Daniel Snyman from Leopard South Africa takes us through all of the features of the Leopard 40.
The Leopard 40, like other Leopard models before her, is a product of South African boat builders Robertson and Caine and includes a unique, modern design thanks to experienced naval architects Simonis and Voogd as well as Robertson and Caine's design team. She resembles her predecessors in speed, agility, and blue-water performance, but her enhancements include an increased volume in the hulls and a design consistent with the rest of the Leopard range currently in production.

Is it too small to be something we would consider as a full-time live-aboard home? Maybe not. It's bigger inside than you would imagine compared to other 40' boats we have seen. After an unintentionally long hiatus, we've finally started to catch up on video production!
Life has an annoying habit of getting in the way of dreams, but we are determined to realize our dreams of a liveaboard life

Please enjoy this series of the Leopard Catamaran Open House! We had a lot of fun crawling all over these beautiful yachts.
We also learned a great deal from the Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show..
We learned that the Roxant stabilizer paired with our very nice DSLR camera was a useless combination for the type of filming we are doing!
So, for this series, we purchased a Vimble 2 (cellphone gimble) and filmed everything on our iphones (7 and 8).
While the video was ok, the audio left a lot to be desired. Also, the phones began to heat up in the hot July Florida sun as the filming went on, causing weird glitches, and the gimble got tired.
We've since upgraded, and we've fixed up the audio as best we can in post.

Inspire Marine are pleased to introduce the Leopard 40, a product of South African boat builders Robertson & Caine, features a unique, modern design thanks to experienced naval architects Simonis and Voogd as well as Robertson & Caine's design team. She resembles her predecessors in speed, agility, and blue-water performance, but her enhancements include an increased hull volume and an innovative interior layout.
Like the rest of the Leopard line, the new Leopard 40 includes a light blonde interior with a light, modern and airy feel. However, her interior salon layout is unlike any Leopard before her. Her galley is located forward and the forward-facing settee and table are now located aft. This allows for a panoramic view with large sliding glass doors between the saloon and the aft cockpit. This arrangement promotes easy communication for guests and an open flow between the saloon and the aft cockpit, creating a fusion of indoor and outdoor living space.
In addition, the galley area includes a large forward-facing window and an access door to the forward platform of the boat. The access door enhances the open concept feel and easy navigation in and around the yacht. It also promotes ventilation throughout the interior.
