Welcome to my brand new ship tour of Cunard's magnificent Queen Mary 2 (QM2). In this video, we'll be touring every single venue on this beautiful ship, from the Grand Lobby with sweeping red-carpet staircases, to the onboard Planetarium with its' huge high-definition projectors, to the Lido decks complete with swimming pools.
We're going to cover every bar, every restaurant, and everywhere that you could spend time onboard this ship, to help show you exactly how a day onboard the flagship of the Cunard Line could look.
QM2 was launched in 2004, and very recently in 2023 underwent a massive-scale refurbishment. I filmed this video during a 7-night Transatlantic Crossing from New York to Southampton, very soon following the refit. Fantastically, the ship is fully decorated for Christmas as a result - let me show you how beautiful it looked!

Welcome to the Queen Mary 2. This ship is a one of a kind ocean liner, built in the 21st century. Today, the QM2 is the last true liner left in service, and the only ship to regularly offer scheduled transatlantic crossings.

Here is our trailer for our cruise on the Queen Mary 2 to New York from Southampton. It takes 7 days on the cruise to get into New York. After the cruise we spend 3 nights in New York before getting the Amtrak train to Washington DC. We'll release a new vlog every week. I'm already so excited looking back on all of the footage.

Queen Mary 2 Embarkation at New York Brooklyn Cruise Terminal
See what the Cunard Queen Mary 2 boarding day was like at New York's Brooklyn Cruise terminal, including time-saving, useful tips for embarkation. These were from our summer 2022 transatlantic crossing on the Queen Mary 2.
In New York there is also the Manhattan Cruise Terminal (MCT) used mostly for NCL ships. The QM2 is at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal (BCT) instead, located in the Red Hook District. The address is: 210 Clinton Wharf Brooklyn, NY 11231
After you get on the ship, you would want to drop off your belongings at your stateroom. See our QM2 interior cabin tour video:
