Je séjourne au Riad Madu dont la piscine et la terrasse ont une vue magnifique sur les dunes de sable.
L' objectif de cette vidéo est de faire découvrir cette région d'une grande beauté naturelle...

A partir de Ouarzazate, prendre à l'est en direction de la vallée des roses, du Dadès, de Tinghir (Gorges du Todra), Erfoud/Rissani et enfin les dunes de Merzouga, soit un total de 360 km.
Une route goudronnée tout au long du circuit vous conduit quasi aux pieds des dunes.

Je partage avec vous aujourd'hui la suite de notre road trip au sud du Maroc. Nous nous dirigeons vers Merzouga avec un arrêt dans les gorges de Todgha, sauf qu'on ignorait que nous allions vivre une aventure incroyable. Nous y étions en van (non encore) aménagé, un Citroen Jumper L2H2 de 2011.

Merzouga sand bath ; bain de sable Merzouga
Merzouga sand bath.
This video shows that my father has recovered after three days spent in Merzouga buried in hot sand three times the average of once every day. My father was suffering from pain in his left leg while sitting or sleeping from his thigh level to his heel leg, for a period of three months went to the doctor and pharmacist.
However, on the fourth day, he has back the same pain, but he decided to stay for 7 days in total and when he returned back home he became gradually recovering and fully improve one month.

في هذا الشريط يظهر أن والدي تعافى و الحمد لله بعد تلاث أيام أمضاها في مرزوڭة دُفن فيها في الرمال الساخنة ثلاث مرات بمعدل مرة كل يوم. كان والدي يعاني من آلام في رجله اليسرى أثناء الجلوس أو النوم من مستوى فخذه و حتى كعب رجله، لمدة ثلاث أشهر ذهب فيها إلى الطبيب و الصيدلي.
إلا أنه في اليوم الرابع عادت له نفس الآلام فأتم 7 أيام ولذى عودته إلى البيت أصبح يتعافى بالتدريج إلى أن تحسن تماما بعد عودته في ظرف شهر واحد.

Nous traversons les pistes du sud Marocains de Merzouga en passant par Remlia, Sidi Ali, m'hamid jusque Foum Zgouid.Ce qui fait environ 300 KM.
L'itineraire est fabuleux, le paysage varié. Il y a 2 postes de check point près de la frontière Algeriene. Si besoins de conseils n'hesiter pas à nous demander en commentaire.
Bains de sable chaud à Merzouga au Maroc.
La psammatothérapie ou la thérapie par l'action du sable chaud est très réputé au Maroc et en Algérie. Enseveli pendant une dizaine de minutes, sous surveillance médicale, la chaleur et le poids du sable permet d'éliminer les toxines et de faire l'effet d'un sauna. Certains disent que ces soins soulagent aussi le mal de dos.
