1. WIILO RESTAURANT AND BAKERY
ADDRESS: Suite 228 Karmel Mall, 2910 Pillsbury Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55408

???? NAFAQO: Mix mashed potato mix with salt. Pour in water and continue mixing. Cut a hard boiled egg in half and coat it with a clump of mashed potatoes. Mold into a circle, forming a ball and place in an orange coloring mix. Fry the balls and enjoy!
???? FRIED TILAPIA: Score the fish and pour in Mama Wiilo’s secret sauce (including vinegar, hot sauce, saffron and gedo masala). Fry until golden brown.

???? SHAAH: Pour water into a teapot and bring to a boil. Pour in sugar, four scoops of black tea and nutmeg. Pour into a smaller container and add ginger and ground cardamom. Mix well. Pour back into a big tea pot. Pour tea through the strainer and then into a frothing cup. Add half and half and froth.

BEEF SAMBUSA WITH BASBAAS: Basbaas: Mix onions, jalapeños, lemon juice, cilantro, salt, garlic, black pepper and cook.| Folio (sambusa wrapper): In a mixing bowl, add water, flour, olive oil and salt. Take the dough and form balls then flatten. Rub oil on dough and stack. Press the dough to flatten. Cut the folio into four quadrants. | Beef (filling): Blend onions and mix with salt, ground cumin, ground coriander, crushed red pepper, and a dash of ground turmeric. In a big pot, add ground beef and brown it for 30 minutes. Drain the beef. In a big pot, sauté chopped white onions. Add the beef. Add the seasoning. Cook for a few more minutes. ASSEMBLE: take one quadrant and fold it into a cone shape. Stuff with beef and seal the edges.

???? WHOLE GOAT: Dry rub the outside of the goat using berbere, garlic powder, lemon pepper, cumin, nutmeg and crushed cardamom. Inside goat: Moist rub the inside of the goat with a mixture of garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice and bay leaves. Add in carrots, potatoes, celery and onions. Roast the goat for about 6 hours. Serve with Somali-style rice.

How Do Polish Villagers React To a Black Foreigner? (Social Experiment)
There is a stigma around black people when it comes to traveling in certain countries, especially in Eastern Europe. Is it because some people of colour complain about their experiences in European countries as a minority and how they think they are not treated well? In my travel videos across Europe I have been documenting my own reality of life as a foreigner and my experiences on how I engage with the local people I come across on my journeys where ever it is on or off the camera all of my encounters are the same.. My travels are comfortable and enjoyable and definitely loads fun. I do not feel like a victim or threatened because my colour when I travel. I believe this channel can educate people from an aspect that not all people of colour are always discriminated or judged, this can be seen in all my films from me showing my encounters in some of the most remote places I have visited in Europe such as, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and England. Although I know some people are racist but for their own reasons.. What advice can I give to anyone that wants to travel no matter the country you travel to or what your colour is. Be fearless, friendly and open to learn a few phrases for interactions, because I know it takes a lot of effort for people and confidence to approach a random stranger and start a conversation and that’s what my spontaneous village travels are about - interacting with the locals and showing how life is on the outside of the big cities and towns. Watch me on this village tour which is far from a touristic location where foreigners usually don’t go. Let’s have look how the Polish people interact with a foreigner. Flying Ethiopian Airlines - How They Became the Biggest in Africa?
I flew on an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 787 from Vienna to Addis Ababa. Find out Ethiopian Airlines latest onboard product in both Business Class and Economy class. The flight was overnight and took 5 hours and 45 minutes. Before landing, a beautiful sunrise greeted all passengers. Join me for landing inside the cockpit of Boeing 787.
After landing, I toured the passenger terminal and up to 10,000 passengers in the morning transit at Addis Ababa Bole Airport making it the busiest hub in Africa.
I was given a tour of the Ethiopian Airlines Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility where a Boeing 767 is undergoing cargo conversion. Then I went inside an Ethiopian A350 passenger freighter full of cargo in the cabin. Last, I went on a day tour in Addis Ababa city.
In next episode, I continue to explore Ethiopia and flew on their new A350 across Africa to Cape Town. Video:
