Exploring ONOMICHI 尾道 | JAPAN CINEMATIC TRAVEL VIDEO
This hilly port town is “Onomichi”, which is one hour and a half away from Hiroshima city by train.
This town is kind of small but there are a bunch of ways to hang out here.
1. Looking around Japanese traditional temples
You can enjoy more than 50 temples here and the atmospheres are more local than Kyoto.
2. Interacting with thousands of adorable cats
According to someone’s estimate, the reason why there are many cats here is that this town has a port and they have come up to the fishes lol
3. Eating local foods
I think “Onomichi ramen” is the best soy source soup ramen in the world.
Other than these, you can enjoy cycling in the location where have been chosen as one of the most beautiful cycling roads in the world by CNN.

Exploring the beautiful city of Onomichi in Hiroshima prefecture
Today I explore the beautiful city of Onomichi in Hiroshima Prefecture.
Onomichi is very famous for the Shimanami-Kaido(しまなみ海道). But if you watch this video I think you’d want to see other parts of the town too. And there’s much more than I was able to show you in the video.
In the video I said “Onomichi is famous for a couple dishes” and I introduced the Onomichi Ramen. But besides that, Okonomiyaki arranged in Onomichi style which locals call “Onomichiyaki” is super yummy too. I tried it off camera and it was awesome. If you have a chance, try it.

I visited Onomichi, Hiroshima in Japan during new year holidays!
I wanted to go there because there is cat street with many cats.
And also, it is the place where the game called “Yakuza 6” took place!
The city is really beautiful and the hotel I stayed at has such a nice view from the room!
It is pretty old city but it is such a nice place to chillax!

Japan is a country that has a cultural and historical significance that is unique to it.
Despite being one of the most technologically advanced countries, Japan is still just as deeply rooted in its traditions and culture and this is evident in its people and certain places of significance.
Japan has a very unique heritage and serene culture. Japan has a lot to offer to travellers. One must not miss visiting the old capital Kyoto's Kiyomizu-Dera, beautiful Kinakakuji, magnificent red tori gates and shrines.
Japan is also famous for its castles like Osaka castle and the White Himeji castle. Hiroshima's Peace Memorial dedicated to those who died during the atomic bombing is definitely worth a visit. Do not miss the vibrant shrines and temples of Nikko. One must also see the grand palaces of Nara. Japan would definitely be one of the most peaceful holiday destinations to experience its serene heritage and culture.
Check out the castles in Osaka and Himeji or the various Shinto and Buddhist shrines, all consisting of architecture and ambience that despite having borrowed influence, is still so distinctly Japanese.
Feed the deer as you take a tour of the temples in Nara, there are probably very few places in the world you can boast of doing that. Check out these places and more that are so uniquely Japan.
The Heritage sites of the world are celebrated for having great cultural or historical significance, and it doesn’t hurt that they are also often majestic and awe-inspiring.

Onomichi is a city located in Hiroshima prefecture. It is a small city but it is famous for its Temple walk. The walk is about two and a half kilometres long.
Unfortunately I didn't video as much as I should have. There is much more to see on the Temple walk with many shops along the way. The best time to go is spring as there are many sakura blossoms along the temple walk.

Visiting 25 Japanese Temples | Onomichi
Visiting all 25 temples on the Temple Walk in Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture. It was a little challenging to visit all of them but I felt a nice sense of achievement afterwards! I tried my best with pronouncing the temple names but I'm sure I butchered some of them...
