Panhandle PWC 2016 Jetski Trip from Florida to Abaco, Bahamas
7 days, 629 miles, 3 skis, 1 22' Bay boat!
A years worth of planning has paid off, it was an adventure of a lifetime!
10 hour drive from Pace, FL to Boynton Beach. Left Boynton Beach inlet at daylight, made West End in 2 hours 20 minutes. After that, things got interesting...one of the skis started taking on water, racks crumbled under the harsh conditions, ran aground, lost gas cans, and ran out of gas. Finally made it there after 12 hours.
The week was amazing!
Due to poor weather conditions forecasted for our return trip, we decided to leave a day early and break it into 2 days.
Left Treasure Cay at Daylight on Friday and had 4-5 footers for 9.5 hours and finally arrived at Freeport, Bahamas where we would stay the night and fuel for the next morning crossing.
The boat took some damage. The center console and T-top came loose and we had to strap each corner of the T-Top to cleats to keep the center console from coming completely loose.
As daylight came the morning of the crossing, we left the inlet to see 7-9 foot rollers, which proved to result in another long day.
A long day it was, 9 hours to cross. Windburn and tired but we made it!
Miami to Bimini Bahamas on Sea-Doos (Jet Skis & Jet Boats)
Miami to Bimini - In July of 2010 we left Miami and crossed the Gulf Stream on 4 Sea Doos, arriving at South Bimini in the Bahamas (55 miles). Beauty ensued. All together there were 8 of us that made the trip and it was the adventure of a lifetime. This video is just small summary; With clear-blue water, jet boats, jet skis, good looking ladies, and 4 guys from Tampa Bay that love supercharged watercraft.
We stayed on the island of South Bimini, at the Bimini Sands resort. The island put on a great fireworks displays to celebrate their Independence Day on July 11th.
Sea Doos used: A 2008 RXT 215, an '08 RXP-X 255, and 2 '07 150 Speedster 215hp jet boats.

Miami To Exumas Bahamas In Yamaha JetBoat and Jetskis
This is a glance of our journey from Miami to Exumas Bahamas for a total of 10 days in the ocean. We made this trip in our jet boat ( Yamaha AR240) and PWC. We had the opportunity of doing this trip with great friends. We got to explore the Exumas, from Bimini Bahamas, Compass Cay, Chub Cay, Staniel Cay, Thunderball Grotto, Pig Island, etc. We had a run of 700 miles total. This was an epic adventure till the next one..

Key Biscayne to Bimini Bahamas (Four jet skis 7 great friends)
This was our video from our trip from Key Biscayne to Bimini Bahamas. Our group of jet skis included 3 Seadoos, 2008 215 rxt, 2014 GTI 155, 2015 RXTX 260 and one 2015 Kawasaki 310r. Everyone in our group was well prepared for the trip. We had all necessary safety equipment. Every ski had their own self made PVC rack to hold one cooler and one 5 gallon gas can. On the way over it didn't show in the video but we had 3-4ft seas leaving key Biscayne. We filmed when we could, mostly during stops as you can see in the video. The closer we got to Bimini the calmer the water got. On the return trip it was the total opposite. We had 40 miles of glass and the last 10-15 miles were back to mostly 3 footers and the occasional 4 footer. So more often then not, if you make the trip over try not to judge the trip in the first 10-15 miles leaving Miami. No matter how calm the wind seems to be, the water is more rough state side. It was an amazing trip and we will be doing it again! Definitely will have a boat next time as trying to snorkel and set things up would be easier. We all wanted to say we concurred the Miami to Bimini run on jet skis only, and we did just that! I highly recommend the trip to anyone as long as the proper precautions are made before hand.

Jet Ski trip from Miami to Bimini in the Bahamas. Four riders, launching at Haulover Marina, rode the roughly 55 miles to the Bahamas. We had pretty nice conditions, and spent roughly 2 hrs each way. Enjoyed the crystal blue waters, saw some of the local sites, and received a hell of a homecoming!

Miami to Exuma Bahamas on Sea-Doos (The Journey)
On May 24th 2014, 4 friends set out on the adventure of a lifetime. Departing Haulover Marina in Miami, Florida in a jet boat and a jet ski, the crew set out to the Exuma Islands in the Bahamas. This video shows the 240 mile journey we took to finally reach Allen Cay. Allen Cay was our first stop of what was the most amazing experience of a lifetime. Day 1 was the longest journey of the expedition with a total of 150 miles covered (Miami - Chub Cay). Day 2 consisted of departing Chub Cay and heading to Nassau for some fuel and food before finally reaching Allen Cay. We made it! We accomplished making it to the Exumas in 2 days! Now the vacation began!!

This is a bit of our journey from West Palm beach Florida to Abacos Bahamas for a total of 7 days. We made this trip in our jetboat (Yamaha AR240 and pwc). A group of good friends got together to embrace this journey, explore and enjoy the beauty of Abacos Bahamas. We got to explore Treasure Cay, Marsh Harbour, Hope Town, No Name Cay, Guana Cay and many other islands. Jet Ski to Bahamas day 5 and 6
This is video from our last day and the return the next morning. We really just took it easy and hung out at the Sapona and Honeymoon Harbor made a quick run to Cat Cay again as well. Return trip to Port Everglades was much nicer it only took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get back compared to the 5 hours it took on the initial crossing.

The second day of our adventure begins to a much nicer start. We leave Bimini Sands go passed the Sapona on our way to Honeymoon Harbor. We visit Gun Cay and Cat Cay also and finish up with some snorkeling at a plane wreck just off of South Bimini Island.
