10 Minute Guided Meditation

Meditation is something I have only recently gotten in to. It never called to me.
Yoga, getting in my mat and sweating was enough to calm the chaotic nature of my messy mind. However, lately it hasn't been enough. I find i'm still emotional, agitated, stressed and frustrated... My mind still wanders throughout classes and I somehow get through an hour long session without once being present on my mat. Meditation has taught me to be intentionally and mindfully present. Aware, calm and relaxed.
I'm not saying I know a lot about meditation and mindfulness, because I don't. This is only the beginning of my journey. But if something is powerful enough to help SO much in my personal life and practice, then I figured, why not share it with others in the hopes that MAYBE it can help them too!
So, here goes nothing!
I will admit, I am nervous uploading this and finding out your response. I don't know if it will be received well, or whether it will be received at all haha!
I've had one of my closest girlfriends tell me she will use it, and that makes me feel a little better. And if she enjoys it, and can take something from it then at least it was able to help just one other person, right?!
