DIY Retractable Camper Van Awning Build for under $150
In this video I build a retractable awning for my custom built camper van using parts from the local hardware store and Amazon. All the parts I used are listed in the description below. Testing my front window Halloween projection setup with the AtmosFearfx Ghostly Apparitions dvd projecting onto a lite grey colored sheer curtain purchased from Walmart. I'm using an epson projector... not sure on the model. I filmed this with the galaxy note 10 plus.

Sorry for the long video guys I had a 3 day weekend so lots of random footage! I got all of the little things I wanted to accomplish before leaving for Florida done. I wasn't able to finish the roof rack but only because I wouldn't have been able to do a good enough job and be happy with it. It's still in the works and will be ready come time to leave for the cross country trek. I decided instead to temporarily wire up the solar panel system to just the batteries, the lights and the 12v accessory outlets. It will only be enough juice to charge my cell phone and lights...AND keep the batteries going for a week but that's ok. I also tweaked the front blackout curtain so that the steel wire is a little tighter and cut out window blackout panels from reflectix. Busy weekend! Thanks for watching!

Week22 Episode 22 …Trouble at the Border!
In this episode, we leave #BanffNationalPark and head for #WatertonLakePark . This park is the northern part of the USA’s #GlacierNationalPark . After two days of rain we cross the Canadian/USA border at #ChiefMountainPortofEntry . But there is trouble in crossing. (see below) After this fiasco we finally get our windshield fixed. Yay! Then it’s off to #SilioCanyonFerryReservoir in #BigSky #Montana for a few nights. At the end of the week we pick up our daughter Diana in #Bozeman Montana to travel with us to #Yellowstone , #GrandTetons , and #DinosaurNationalMonument in #Colorado.
