Swiss 64 heavy howls over us on short final to 26L at MIA! The aircraft, Appenzell, then departs 27 on her way back to Zürich, as Swiss 65 heavy! Crosswind during landing was from a heading of 320 at 8 knots (runway heading is 273) Comparing the sound between two different videos on our channel is inaccurate due to YouTube's sound policy, but the comparison of two sounds within the SAME video is accurate! The overhead takeoff hits 57.96 on our Sound Scale, while the loud overhead landing registers as 71.12!

Here we have Swiss Captain Keller completing his last flight !
I decided to include APP and TWR ATC (with Flightradar24's screenshots) because the conversations were very interesting and touching ! (Congratulations were in french)
Sorry for the crappy point of view (crane, poles, noisy..) but I wanted to go there because otherwise I'd be backlit with another spot :p
You can see Keller's daughters in the yellow pickup (Y8) wearing SUIS-NOUS, PAPA signs (literally FOLLOW US, DAD).
I was very pleased to catch this unique moment and to see both pilots waving at every one here for the event !
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this video and again, toutes mes félicitations Commandant Keller, je vous souhaite une excellente retraite ! :)

Come fly with us as we fly from Zurich, Switzerland to Miami, Florida aboard Swiss LX-64, an Airbus A330-300 in Economy. This is the full 11 hour flight, shot on a GoPro 3 and sped up in certain sections to condense time. I hope you enjoy!
SWISS ???????? Zurich - New York | Airbus A330-300 Flight Experience ✈
Welcome to another Flight Experience! Today we're flying on SWISS International Airlines across the Atlantic ocean from Zurich to New York JFK onboard an Airbus A330-300.
I had a very pleasant time onboard flight LX 16 to New York. The cabin crew were friendly and seemed to be enjoying their job, delivering a professional and attentive service throughout the flight, from the moment of boarding in Zurich until the arrival in New York. During the 8h+ flight, a hot meal (lunch), with two options for the main course, and a pre-arrival snack were served. A nice snack & drink bar was set in the rear galley during the central hours of the flight. In addition, the crew did frequent rounds with drinks keeping the passengers well hydrated. I also liked the traditional Swiss chocolate they offered towards the end of the flight. The hot towel service was also a nice and distinctive touch. The flight was fully booked and I couldn't get a window seat this time. I was disappointed to see that the fee for reserving a window seat was 30EUR anyway. That's not something you would expect from a full-service carrier like SWISS... Nevertheless, I tried my best to get a few shots from the window. The inflight entertainment seemed to have some nice selection of movies and TV Programmes, even though there could be more choices. The USB Port next to the entertainment screen is well appreciated. The seat was quite comfortable and the legroom was nice for a flight this long. Swiss provides a pillow and a blanket as well as some headphones for the IFE.
