Anahi in the London 2012 Olympic Games
After the official announcement of Yoko Ono (John Lennon's former wife), confirming the position of Anahí as Ambassador of Peace in Latin Project Non-Violence Foundation a few months ago, now it was time for Ringo Star (former Beatles drummer) confirm the participation of all the ambassadors of the project in the London Olympics in 2012 and apparently, will perform musically.

This a quick video of my visit to the London 2012 Olympic games opening ceremony. Filmed on my phone and put together after we got home as a reminder of what was a truly superb evening at the Olympic Stadium in London.
On a personal note I felt the organisation, security and all of the volunteers all over the city that day were fantastic. Great Britain has much to be very proud of.

Paul McCartney Hey Jude London Olympics Summer 2012
I f--ked up. I was supposed to wait for a cue. But I forgot. Why? Well, there's this bloody great bell that we didn't know about. It was deafening.
We prerecorded a playback in case all hell broke loose... We were live, everyone was there, the world was ready and this bloody great bell goes off.
And I forget I've gotta wait for it, so I go, 'Hey Jude', and someone presses the playback. So there's me on the backing track, and actual me; two of us singing
THE DELAY/ECHO in the beginning of Hey Jude was because they (IOC) wanted Paul to lip sync/play over a backing track, but McCartney decided against it and played it completely live.I dubbed someone else's high quality television recording of the performance with a high quality recording of Hey Jude from the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Summer Olympics together, with this as the result. I do not own or have any rights to these recordings for they belong to the International Olympic Committee & The End and Hey Jude belong to Paul McCartney & John Lennon, Apple Corps, and EMI.

Ao Naga Choir singing John Lennon's 'Imagine'
Ao Naga Choir performing at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Delhi
The Ao Naga Choir was formed in the year 2009. Since then, it has grown to its present strength of approximately 40 members which includes 12-15 professional singers/musicians. The choir is an affiliate member of The Royal School of Church Music, UK and is also a member of the International Federation of Choral Music, USA. Some of the members of the choir have been formally trained abroad in music.
In December 2012 the Choir had the privilege to perform for the President and distinguished guests at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
In addition to fulfilling its responsibilities in the church, members of the Choir undertakes an extensive programme of choral music education in a number of schools and various institutions as well as performs regular concerts in Delhi and the NCR.
The choir has a wide repertoire ranging from Western classical, folk to popular and spiritual music and choruses from opera, operetta and Broadway musicals.
A smaller ensemble comprising 12 versatile members of the choir along with some of the city's finest musicians are performing. An evening of classics and evergreen tunes of the Eagles, Beatles, CSNY, Neville Brothers, Carpenters, Fleetwood Mac and a few surprises!!
