Luquillo Beach, Puerto Rico
Here's a great aerial view of one of the top beaches in Puerto Rico. It's called Luquillo Beach (El Balneario de Luquillo), and it's located towards the eastern end of the island's northern (Atlantic Ocean) coastline. It's located about an hour's drive east of the territorial capital city of San Juan. Sometimes known as Puerto Rico's Riviera, Luquillo was picked as Puerto Rico's best beach in the influential Crazy Tourist travel blog.

LUQUILLO BEACH & KIOSKS | Beach Day + trying Puerto Rican STREET FOOD!
Do you like pristine turquoise beaches with minimal waves? If so, then Balneario La Monserrate in Luquillo is the beach FOR YOU! How about greasy, traditional Puerto Rican food with a nice, fresh cerveza or Pina colada? Then the Luquillo Kiosks are the place FOR YOU!
I experienced BOTH of these places in today's vlog and WOW...Luquillo is an incredible town in the Northeast of Puerto Rico. If you come to Puerto Rico and are looking for island vibes then this Luquillo beach delivers with their gorgeous, glistening water and their laid back environment. Even more exciting, if you want to get your hands on some authentic Puerto Rican food that's heavy and hearty, I'd say Luquillo Kiosks are a MUST!! There's over 60 different booths you can either sit down and eat dinner or go up to the barside and grab an alcapurria or an empanada to go and continue to explore.

Whatever you do I highly recommend watching the sunset on the beach behind the kiosks because it is a beautiful way to end an outstanding day.

Puerto Rico's Best Beaches: Fajardo And Luquillo In 4k
We are in Fajardo Puerto Rico and take you with us to the Best Beaches and tale you with us to explore this fantastic area. Fajardo is a small city on the northeastern coast of Puerto Rico.
The area offers everything from quiet, secluded islands to bustling beaches with various water activities.
1. Seven Seas Beach
Located within the Seven Seas Beach National Reserve, this beach is a great for families.
Seven Seas Beach in Fajardo is a picturesque and serene beach known for its crystal-clear waters and stunning views of the nearby islands.
This beach has restrooms, showers, and picnic areas available for a small fee.
Large palm trees provide shade. There are food and drink vendors on the beach, as well as gazebos, beach umbrellas, and chairs for rent.
Luquillo Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island.

Luquillo Beach is a short drive from Fajardo, and well worth the journey.
Luquillo Beach has white sand, palm trees, and turquoise waters.

You can rent kayaks, paddleboards, take a snorkeling trip, or even try parasailing!

4. Playa Escondida
Playa Escondida (hidden beach) is a secluded spot accessible from Seven Seas Beach.
It is not the best for swimming.
Bring your own food, drinks, and shade, as the beach has no facilities.

La Pared Beach ????️ Luquillo Puerto Rico

La Pared, is a famous beach located in Luquillo, Puerto Rico.
This beach is one of my favorites! Despite the high traffic of visitors, the atmosphere is very familiar and extremely calm in which you will have a great time with your family, friends and/or pets.
This beach is perfect for multiple water sports (Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking, Surfing, Bodyboarding, Paddlesurfing, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing and Snorkeling (among others).
From end to end, you can have a 10 minutes walk along the sand or along the sidewalk of the boulevard while enjoying the wind, contemplating the view and enjoying the noise of the waves. If you're with your family, this place is perfect to play Dominoes while you cook on the BBQ.
The closest and best food places are William's Pizza, Boardrider's Bar and Grill and the Food-Trucks located in the parking lot. They are highly recommended during the day, but even more so at night.
From PR3 avenue you will reach the beach in approximately 5 minutes.

Puerto Rico travel vlog January 2019. This vlog was filmed before the Covid-19 pandemic.
Luquillo, PR is a town about 1 hour from the San Juan Airport. This Air BNB had 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathroom. There are so many great things about this air bnb! We love the open concept of the kitchen & living room. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. And the pool area is really nice too! Parking, check in/out is really easy and the hosts are helpful and accommodating.
Natural Light Experience! at Ocean Plaza:
Pros: Amazing views, pool, beautiful light, friendly host, open concept, great kitchen, big TV, 3 bedrooms!
Cons: pool is not heated

Luquillo Beach, Puerto Rico (DJI Mavic Pro Platinum, 4K)

The locals flock to this shore for its reef-protected calm waves, and there are a lot of day trippers fresh from a jaunt in the nearby El Yunque National Rainforest. It is one of the most popular and nicest public beaches located about 40 km east of San Juan. In the video you will see some visibly damaged palm trees and other foliage because of Hurricane Maria. The Beach Park itself (the peninsula; also shown in the thumbnail photo) was closed during this time as the parking lot was being repaired because of damage from Hurricane Maria.
