8 THINGS TO DO: A DAY IN SHINJUKU TOKYO (Matcha Green Tea, Gyoza, Sushi & More!)
Today is our first full day in Tokyo and we are exploring Shinjuku!
We have made it to our 9th country of Japan before arriving in Australia for a year and are so excited! When planning Japan, we were intent on eating delicious food. We were not disappointed.
We spend the day trying food from Japanese convenience stores (Konbini), exploring the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (with some Matcha Green Tea), trying gyoza, taking in the views from the Tokyo Metropolitan Building, shopping at Yodobashi Camera and finally ending the night with sushi and ice cream.
It was a jam-packed and fun first day! :)
