In this video the travel turtles visit Surin Islands, in Thailand. During our stay in Khao Lak, we booked a snorkeling trip to visit the beautiful waters around the Surin islands, and also visited one of the islands for lunch and a relax on the stunning beach. This is one of the most beautiful scenic places we have ever seen in the world, and would highly recommend the visit if you are in the area.

A must-see when visiting PHUKET this year or next year. Khao Lak is only an hour's drive from Phuket Airport and we are fortunate to share our best moments with you. We start off in Khao Lak Oriental Resort and from there we check out the Bang Niang Night Market, a black beach and White Sand Beach. This is the introduction of Khao Lak.

Similan Island Day Trip | Thailand Best Snorkeling | Things to do in Khao Lak | Phuket Day Trip
In December 2023 we took a day trip from Khao Lak to one of the places we have most been looking forward to visiting, the magnificent Similan Islands. This day trip is done from Khao Lak or Phuket, including Patong, Karon and the other towns on Phuket Island.
The boat trip takes off from Thap Lamu Port in the Khao Lak region and takes about 90 mins on the boat before you get out to the Similan Island Archipelago. The Boat Trip is targeted towards people that are interested in Snorkeling and we had some of the best Snorkeling we have ever had in our lives.
We were able to dive with the magnificent Green Sea Turtles and an abundance of Sea Life, plus we got to see beautiful healthy coral in many varieties. We had an amazing day on the water and under it.

Welcome to Khao Lak, a serene, quiet area nestled in Thailand’s west coast.
While full of appealing beaches and lush jungles, Khao Lak has not quite arrived on the tourism scene just yet. As a result of its quiet location, your Khao Lak tour will likely be very relaxing as you adapt to the slower pace of life in the area.
