This is a 3-bedroom villa/vacation rental located in Happy Bay, St. Martin called BLUE SAILING. One of the reasons I love this villa is the location. You can walk out by the pool and down a path to either Friar's Bay Beach or Happy Bay Beach depending on which direction you go.
Happy Bay Beach is an all natural beach with beautiful sand and has an excellent sunset. The water here is wonderful to swim in and it really has a deserted island type vibe about it.
Friar's Bay Beach has restaurants and watersport activities which is perfect for group outings or meals with a view.
The house itself has 3 equal sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It's built on two levels. Where you park, is on the top floor. Upon entering you'll walk directly into the kitchen/living space which is very open. On this same floor, is a stunning balcony with insane sunset views in the evening. The 1st bedroom is also on this level and has interior entrance as well as exterior out onto the balcony.
Going down the stairs you'll find the other two bedrooms on each side of the house. They each have sliding doors that go out to the pool area.
The pool is perfect for cooling off and catching some rays either on the chairs or under the shade of the daybed.

Some of the things I love about this villa are the separation between the rooms and the amount of space there is on the property. When you first get to the property you would believe it's a 5 or 6 bedroom home, but it's only 3! Each room is on a different level and has it's own benefits.
The gazebo on top, is an amazing place to hang out. The views are spectacular and since it's covered, it's a spot you can hang out without overheating. The breeze flows right through it.
The pool is large enough for all to enjoy and has an additional gazebo so everyone can feel a part of the party. And speaking of party, there are speakers throughout the house so the music fills the entire home. The seating area and grill will make this the spot to be!
And the best feature of this house is the walkway to the beach. This spot on the beach is rarely visted by outsiders, so it will feel like your own private getaway. The water here is perfect for cooling off and the sand is beautifully white and clean. AND the Wifi even reaches the beach, so you can get your Instagram stories going without a flaw!
