinău, I had to spend the night before my morning flight. There are no airport hotels in Moldova, so this was the closest option that had available rooms under $100 a night. On the map it looked close and easy enough to get to, but as we'll find out in this video, Moldova is full of corruption, and anyone with enough money can close off public streets to make their own secured, gated compounds.

So we booked a last minute flight from London to Romania and then crossed the border in to Moldova, where we travelled on to the capital Chisinau, to explore the country and try to learn more about this little known country on the edge of eastern Europe. Nobody Visits This Country...Find Out Why
This is a @baldandbankrupt PARODY!

This is the poorest and least visited country in Europe.
This country has not recovered from the fall of the Soviet Union.
Even after 30 years of democracy, this country failed to run as a healthy country. Corruption is still a big thing over here.

But, there are some people on this planet who can change the world.
One of them is called @baldandbankrupt.
He went to this country, made a video about it and all of a sudden the government renovated the place he was talking about.
BUT ONLY THAT PLACE!! LOL

@baldandbankrupt, was talking about an underground system to cross busy streets and when I arrived on this location I saw that they renovated this place. The stairs are new, the walls are decorated and even the wheelchair acces was brand new!

In my video I call it a metro station or a subway, but it is not a metro station.
But maybe it was a plan to build a metro station, but because of the corruption, they did not finish their work so there are only stations without tracks. ????????

Bald really went viral and even the government knew about his video.
What a shame to have a capital city look like this!

So I came to this country and see if they actually changed some stuff.
Let's hope they will do something about the huge abandoned Hotel National.

After checking out the underground and the area of Hotel National, I went searching for the abandonded observatory in Chisinau or Kishinev.

I met some young fellas who showed me around some other abandoned buildings.

It was a great journey to this country and only crazy people like, @GabrielTravelerVideos, Bald and me visit these kinds of places.

Should you visit Chisinau, Moldova's tourist-free capital city?

Should you visit Chisinau, capital of Moldova? Perhaps Europe's least visited country, Moldova - and Chisinau - notoriously got a scathing review from Bald and Bankrupt back in 2019.

Today, it's challenges remain: and as well as a weak economy, it's now hosting tens of thousands of Ukrainian refugees from the illegal full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia.

I went there volunteering for Refugee Support Europe, to help Ukrainian refugees. But I also found myself asking: is this the same city that Mr Bald found such fault with?

Join me as I look at Chisinau's parks, see up close the political differences and tensions which exist in Moldovan society, take a tour down streets, monuments and markets that might be worth your while, see the most famous thing in Moldova right now, tour the underpasses, see the bars and nightlife, and visit the Cricova Winery outside of Chisinau, for a sunset party.

Come with me as I explore Trinidad and chat to the locals about life on the island to find out what Cubans are protesting about? What's it like to live on the island? What basic amenities are available to the population? What's Cuba like? and more. #FREECUBA

I start off buying a sombrero from a couple that have never left Trinidad and explain their difficulties in buying materials for their business. I then head to the local store to show the limited stock they have and how it's impossible for locals to buy anything because the stores don't accept the national currency. Ridiculous I know. After drinking a Cancanchara we get a bicycle taxi to the housing projects where tourists don't go to show a different side to Trinidad. We ascend a roof through a tiny hole and get shown photos of La Trova when the island was a popular tourist destination.

How Do Slovak Villagers React To a Black Foreigner??

A foreigner travelling in the most remote villages tourists don’t go. Borinka is a village and municipality in western Slovakia in Malacky District in the Bratislava Region, at the foothills of the Little Carpathians, best known for the Pajštún Castle, and has many weekend homes. Dračí hrádok are another castle ruins located in its vicinity. People would like to know about my travels in Europe if I have ever came across any racism or do I find it hard, well here it is. This is the case in most of my travels in the villages and going remote places and literally just anywhere in general. You will find the answer in this video.
