Visiting MAASAI VILLAGE in Remote Kenya - EP. 61

This episode is from my visit to Maasai village in remote Kenya. The Maasai are an indigenous ethnic group in Africa of semi-nomadic people settled in Kenya and Northern Tanzania. They still live a traditional way of life away from modern civilisation. Spending a day with this family and experiencing their lifestyle was not only eye-opening and educational but also extremely humbling. This was a very special day. Thank you Onder!

In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.

Throughout my journey, I'm raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. All the money raised will go directly to helping Franek and his family lead as normal a life as possible so please donate generously:

Riding and Camping in Kenya - EP 59

Kenya was the 37th country I visited. This episode is from my first days there. Due to heavy rains I skipped over exploring national parks and stuck to the main roads all the way to Nairobi. I camped along the way and had a blast with the riders I met on the road.

SOLO Motorcycle Ride through Southern Rwanda - EP. 68

Rwanda is one of the cleanest countries on Earth - literally no litter on the streets. It's also one of the safest countries in Africa - the crime rate is very low here. The roads are in excellent conditions, the views are spectacular and the people are friendly and welcoming.

Meeting Tim Burke in Tanzania - EP. 71

So that's how I met legendary photographer Tim Burke! We've been Insta buddies for years and finally our ways have crossed in Tanzania. This episode is from our ride through the Kilimanjaro region, unfortunately the mountain itself was covered in clouds, but the zebras and giraffes weren't shy at all! Tim took some epic pictures, as he does, and I'll be always grateful for that. These are the best pics of me anyone has ever taken. Hats off Tim! Also, big thanks to Simon and Godfrey for their hospitality and kindness.

Riding Bikes and Eating Bugs in Uganda! - EP. 64

Uganda was 38 th country I visited on my round the wolrd tour. This episode is from my first days in Uganda, which I spent mainly in The Haven with my new mates. At that time, we all needed a break from riding, so we decided to charge the batteries in this incredible lodge by the Nile, trying the local cuisine and admiring the views.

My First Days in Sudan During the Revolution. Solo Motorcycle Ride. EP 50

This my first episode is from Sudan. The moment I crossed into Sudan I found myself in the middle of a revolution. The Sudanese people had been protesting against the government for months and as I arrived in the country the army removed the president. The situation became very unstable, people were confused and no one knew what this would lead to. I was aware of the risks, but I decided not to change my plans, I stayed in Sudan for a month so I could experience this beautiful country and witness these amazing times. This episode is from my first few days in Sudan where I experienced my first taste of this incredible culture.

Crossing Sinai Peninsula Solo on a Motorcycle. Difficult Egyptian Border Crossing. EP 45

Egypt was the 34th country I visited on my round the world tour. When I planned my route to Egypt I wasn't really sure if I would be able to cross over the Sinai peninsula to get to mainland Africa. Some people said it was doable and some said impossible, but I took the risk anyway and succeeded. I was escorted by the police for the majority of the way until I passed the Suez Canal. And in between, I got to chill at the coast and spend some time with my mum.

I'm LOST in the Middle of Nowhere in Tanzania - EP. 69

My first motovlog from Tanzania is about being lost in the Maasai land. And all this thanks to my navigation app, which took me off the beaten track through local walking paths. It was one of the most unforgettable rides I've done in Africa. I'd have never been seen all of it if I kept to the main gravel road. I won't board you with much talking in this episode, I was too busy to take it all in.

Epic Coffee Lovers Experience at the Organic Coffee Farm near Kilimanjaro Mountain - EP. 72

This video is special. For the first time during my African travels, I got a chance to do a coffee tour. And not just a touristic one that costs a fortune. My friend Godfrey took us to an organic coffee plantation run by a bunch of friends, a hidden gem near Kilimanjaro mountain. It was a real struggle to get there (Tim Burke can confirm!) ... But was worth it. This video is dedicated to all coffee lovers!

Overland Solo Ride through Sudan During the Revolution - EP. 51

Here's my second video from Sudan! On my way to the capital city Khartoum everything felt so new and I was still trying to process the unsettled nature of the country during the ongoing revolution. The lack of fuel was a standard issue which dictated my route and schedule, but even so I still got to see what was the best attraction along the way... The Karima Pyramids.
