What is the COST of The Four Seasons Bora Bora? We visited The Four Seasons Bora Bora during spring break 2023. The week spent in Bora Bora was incredible.
We stayed at The Four Seasons Bora Bora for 4 nights while on the island. I hope this video answers many questions and shares the beauty of the four seasons bora bora resort.
The Four Seasons Bora Bora resort offers 115 spacious hideaways with 108 overwater bungalows and 7 enormous beachfront villa estates. There are 2 docks, east and west, that are built into the lagoon and support all the overwater bungalows. There are 108 one and two-bedroom overwater bungalows, and 27 of them have a private plunge pool.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married 2013 and were super “normal.” I was a teacher and Nate started a small printing business from the spare bedroom of our apartment.
We discovered the world of “travel hacking” while planning our honeymoon & became addicted ;)
So after 2 years of obsessively saving $35k and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016 for a “one year” trip around the world.
Our goal was to see as many places as possible before we ran out of money and went back home to “normal life.” We started this channel to share our experiences with friends and family, but quickly fell in love with living on the road and found a new passion for capturing our travels through video. So we did everything we could to keep going.
4 years later, we achieved our new goal of visiting 100 countries and all 7 continents. We had no plans to slow down, until 2020 forced us to ;) Which is when we bought a converted van to start exploring our own country for the first time!
After ~2 years of van life, we are back to full time international traveling! And now we are finding the best adventures the world has to offer :)

There is no definitive answer to this question as the best time to go to Bora Bora depends on what you are looking to get out of your trip. However, generally speaking, the best time to visit Bora Bora is between April and November when the weather is dry and sunny. These months also offer the best value for money as hotel prices are typically lower than during the peak season. The Four Seasons Bora Bora is one of the biggest dream destinations in the world and it does not disappoint. The moment you pull up to the dock at Four Seasons, you feel like you just stepped into a real-life screensaver and every corner of this property is stunning.

There are many debates amongst travelers about which hotel has the best view of Mount Otemanu and we would argue that Four Seasons is up there. Spectacular angles from every corner of the resort are impossible to ignore. The hotel is located on a thin strip of land protected from the outer reef, while maintaining small lagoons that weave throughout the resort. You can hear the sound of the waves throughout the hotel, providing a magical experience, when all you can see is the calm lagoon versus hearing the swell behind you.
We had a somewhat untraditional arrival experience due to our arriving from another hotel, however, it was overall very well-executed. Most guests will arrive at the airport and be swiftly shuttled to the hotel aboard a stunning teak luxury boat. The hotel greets you with flower necklaces and a welcome beverage. Check in occurs at the front desk, unless you pay for the private transfer. Our check in was easy, quick and our agent told us a great deal about the resort and surroundings. He made dinner reservations for us as well, to ensure we didn’t have to wait for a table throughout our stay.
Every room at Four Seasons Bora Bora is suite-style, meaning you have a separate bedroom and living room. The rooms overall are spectacular, with a variety of options to choose from based on your budget and needs. There are actually no “standard” beach bungalows at Four Seasons, rather, they have chosen to make the lowest room type an overwater bungalow (which we love).
The suites themselves have a large living room with walls that completely open up to the outside. The living room features a large minibar, seating area and television. The bathroom separates the living room from the bedroom and features a large bath tub that also opens completely to the outside, two vanities, shower and separate toilet room. The king bedroom is plush and serene. The entire bungalow smells of fresh wood and exudes the feeling of a spa. We fell in love with the small details, like the coffee table books, artwork and true feeling of home.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons Bora Bora. The location is spectacular and the entire property is so lush and vibrant. The suites are unreal and you truly can’t go wrong when considering this property for your next trip.

One-Bedroom Overwater Bungalow Suites at Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora
The new and enhanced One-Bedroom Overwater Bungalow Suites at Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora have never been better. These free-standing accommodations are 1,080 square feet (100 square meters) each and sit over the famous turquoise lagoon of Bora Bora. Each of these pandanus-thatched suites is designed in modern Polynesian style, with traditional teak-wood furnishings, Polynesian artwork and idyllic views of Mount Otemanu. Inside, hardwood floors and walls are stained in a light palette that suggests driftwood or coral, while small lagoon windows fill the space with magical, turquoise-tinted sunlight as it reflects off the water. Each bungalow contains two flat-screen televisions and video-on-demand, while rooms are appointed with framed indigenous artifacts, from fishing lures fashioned from mother-of-pearl to fans made of coconut palms. All signature Four Seasons beds feature panoramic views of the lagoon, as do large soaking tubs, allowing guests to relax suspended above the lagoon, immersed in Bora Bora’s pristine water, radiance and ocean air. Large sundecks provide chaise lounges, a covered dining area, a ladder to the water below and a rinsing shower. Panpuri bath amenities are offered in eco-friendly refillable containers. Some of these accommodations also feature their own plunge pool.

This is the first of many videos coming from our incredible Bora Bora vacation. We visited the island of Bora Bora in French Polynesia during April 2023. Our first 4 nights in Bora Bora were spent at the luxurious Four Seasons Bora Bora Resort in an overwater Bungalow. Our Four Seasons Bora Bora overwater Bungalow was the least expensive room level that this Four Seasons property offers. You can see in the room tour its still fabulous. You can pay more to face out towards Mount Otemanu and of the 108 overwater bungalows there are 1 and 2 room options. You can even get a splash pool on your deck.
