Velenjak is one of the most prosperous neighborhoods in Tehran - Iran, located in the north of Tehran, in District 1 of Tehran Municipality.
Velenjak neighborhood is limited to Tochal heights from the north, Mahmoudieh and Evin and Saadatabad neighborhoods from the south, Velenjak river from the east and Daneshjoo boulevard from the west.

Surely, anyone who hears the name Fereshte Street imagines the most luxurious street in Tehran. A street characterized by high-rise luxury towers and strange-colored cars. Although Fereshte Street is located in the 1st district of Tehran Municipality and Balashahr, it is still higher than other neighborhoods in the north of Tehran and has made the buying an apartment in Fereshte Tehran market hot because of its luxury. A large part of Tehran's Fershte area consists of towers and luxury buildings with modern and high-quality construction, which may not have left any traces of the past on Fershte Street. Although the greenness of Tehran's Angel and its favorable climate has remained strong and it is still the dream of many house and apartment buyers in Tehran. The nickname they give to Fereshte Street in Elahia district is the heart of Tehran's penthouses.
Fereshte Tehran has become famous despite the most expensive buildings in it.
