Sailing and Exploring Long Island In The Bahamas - Episode 23
We leave George Town to spend a week exploring Long Island in the Bahamas.
We spend a few days in Thompson Bay to ride out a storm. We rent a car and explore the northern end of the island, visiting O'Neill's Beach, the Lucayan/Colombus Monument, and a resort at Calabash Bay. We liked Calabash so much we relocated up there before ending our week.

A labmaraner is a cross between a labrador retriever and a weimaraner - and we have one of each color. Paddling, Long Island, Bahamas
We rented paddle boards and a kayak from Omar on Long Island, Bahamas. We started our journey at Omar's Island Ting. We paddled over to where the goats and chickens were and a goat jumped on my board. We paddled across the bay and over many sea turtles to the mangroves. We paddled through the mangroves to the beaches near the Columbus Monument on the other side. Then we paddled back through the Mangroves.

Touring Scandinavia in a Diamond DA40 - Part 1
This summer we took the Pancake up north for a round trip of Scandinavia. Ultimate goal was to round the north cape with our plane, but there was more than enough to see along the road. First destination Copenhagen, via Roskilde airport, next stop Oslo and the magnificent fjords towards the west coast of Norway. In the last segment of Part 1 we fly north along the Norwegian coast until we cross to the even more beautiful Lofoten.
