Lancaster County is known for rolling hills, beautiful farmland, and a relaxing way of life. We’ll stop at a few little places that I love, Downtown Lititz , Green Dragon and the Black Forest Brewery. Lancaster County was a wonderful place to grow up and I always enjoy going home, I wish I could have showed you more. Family Vacation Guide to Lancaster County Pennsylvania (feat. Cartoon Network Hotel)

We take a mini vacation to Lancaster County in Pennsylvania every summer, always visiting Dutch Wonderland and Cherry Crest Adventure Farm! But when Cartoon Network Hotel invited us down this winter to check out their hotel, we jumped at the chance to give you all a tour of the Steven Universe Dream Suite and a look at some of the amazing family-friendly things there are to do in Amish Country in winter and year round! What to do with kids in Lancaster? Well, join us on our last weekend getaway! We'll take you on an adventure with Aaron & Jessica’s Buggy Rides, bring you aboard for dinner and a tour of Fulton Steamboat Inn, show you the adorable and HILARIOUS Pinkalicious The Musical now playing at Dutch Apple Dinner Theater, give you a tour of the Choo Choo Barn, take you to dinner at Miller’s Smorgasboard, and last but DEFINITELY not least, bring you along a LoKal Experiences tour of some amazing Amish farms and businesses.

After loving and consistently visiting Amish Country in Lancaster County, PA, for over a decade, here are 10 (plus 2) places that are so great for family fun! All of these places are family-friendly, interactive, fun, and perfect for making memories - your kids may even put their phones down!!! Lancaster Pennsylvania Family Vacation (feat Cherry Crest Adventure Farm & Dutch Wonderland 2021)

Family travel 2021? Yep! We've done a few and just did one more!! If you're looking for 2021 family getaway ideas, especially travel with toddlers and young kids, I'm glad you found this - our Lancaster Pennsylvania Family Vacation, which also included reuniting with my best friend and her family, who we haven't seen in 3 years (so it was our first time meeting their kid)! Here's our quick 2021 Lancaster County Family Vacation Guide:

HOTEL:
- Wyndham Lancaster Resort (indoor & zero entry outdoor pool, great playground, indoor toddler room, arcade, on-site Starbucks, newly renovated, SO great!!

WHAT TO DO WITH KIDS IN LANCASTER COUNTY:
- Dutch Wonderland (best amusement park for toddlers & kids!!), get a discount with this link:
- Cherry Crest Adventure Farm (super fun agri-entertainment - 25 acres of outdoor fun for babies through adults; more info here: ; they won the best corn maze in US last year, vote for them again this year here: )

WHERE TO EAT:
- Cartoon Network Hotel Cartoon Kitchen: decent food and drinks, meet and greets with characters! You can stay there too, it's a newly gut renovated kitchy motel with a nice outdoor pool and splash pad.
- Miller's if wanting traditional Dutch smorgasboard buffet
- Casie Jone's at Red Caboose Inn - dine in a train car (you can stay there, too)
- TONS of family friendly chain and local restaurants too, just check yelp or google maps!
