Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel) is a mixed-use development at Changi Airport in Singapore, scheduled to open in April 2019. It will include gardens and attractions, a hotel, aviation facilities and 300 retail and dining facilities. The complex covers a total gross floor area of 134,000 m, spanning 10 storeys – five storeys above-ground and five basement storeys. Attractions will include the Rain Vortex, the world’s largest indoor waterfall; the Forest Valley, an indoor garden spanning five storeys; and Canopy Park at the topmost level, featuring gardens and leisure facilities

Singapore Changi Airport has been known as the best airport in the entire world for multiple years in a row, and visiting this place will make you understand why. This place has everything you need for your travel. A comfortable hotel for your stay, a cinema to catch up on the latest movies, 300 different retail and dining outlets, a canopy park for you to test your fear of heights and have fun, while taking photos at almost every spot. All these can be found within this airport the moment you enter Singapore. It also houses the tallest indoor waterfall in the world! This is a place you got to visit once you get off / before you get on a plane!

Jewel Changi Airport is a nature-themed recreational and retail development inside Changi Airport Singapore. Changi Airport is voted the world’s best airport by millions of customers accross the globe. Since its official opening in April 2019, millions of tourists and locals visit Jewel for recreation and to unwind. Jewel is located at the heart of Changi Airport and links the 3 main terminals. It houses retail shoppes of local and international brand such as the largest Nike store in Asia and the first Apple Store inside an airport complex. The complex also features food restaurant and famous chains like A&W Restaurants, Shake Shack, Burger & Lobster and a lot more. Interestingly, the first permanent Pokemon Centre in East Asia outside of Japan is in Jewel Changi Airport as well.
The main attraction of Jewel is the Rain Vortex (HSBC Rain Vortex) and is considered the largest and tallest indoor waterfall in the world. Standing at 40 meters high, it collects and recirculates rain water and pump it to the roof for a free fall through a hole at the center. Everyday, tourists visits Jewel to experience the waterfall and take photos. At night, the waterfall varies in colors which makes the attraction even more mesmerizing.

Shoot Film at Jewel Changi Airport
Hey guys, last week I went to Jewel Changi Airport. Jewel Changi Airport is a nature-themed entertainment and retail complex on the landside of Changi Airport, Singapore, linked to three of its passenger terminals. Its centerpiece is the world's tallest indoor waterfall, the Rain Vortex, which is surrounded by a terraced forest setting. They got the limited time free entry to the canopy walk, so I did try to shoot some film in there. Do check it out my shot. Disclaimer: The scans turned out pretty bad, I won't go back to this lab anymore.
