Indian Food MUKBANG 16+ Indian Dishes with Nina Unrated | Coconut Grove, Florida

????BOMBAY DARBAR:
???? NINA:
???? WATCH: Indian Food Mukbang with Nina Unrated (Part 1):

After a whirlwind, lifechanging trip to Albania, I’m back at home in Miami and craving some Indian food! Come along with me and my good friend Nina Unrated as we bring you another epic Indian food mukbang!

This time, we hit up another of my favorite Indian spots in the city, Bombay Darbar in Coconut Grove. There, we would have an out-of-this-world feast that would include a mix of Northern and Southern Indian food. They used to be a small place with only 30 seats, but they have recently expanded to a much larger space.

Beforehand, I had met with Derek from Bombay Darbar, who walked me through three different Indian cocktails including their Maharaja Mule (a nice, gingery drink that’s like the Indian version of a Moscow Mule.

Then, I headed back into the kitchen where the chef and cooks were making kulcha, naan, a ginger-garlic paste, chicken tikka masala, and more! I got to see their lunch chicken tikka masala thali, which comes with basmati rice, samosas, garlic naan, tamarind sauce, and more.

In the back, they were also making lamb chops, yellow dal, and a huge amount of chopped onion masala. There were so many amazing aromas. I couldn’t wait to et!

Back at the bar, they made me a mango martini with vodka and mango juice. It was salty and like a non-virgin mango lassi!

Then, it was time to eat! We had sixteen dishes, including tandoori shrimp, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, brinjal mash, lamb kadai, four breads, a thali, chicken wings, lamb chop masala, and samosa chaat.

After a sip of our drinks, we jumped on the tandoori chicken, which was like butter. It was melt-in-your-mouth good and is packed with flavor. Then, we tried the chicken tikka masala with paratha. It was so creamy and tasty and is basically butter chicken. I couldn’t get enough of it!

Next were the tandoori shrimp, which were so smoky and succulent! I explained to Nina that the flavors here are authentic because they import their spices from India.

Then, we jumped into the thali. It contained channa masala and aloo gobi along with yogurt, yellow dal, cauliflower, basmati rice, and more. The channa masala was too good, and the samosa was great as well!

Next were the aloo paratha, tandoori paratha, garlic naan, and onion kulcha. The kulcha was almost like a caramelized red onion pizza. It was amazing with the tamarind chutney!

The samosa chaat was so bomb! Then, we tried the paneer pakora, which is fried cheese, similar to a mozzarella stick, with the tamarind chutney. The tandoori chicken wings were amazing. We followed them with the lamb masala, which were sweet, saucy, and tender.

Our final three dishes were eggplant mash, lamb masala, and a tandoori chicken salad. The eggplant mash contained tomatoes and coriander, and was so creamy and flavorful, especially with the bread! The salad was really nice and contained pecans, cucumber, mandarin, goat cheese, and chicken. It was glazy, crunchy, and the mandarins added some sweetness!

The lamb curry was super tender and buttery. I could tell it had been slow-cooked. It was incredible with the tamarind chutney.

We finished up with kulfi, which is Indian ice cream. The pistachio flavor was crunchy and tasted like fruit loops, and the mango was unreal. They’re so different from American ice cream!

What an incredible meal! Let me know in the comments if you want to see me and Nina do more Indian mukbangs together!

My Cousin Tries INDIAN VEG FOOD for the FIRST TIME in Coconut Grove | Miami, Florida

???? ALESSANDRO:
???????? BOMBAY DARBAR:

You guys know one of my favorite things to do is to share my love of Indian food with others, so I knew I had to do the same with my cousin when he came into town. Come with me as my cousin tries Indian veg food for the first time!

???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

My cousin Alessandro has lived in Puerto Rico in LA for over 20 years and he recently came into town. So, I took him to Bombay Darbar, my favorite Indian restaurant in town to have some mouthwatering Indian veg food.

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

There, we met up with my boy Rupesh and ate outside. We started with a mango lassi and a sweet lassi. Lassi is a creamy yogurt drink that helps kill the heat after a spicy meal! The mango lassi was thinner than others I’d had, but the sweet lassi was nice and thick!

Then, they brought us some Taj Mahal and Kingfisher Strong beers. Then, they brought some papadum with tomato chutney and cilantro chutney. The papadum was light and crispy, and the chutneys were full of flavor. The cilantro was good enough to drink and the tomato was similar to a mild Mexican salsa.

Then, they brought us bullet naan, garlic naan, and plain naan, along with vegetable biryani, mushroom makhani, aloo gobi, malai kofta, mattar paneer, white rice, and raita. It was a full-on veg feast! I couldn’t wait to dive in.

First, I served him a bit of everything. Then I went with the bullet naan with the mattar paneer, which was creamy and full of yummy tomato-based sauce. The malai kofta was basically a vegetable dumpling in creamy tomato sauce and so tasty as well. I loved mixing the sauces and eating them with the naan!

Next were the biryani and aloo gobi. I added some raita on the side and mixed it into the biryani with my hand. Then, I added some of the tomato sauce to it, which added even more flavor! I loved teaching Alessandro how to eat Indian-style!

The vegetables in the biryani, including the corn, carrots, green beans, and cashews, were amazing! Next was the aloo gobi, which is cauliflower and potatoes with tomatoes. It was so good and I was getting full.

So far, the malai kofta was my favorite. It was at medium spice level along with everything else. It was a fantastic vegetable dumpling, and super filling!

Alessandro was really impressed with the versatility of the dishes, as well as the mix of textures and spices. He also liked the amount of sweetness in some of the dishes! Indian food is the most diverse cuisine on the planet!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in CORAL SPRINGS!! Pani Puri, Kebabs & Butter Chicken | Florida

???????? SALMA’S CUISINE: 1-954-507-1234
???????? TARKA KARAHI KABAB:
???????? ARUN’S INDIAN KICHEN:

As many of you guys already know, I am addicted to Indian food. I try to eat it at least once a week when I’m at home in Miami, and every now and then, I like to go all-out and eat nothing but Indian food for 24 hours straight! Today is one of those days. Come with me on my latest adventure, eating Indian food for 24 hours in Coral Springs, Florida!

My adventure took me to Coral Springs, a city roughly an hour north of Miami. It’s one of the best places in south Florida to eat Indian cuisine. I started at Salma’s Cuisine for breakfast!

???? DAD:
???? WATCH: Eating Indian Food for 24 Hours in Tampa:

I met with Salma and started with one of my favorites, pani puri! The puris contained some potatoes, mint chutney, and chickpeas. They were so crunchy and full of flavor.

Then, I jumped on the chicken behati roll, which was delicious and was similar to a kathi roll without the egg. Then, she brought me some beef samosas, chicken tandoor samosas, and chicken biryani. The samosas came with chili and tamarind chutney.

They was so tasty and contained green beans! The chili and tamarind chutney went well with everything. I loved the heat and sweetness! Adding some creamy raita helped calm down the heat!

The chicken tandoori samosa was crispier and smoky. The spring onions inside were outstanding! I followed that with the chicken biryani. I added some creamy raita and mixed it together with my hands.

I finished with some Pakola, which is a Pakistani cream soda. I’m not a big soda person and tasted like creamy rose water.

I packed everything to go and then headed to get some lunch. The next restaurant, Tarka Karahi & Kabab House, was only six minutes away. They sell authentic Pakistani cuisine. On the walls, they had images of sites around Pakistan, the Pakistani flag, and more!

I met Ismail, who took me to the kitchen, where they made me some mutton karahi, which contains about 15 spices, jalapenos, spring onions, and ghee! They also made me some chicken tikka, a chicken sikh kebab, sesame seed naan, kulcha, butter chicken, beef sikh kebab, and more!

The chicken tikka was massive and juicy, with an incredible smoky flavor. The marinade had soaked into the meat! We also had some chutney made from tamarind, a mint chutney, and more. The beef sikh kebab was lightly seasoned but super flavorful. I loved it with the naan and chutneys!

The naan and butter chicken was so different but still unreal! The flavors and textures of the beef kebabs, naan, and chutneys had my mouth watering. Next was a sweet and milky mango lassi, which they make in-house.

Next was chicken with the naan, which was fresh and oily with a light gravy. The Pakistani cuisine was somewhat similar to Indian, but the flavors were different. The mutton Lahore karahi was also outstanding. It was fatty, a little spicy, and full of flavor! It contained ginger, garlic, chilies, and more!

We had some kheer, a creamy rice pudding with nuts that cooks for 8-9 hours! Then, we had some paan with coconut and some chai!

After packing up my lunch, I headed to Arun’s Indian Kichen to get some dinner to take back to my dad in Miami!

I met Arun and Yash and headed into the kitchen, where they prepared several dishes including naan, biryani, butter chicken, eggplant, and lamb Madras, channa msala, gulab jamun. Then, I took it home to my dad!

We got a little bit of everything and dug in! The lamb Madras with naan was light on the spices and very creamy, while the eggplant was super tasty. The naan was fluffy and full of layers, and the channa masala was light with tons of chickpeas! What a day!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in SOUTH FLORIDA!! Goat Dum Biryani & Zaika Malabar Chicken | USA

???? DODGE:
???? PAULO:
???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

What’s up, my friends? Today, I’m off on another eating Indian food for 24 hours adventure, but this time is super special because I’ve teamed up with Dodge to give away a car worth up to $105,000 to one lucky winner! Let’s go!

For this video, I’d be teaming up with my friend Paulo, an amazing videographer here in Miami. We’d be cruising around South Florida in a beautiful Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, making our way from Pompano Beach to Miami!

???????? DECCAN SPICE:
???????? ZAIKA INDIAN CUISINE:
???????? DHABA INDIAN KITCHEN:

Our first stop was Deccan Spice in Pompano Beach, where I met Soma and his wife Niru. There, they made me an authentic Hyderabadi-style goat dum biryani, garlic naan, tandoori shrimp, chicken hakka noodles, goat sukka, and cabbage pakoras! I ate them right in the kitchen!

The cabbage pakoras were crispy and flavorful, and went well with the tamarind and mint-cilantro chutneys. The tandoori shrimp were succulent and smoky, while I loved the dry masala in the goat sukka. The bone marrow was excellent and the coconut and curry leaves added an amazing amount of flavor!

Next was an authentic South Indian dish called chintha chiguru made with lamb. I loved the light and creamy gravy and tamarind leaves! I’d never had this dish before but I loved it! The chicken hakka noodles had a nice crunch from the onions and were super spicy!

The Hyderabadi dum biryani came with an egg and raita. It was so aromatic and I loved the onions. I added a chili to add some heat. Then, I tried the garlic naan with the chintha chiguru gravy. So good!

Then, we drove to Zaika Indian Cuisine in North Miami Beach, where we met Manoj. In the kitchen, I watched as they prepared a goat masala, a whole tandoori chicken, bullet naan, and Zaika Malabar chicken.

At our table, I started with a refreshing and creamy mango lassi shot. The bullet naan with the Zaika Malabar chicken was great. The naan was really spicy and I loved the coconut-based curry. I really liked the goat, which was super tasty. The sizzling, smoky, and juicy tandoori chicken was also excellent!

From there, we drove from North Miami Beach to Dhaba Indian Kitchen in Miami. My friend Arvind made me some Indian street foods, including a kathi roll, a Mumbai sandwich, and chicken lollipops.

The kathi roll was similar to a wrap and full of chicken, masalas, and cabbage. I added chili paste to make it spicy! Then, I jumped on the chicken lollipop with the chili paste, which gave the crispy chicken wing meat a nice kick! It also went well with the mint and tamarind chutneys.

My last dish was the Mumbai Sandwich, which contained aloo, sev, and vegetables between three slices of bread. I liked the lightly toasted bread and refreshing cucumber, as well as the soft, mashed aloo. Adding tamarind chutney really set it off!

And that’s it! Three incredible Indian restaurants in South Florida. Huge thanks to Dodge for sponsoring my latest eating Indian food for 24 hours adventure! Don’t forget to go to dodge258.com for your chance to win a Dodge car worth up to $105,000!

Halal INDIAN FOOD!! 12+ Elite Indian Dishes at Akash | Miami Beach, Florida

???? AKASH MIAMI BEACH:
???? WATCH: Elevated INDIAN FOOD You MUST TRY at Moksha Indian Brasserie | Fort Lauderdale, Florida:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE INDIA SHIRTS:

My miniseries of epic Indian restaurants in Miami continues as I take you with me to have some delicious halal food on Miami Beach! Join me on a mouthwatering Indian halal food lunch at Akash in my hometown of Miami!

Akash is the best Indian restaurant on South Beach and focuses on upscale Indian food, especially lots of northern Indian dishes. They also have southern dishes. I couldn’t wait to try some!

Inside, the restaurant is white and blue—it reminded me of Santorini! I met with Govind, the owner, who told me they were making 10 dishes for me, including a unique masala crab cake!

In the kitchen, they were cooking up delicious-looking veg samosas, lamb vindaloo, onion bhaji, fish Madras, tandoori shrimp, goat curry, tandoori lamb chops, chili-garlic naan, Kashmiri naan, and more! They also have two tandoor ovens: one for meat and another for bread. Everything looked incredible. The aromas were blowing my mind!

Back at our table, we had over 12 dishes and some Kingfisher beer, which we started with. It was nice and refreshing! It’s made to pair with curries.

We started with chicken lollipops, which come with a Szechwan Indo-Chinese sauce. It was incredible, and the gingery and garlicky sauce was unreal. Next was fish Amritsari, which Govind added some lime to. It was like fried fish fingers!

Then, we jumped on the onion bhaji, which comes with tamarind chutney and a minty green chutney. You dip it into both. The sweetness of the tamarind and the strong mint flavor complemented each other and the crunchiness of the batter! It took me back to Mumbai!

Next was the Bombay special, a vegetable samosa. It was filled with potatoes and peas and was super crunchy. It was amazing by itself but even better with the two chutneys! The masala crab cake is a unique dish to Akash. It contains large chunks of crab and has a minty mayo and a sriracha mayo on top. It’s nice and tangy from the curry and is one of the best crab cakes I’ve ever eaten! I loved it with the tamarind chutney, which paired so well with the fresh crab meat!

I cleansed my palate with a creamy mango lassi and then jumped on the lamb chops, which were moist, super tender, and super flavorful. The tandoori shrimp were also phenomenal. The spices on them were out of this world!

Next were two of the main courses: the chicken tikka masala and goat curry. We had them with Kashmiri naan, which is a little sweet because it contains raisins and coconut! I was in awe of it with the chicken tikka masala. The bullet naan, or chili-garlic naan was perfect with the goat curry. It was nice and spicy and melted in my mouth! You have to use the naan to soak up all the sauce!

Our last two dishes were two southern Indian dishes: fish Madras curry and lamb vindaloo. The fish and coconut milk in the fish Madras were unreal. I mixed it well with my hands. It’s too good! The lamb vindaloo was also unbelievable!

We ended with mango kulfi and a cardamom and saffron kulfi, which are like Indian ice cream. The mango was like straight up mango juice!

What a phenomenal Indian halal food lunch in Miami Beach!

Eating INDIAN FOOD with TIK-TOK SENSATION in Miami!!

???? SAMANTHA:
???????? NAMASTE MIAMI:

Recently, I met up with a friend to introduce her to the diverse world of Indian cuisine. Join me as I eat some incredible Indian food with TikTok sensation and realtor Samantha Purnell!

We’d be eating at one of my favorite Indian restaurants in Miami, Namaste. Samantha loves Indian food, but I wanted to get her to dive even deeper into the cuisine!

✈️ MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

I started with a Kingfisher premium lager, while Samantha enjoyed a Prosecco. Namaste Miami has a great menu that includes her favorites, butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. We were going to expand her Indian food palate!

We kicked off with garlic shrimp and chilli paneer, my favorite Indian dish in the world. It contains cubed and fried paneer, bell peppers, onions, and more, and comes in a delicious sauce that has a decent kick.

The garlic shrimp also came in a glazy sauce and came sprinkled with lots of sesame seeds. I loved the flavors and the fact that it wasn’t very spicy. I could eat seafood every day! Next were veg samosas with tamarind chutney.

The potatoes and peas inside were still hot from the fryer and the tamarind chutney added a nice, tangy sweetness. So far, the garlic shrimp were my favorites!

Next were lamb biryani, garlic naan, parathas, palak paneer, dal makhani, mango curry, and coastal lamb curry. I showed Samantha how to tear the garlic naan and eat the lamb curry. The gravy was nice and rich and contained some coconut!

The mango curry was unbelievable! The gravy in it was heavenly. Then, we tried the palak paneer with the paratha. It was so creamy, like a spinach dip with cottage cheese. The paratha was also excellent!

We went with the dal makhani next with the garlic naan. The black lentils were really nice! Then, we jumped on the king of dishes, the lamb biryani. I showed Samantha how to eat it with your hands. Mixing it with the different gravies adds new layers of flavor to the biryani!

Then, we added a bit of raita, which is a yogurt sauce that contains cucumbers and herbs. It acts as a binding agent and also helps cool down the heat from the spices. The lamb biryani was phenomenal with all of them, but especially with the sweet mango gravy.

Finally, we jumped on dessert, which is called kulfi. It’s like a cross between ice cream and sorbet. We had three flavors: dulce de leche, pistachio, and mango. We also had some gulab jamun, or doughy milk balls soaked in sugar syrup, on the side.

The gulab jamun was insanely sweet but very light. The pistachio kulfi was dense and nutty, while the mango was fantastic. Then, we had the dulce de leche, which also contained pistachio and saffron. Each one was different, flavor-wise, but so good.

The garlic shrimp were a huge favorite for both of us, along with the biryani. The mango curry was also incredible!

North & South Indian Food BRUNCH!! Super Spicy Indian Food | West Dade, Florida

???? SPICE MAGIC:
???? WATCH: All You Can Eat Indian Buffet at Taste Buds of India:

After I returned home to Miami after nearly two epic weeks in Albania, I had a hankering for some delicious Indian food. Come with me as I have some outstanding north and south Indian food, including some super spicy Indian food, in West Dade, Florida!

For this amazing Indian meal, I headed over to Spice Magic on Flagler Street for brunch. They’re one of the best Indian restaurants in the county! They were opening at 10 a.m. for me so I could try a dozen different dishes! I couldn’t wait to meet the chef and eat!

Inside, they have a huge dining hall and a buffet. On one side of the divider are smaller tables, and on the other are some family-style tables. They also have some amazing Indian décor!

In the kitchen, I met Danny, who told me they were making lots of spicy dishes for me. I watched them make some chicken biryani as well as a dozen other dishes. I could smell all the heat in the dishes they were making for me! It was a combination of north and south Indian dishes.

They also made some tandoori chicken in a tandoor oven, a ghee roast dosa, some chili naan that was full of green chilies, garlic naan, and butter naan. It all looked so good!

At my table, I had an unreal spread in front of me. In addition to the dosa and tandoori chicken, I also had paneer tandoor, paneer tikka masala, the naans, and more.

The first dish I jumped on was the Guntur chicken with cashews, which reminded me of chicken 65. It was made up of spicy nuggets of crispy, fried chicken! It wasn’t too spicy and contained a really nice masala.

Next was the Chicken Majestic, which is from Bengaluru. It contains fried chicken bits, curry leaves, onions, and a yellow curry. The curry had been absorbed into the onions and the chicken, leaving them full of unbelievable flavor. It was less spicy than the Guntur chicken but still super flavorful.

Then, I tried the butter chicken, which looked a little spicy. I had it with some kadai paneer and naan. The paneer with the naan was a little spicy, and the chilies in the chili naan made it even hotter! The butter chicken was also unreal! It was authentic India!

My next dish was the ghee roast dosa with coconut chutney and tomato chutney. The coconut was so refreshing, and the tomato chutney was nice and spicy. The coconut is always the winner for me. It’s too good, and the dosa is massive!

I also had the dosa with a thick, paste-like sambar. It contained lots of spices and tasty flavors that had my mouth watering! The dosas are my favorite thing about south Indian cusine!

Next were the Amarathi chicken curry and lamb rogaine, a dish I’d eaten before in Rajasthan. The lamb was tender and sweet and came in a rich, brown sauce. The Amarathi chicken curry was similar to butter chicken but a little darker and earthier. They both paired extremely well with the chili naan.

The tandoori chicken was smoky and rich, and the biryani had a nice layer of chicken on the bottom. It’s a layered rice dish that’s especially famous in Hyderabad. I could taste the saffron, onions, basil, mint, and coriander. So good!

For dessert, I had gulab jamun, which is a doughy, milky ball that’s drenched in a sugar syrup. It’s very common in India, very creamy and soft, and super sweet! My next dessert was rasmalai, a milky, creamy cottage cheese dish. I finished with a sweet rose milk lassi. It was super sweet and creamy. The perfect way to end a spice-filled Indian brunch!

Eating INDIAN FOOD with DROOLING GODDESS in Miami Dade, FL!

???? ISABELLA:
???? BUY HER BOOK HERE:
???? DROOLING GODDESS:

For the past few months, I have been on a mission to find all of the best curry houses and Indian food restaurants around the world while introducing people to the vibrant world of Indian cuisine. Come with me as I eat Indian food with Isabella from the Drooling Goddess and teach her everything I know!

Isabella is a massive foodie like me, so I was stoked to take her to Ashoka Indian Cuisine in my hometown of Miami. She’s coming out with her own cookbook soon! We’d be eating a mix of northern and southern Indian foods. Inside, we met the owner, Amrit, who showed me their Jaan, which is a paan liqueur. We also met the bartender, Ravi.

???????? ASHOKA:
???????? RAVI:
???? CHECK OUT MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

Ravi made us a specialty drink with it called Paan Havana. It was sweet and fragrant, and tasted like paan! Then, it was time to visit the kitchen, where we watched them make garlic naan, dosas, Kerala beef fry, butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, raita, biryani, and more!

Back at our table, we had chili paneer, a masala dosa, garlic naan, chicken biryani, beef fry, and lamb chops in coconut gravy. The masala dosa was stuffed with aloo (potatoes) and came with sambar, tomato chutney, and coconut chutney.

It was light and crispy but still a little doughy, and went well with the coconut chutney! The sambar was also very flavorful and full of vegetables. Next was the chili paneer, an Indo-Chinese dish from Kolkata. It wasn’t too spicy and was full of bell pepper!

The beef fry contained onions, ginger, and curry leaves and was like a dry stir fry. While we ate, we talked a bit about her upcoming cookbook, Food For All, which contains 40 recipes and will be available in April!

Next were the lamb chops, which blew my mind! They were juicy, smoky, and a little crispy on the outside. The curry took it to another level, and the meat close to the bones was unbelievably tasty! Sopping up the curry with the naan made it even better. They were the best lamb chops ever!

Then, we jumped on the chicken biryani, which was so good! I taught Isabella how to eat it with her hands. Adding raita made it creamy and helped glue the grains of rice together!

Next, we grabbed some items from the buffet including veg pakora, Malabar paneer, dal, and kheer. Then, we finished with dessert: gulab jamun, mango kulfi, ras malai, and kheer. The gulab jamun was very sugary, while the ras malai was very creamy and crumbly, and had a nice saffron flavor.

Mixing the gulab jamun with the ras malai is the ultimate Indian dessert! We also loved the mango kulfi, which was icy, dense, and full of fresh mango flavor.

All in all, I think I’ve made a believer out of Isabella! Be sure to get her cookbook when it comes out!

Eating INDIAN FOOD with Colombian FASHION INFLUENCER in Miami!!

???? CAROLINA:
✈️ MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

Any time I have the opportunity to share the incredible flavors and mind-blowing diversity of Indian cuisine with someone, I jump at the chance. Today, come with me as I eat Indian food with an awesome Colombian fashion influencer!

This food adventure would take place at my favorite Indian restaurant in Miami, Bombay Darbar with my friend Carolina, a fashion influencer from Colombia! She’s also my best friend’s girlfriend!

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

We started with some plain lassi and mango lassi, and papadum with tomato chutney and a mint chutney. The mint chutney contained cilantro and had a bit of sweetness to it. My plain lassi was really sweet and refreshing!

Next, we had chilli paneer, samosa chaat, veg pakoras, and tandoori chicken wings. The chicken wings came with a tamarind chutney and had a delicious smoky flavor and tender texture.

The chilli paneer came with onions and bell pepper and came doused in a chili sauce. Next was the samosa chaat came with chickpeas, sev, yogurt, and tamarind chutney. It was sweet, creamy, and crunchy!

The veg pakoras had a nice crispness to them. The onions and potatoes were fantastic with sweet tamarind chutney.

Then, we jumped on the veg biryani, butter chicken, lamb pasanda, onion kulcha, garlic naan, raita, and fish Goan curry. The tender lamb was incredible, as was the gravy. I loved the cashews in it! I taught Carolina how to tear the naan and how to only eat with your right hand!

The butter chicken was also excellent. The fish Goan curry was full of coconut flavor. Then, I added rice to the remaining sauce. Then, we jumped on the veg biryani and had some of the raita on the side to mix in. Mixing the biryani into any of the sauces is always amazing!

For dessert, we had some rasmalai and pistachio kulfi, which is like a cross between ice cream and sorbet. The rasmalai was creamy and milky, very sweet, and fluffy. I loved the saffron on it. It’s similar to arroz con leche.

The kulfi was dense and contained shaved almonds, crushed pistachios, and a fruity syrup. It was a great way to end our meal!

Indian Subscriber CHOOSES Which INDIAN FOODS I EAT on South Beach!!

???? KRUSHAL:
???????? AKASH:

Recently, I finally had the opportunity to do something I’ve been wanting to do for years now: meet up with one of my subscribers and enjoy a meal with them! Come with me as I link up with an Indian subscriber, who chooses which Indian foods I eat for lunch!

For this fun adventure, I headed over to Akash, an incredible Indian restaurant on Miami Beach. There, I met up with my subscriber and new friend, Krushal, who would be choosing everything I eat for our lunch together!

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

Krushal is from Mumbai and messaged me on Instagram that he wanted to meet up and have a meal, so I obliged! To start, he chose paneer tikka, lamb seekh kebabs, chicken lollipops, shahi vegetable korma, chicken makhani, onion kulcha, garlic naan, and chicken biryani!

I was pretty stoked with everything he picked. Akash has a huge menu and he did a great job. After picking everything, we headed inside, met my boy Govind, and headed into the kitchen. They also have a bar that sells Indian rum, whiskeys, and more!

In the kitchen, everything smelled incredible. The butter chicken cooking looked amazing, as did the paneer tikka and the seekh kebabs in the tandoor, which cooked alongside the naan. My mouth was watering from the aroma!

The chicken lollipops are one of my favorite dishes from Mumbai. The cooks served the lamb seekh kebabs over a lot of vegetables with some butter. He did the same with the paneer tikka. Everything was still sizzling!

Then, Krushal and I headed out to the dining room to eat. We started with the chicken lollipop, which is a wing with one of the bones removed. They move all the meat to the top, remove the skin, and then batter and fry it.

They were so juicy and the sweet-and-sour red chili chutney was amazing! I learned from Krushal that they’re actually Indo-Chinese!

Next were the paneer tikka and lamb seekh kebabs. The lamb seekh kebabs went really well with the cilantro chutney. It was so moist, light, and tender, it melted in my mouth. I couldn’t get enough of them!

The paneer tikka with the cilantro chutney came with cabbage, onions, and green peppers. I’ve loved paneer ever since the first time I had paneer chilli in Mumbai.

We followed that with chicken makhani, also known as butter chicken. It’s super rich and comes in a creamy tomato-based sauce. With the garlic naan and onion kulcha, it was fantastic! The sauce was good enough to drink! I liked the thickness and doughiness of the kulcha.

Krushal has been living in the United States for six years. He first lived in Michigan and then moved to Arizona, where he works as an engineer. He was in Miami for vacation!

Then, we jumped on the chicken biryani with some creamy raita. I loved mixing and eating the biryani with my hands. It was bright and vibrant, and full of fried onions and herbs. Mixing foods and textures is the best thing about Indian food!

After the food, we tried some Old Monk, which is an Indian rum. Govind added it to some ice and lime and ginger beer to make an Old Monk Mule. It was the perfect Miami drink. I loved the kick of ginger. It was so refreshing!

Then, he made us a spiced old-fashioned with Kentucky Bourbon with Indian spices, a simple syrup, and ice. It was strong and super flavorful! What a way to end our lunch!

9 a.m. AMERICAN BREAKFAST!! Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Eggs Benedict & Roast Beef in Miami, Florida!!

???? NINA UNRATED:
???????? ROASTERS 'N TOASTERS:

Sometimes, the best thing to have in the morning is a good, old-fashioned American breakfast. So I met up with my good friend Nina Unrated to have a 9am American breakfast in my hometown of Miami!

We’d be eating at Roasters ’N Toasters, a classic spot in Miami that’s been there since 1984. Inside, we met the manager, Dave, and headed into the kitchen.

???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

It’s a New York-style deli, so of course, they make roast beef sandwiches, matzoh ball soup, chicken soup, and more. I also watched them make some scrambled eggs, blueberry pancakes, bacon, chocolate chip pancakes, Nutella French toast, poached eggs, eggs Benedict, and more!

Everything looked so epic! Next, they made some scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon for the bacon and egg sandwich. They also grilled some egg blintzes and made some cheese grits and a smoked salmon sandwich.

At our table, we had 9 dishes in total! The bacon and egg sandwich was nice and fluffy, and the bacon was nice and crispy. Next, we hopped onto the eggs Benedict with an English muffin, ham, and hash browns. It came topped with Hollandaise sauce and paprika.

Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast dish of all time! I also loved the charred and crispy potatoes, which were still fluffy and moist on the inside.

Next were the cheese grits, which were creamy, cheesy, and perfect. Then, we jumped on the smoked salmon on a bagel with cream cheese and capers. The bagel was nice and fluffy with sesame seeds, and the salmon was excellent!

The matzoh ball soup was fantastic, and the ball soaked up the delicious broth. It’s like a big dumpling! Meanwhile, the corned beef sandwich was thinly-sliced and salty. I loved it with the mustard!

Our next dishes was the Nutella French toast, which contained Nutella on top and inside. It was sweet and carb-heavy, and perfect for kids!

The turkey sausage links with syrup were nice and meaty and contained some nice spices, too. The cheese blintzes with blueberry syrup were fluffy on the inside, toasted on the outside, and unreal. They were a cheese overload!

The chocolate chip pancakes were fluffy, delicious buttermilk pancakes. They weren’t too sweet and had a perfect amount of chocolate chips. It was the perfect way to end our meal!

Making Our Own INDIAN THALI 15+ Items! Indian Food in Miami, Florida

Go to for 15% off your order! Brought to you by Raycon.

???? DAD:
???? WATCH: THE BIGGEST THALI IN PUNE, INDIA -

What’s up, guys? Today, I will be building my own Indian thali at home! You guys know how much I love Indian food, so I’m super excited. Best of all, I get to share this experience with my father! Come with us as we make our own Indian thali and have an Indian food extravaganza in Miami, Florida!

We’re heading to Charcoal Indian Cuisine, one of our favorite local Indian restaurants, and build our thalis at my dad’s house! I called my dad using my Raycon Everyday E25 earbuds and met up with him. Our friends at Charcoal Indian Cuisine were going to surprise us with a huge spread but I didn’t know what they’d be giving us! I was hoping for something creamy!

Inside, I grabbed our dishes, which included lots of curries and some dishes that aren’t on the menu. He included veg and non-veg dishes and some lassi and falooda! Then, we headed to my dad’s house, where we had our thali platters, which had 12 mini bowls inside.

For the Indian thali, we had over 15 Indian food dishes. We had chana masala, matter paneer, samosa chaat, dal makhana, onion pakora, onion salad, palak with aloo, masala bindi, okra, veg pulao, dal, dry shrimp, raita, basmati rice, and more! We built our thalis with a bit of every dish and broke our fast with the dal!

The dal was like an onion pakora in soup form. It was amazing and light! Next was the onion pakora, which is an onion fritter. They soft and mushy although they are fried.

We also had a dosa-like flatbread that I’d never seen before. I tried it with the paneer. It was like a doughy paratha and wasn’t like naan or a dosa at all. The paneer was outstanding. Next, we went with the goat with papad, which was a creamy and buttery spinach curry with goat. It was gamier than regular goat and spicy!

Next was the pulao, which contained carrots, green peas, potatoes, and lots of spices. This was mostly a veg thali with only a couple of non-veg dishes. The shrimp was fantastic! The non-veg dishes in India are so creamy and delicious!

Then, I tried the dal makhani with the papad. The dal was creamy and the crispy papad added a nice contrast in texture. Next was the okra, which had a delicious masala and onion in it.

Next was creamy palak (spinach) with potatoes. It was great! Next was the samosa chaat, which was sweet from the tamarind chutney in it. It’s a broken-down samosa that’s mixed with the chutneys. It was so good! With the papad, it was crunchy, crispy, sweet, and fresh.

The veg salad with carrots and onions was really great. Everything in our thalis had a completely different taste from everything else.

We also had some super spicy pickles!

Then, we tried a mango lassi, which is a thick, cool yogurt drink that cools your mouth off. The falooda contained a mix of vermicelli noodles, milk, ice cream, fruit, and tons of other ingredients. It’s super gooey and yummy!

And that was our Indian thali with 15+ Indian food dishes! My dad and I both loved the shrimp and goat. The falooda was incredible, too!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in The EAST VILLAGE!! Malabar Fish Curry & Maggi Samosa in NYC!

???? NIKITA:
???????? KHILADI:
???????? DESIGALLI:

New York City is arguably the food capital of the world and is home to dozens of Indian restaurants. Join me as I eat Indian food for 24 hours in the East Village of Manhattan, NYC!

Joining is my friend Nikita, who’d be taking me to four amazing local spots, starting with Khiladi.

???????? KOLKATA CHAI CO.:
???????? MALAI MARKE:
???????? BAAR BAAR:

After visiting the kitchen, we had a masala dosa, malabar curry, pani puri, idli nuggets, stuffed naan with lamb and cheese, mango lassi, and masala lassi.

The masala lassi tasted like pani. I loved the cilantro and ginger. Then, we jumped on the pani puri, which had a tropical feel to them and was tangy and mild. The stuffed naan with raita was incredible! I loved how fluffy it was and the amazing ground lamb and coriander.

The idli nuggets had a nice crunch and spice. The sambar and coconut chutney were top notch! Next was a light paneer pulao mixed with a bit of raita. The masala dosa was thick and spicy and came with a sharp and sweet ginger jaggery chutney that I loved!

Last was the malabar fish curry with rice. I loved the curry leaves!

Next, we headed across the street to Desigalli, which sells Indian street food! They have a mini market selling snacks, pickles, spices, and sauces. We’d be getting their kathi roll, pani puri, and an Indian poutine!

After visiting the kitchen, we ate outside, starting with some chai. Then, we jumped on the pani puri. Some contained mint chutney and others contained tamarind. Next was a crispy vegan kathi roll with Beyond Meat filling. I loved the onions and it tasted like minced meat!

Next was a reddish maggi samosa. It was so unique with the noodles, peas, and vegetables inside! Then, we jumped on the desi poutine, which has chicken tikka masala gravy and cheese on top. It was fantastic!

Then, we took a break from eating and walked around the area and found Kolkata Chai Company. There, Ayan made us an egg roll and oatmilk chai. The chai was amazing, and the egg roll was egg wrapped in a paratha with mint chutney and onions. Then, I tried the dirty chai, which adds filtered coffee!

Then, we headed to Malai Marke Indian Cuisine. After visiting the kitchen, we ate outside on their terrace. Our spread included paneer tikka, Achari chicken, lachha paratha, garlic naan, mix veg curry, Kundapur chicken curry, lamb karahi, and chicken jalfrezi.

The paneer tikka was crumbly, dense, and well-marinated. I loved the smoky Achari chicken with chilies and pickle. The lachha paratha was full of flaky layers and was outstanding with the mixed veg curry.

The Kundapur chicken curry contained coconut, cream, mustard seeds, and curry leaves and reminded me of dishes I had in Kerala. I also couldn’t get enough of the chunky lamb karahi, which had a nice gravy and amazing vegetables. The chicken jalfrezi was spicy!

Finally, we walked 10 minutes to Baar Baar and started with a citrusy drink called bagicha. Everything here was more upscale! First were the crispy and delicate dahi puri and the crispy cauliflower 65 with curd-rice mousse. The masala on it was excellent!

The chicken ghee roast was made to look like a bird’s nest. I loved the green pea kulcha with goat cheese and truffles. With the paneer pinwheel gravy, it was amazing! The butter chicken was unreal, and the paneer pinwheels were unlike any paneer I’d ever had.

Dessert was strawberry pavlova. I loved the strawberries, meringue, and kulfi in it!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in LOS ANGELES!! Lamb Shank Curry & DTLA Butter Frankie | California

???? KYLE:
???????? BIRIYANI KABOB HOUSE:
???????? BOMBAY BEACH:

Los Angeles has some of the best Indian restaurants in the United States, so when I visited the city in August of 2021, I knew I had to go all-out and visit as many as I could. Join me as I eat Indian food for 24 hours straight in Los Angeles, California!

Joining me is my good friend and agent Kyle Hjelmeseth, who joined me at Biriyani Kabob House in downtown LA. It’s an awesome spot that serves authentic Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Afghan food!

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:
???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

We were ready to crush as many dishes as possible! Inside, we met Sunny and headed back into the kitchen, where we saw the cooks making chicken tikka kabobs, beef kabobs, seekh kabobs, plain naan, garlic naan, lamb shank biriyani.

They also prepared some chicken tandoori and two of my favorite Pakistani dishes, chicken karahi and nihari!

Before we headed to our table, we also tried some mango lassi, which was thick and rich in sweet mango flavor.

At our table, we started with the plain naan and garlic naan with the chicken nihari and lamb dam biriyani. The biriyani had a huge piece of lamb in it! We also had a yogurt sauce called raita, which I mixed into my biriyani.

We dove right in with our hands and broke up the lamb with our hands. The lamb was nice and chunky, and the biriyani was perfectly seasoned.

Then, I jumped on the chicken nihari with some naan. It was light and flavorful without being super spicy. Next was the Nali Nihari, which is a thick, rich beef stew. The meat was full of coriander flavor and practically melted in my mouth!

Then, we tried the mixed grill, which contained chicken seekh kabobs, beef kabobs, and chicken tikka. It was all so juicy and tender!

The lamb shank curry was next. It came in an oily, tomato-based curry and the meat fell apart at the slightest touch. The key was the fat, and the meat just fell right off the bone. It was my favorite, along with the Nali Nihari!

Kyle tapped out as we left, but I continued on to Bombay Beach, which is run by a couple who makes homemade Desi food. Inside, I met Rubal and Angat, who serve a garlic-and-cheese paratha that is wrapped around marinated chicken tikka, garlic, onion, bell pepper, yellow rice, and butter masala. It’s called a DTLA Butter Frankie and is popular in Mumbai!

I also had some samosa chaat, one of my favorite street food dishes. It’s made up of a deconstructed samosa, chana, yogurt, coriander, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, and more. It was fresh, sweet, crunchy, creamy, herbal, and downright phenomenal!

Next was the Frankie, which was almost like a huge kathi roll. I enjoyed it with a Bombay Brahmi Badaam, which is a refreshing drink that contains an ayurvedic herb called brahmi, almonds, cashews, and lemon juice.

The chicken tikka and gravy inside the Frankie was exceptional, as were the bell peppers and onions. The rice held everything together, and the garlic-and-cheese paratha was bursting with flavor! It was a huge meal in itself!

After a break to let the food digest, I headed over to Kyle’s house to enjoy a Tandoori chicken pizza from Bombay Beach! Its crust was a super crispy naan and full of incredible spices, chicken tikka masala, a tomato-based sauce, onion, bell pepper, and cheese!

Then, we had two amazing desserts called rasmalai and gulab jamun! The rasmalai was creamy and decadent and contained a bit of pistachio and saffron. Meanwhile, the gulab jamun was soaked in a sugar syrup. It was like straight sugar but so good!

Homemade GEORGIAN FOOD with LOCAL FAMILY!! Khachapuri, Shkmeruli & Churchkhela | Mtskheta, Georgia

???????? TRAVEL TBILISI:

One of my favorite things to do when I travel is to enjoy a home-cooked meal with a local family to get a true taste of daily life. I was thrilled when I got that opportunity in Georgia. Come with me as I enjoy a home-cooked Georgian meal with a local family in Mtskheta, Georgia!

Mtskheta is a small town located just 30 minutes north of the capital, Tbilisi. It was the ancient capital of the country from the 4th century BC to the 5th century AD. There, I’d learn how to make traditional Georgian dishes from a local family, check out their wine cellar, and eat some good farm-to-table food!

???????? LEARN MORE ABOUT GEORGIA:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

Inside their gate, I met with Sophie, my guide from Travel Tbilisi, who shared some yellow cherries from their tree. Their property was amazing and overlooked the river! Then, I met Zaza, the homeowner, who was tending to a fire.

He led me to their traditional wine cellar, which is made up of clay pots set into the floor. They clean the insides of the pots with a natural “brush” made from cherry wood. They also have a pot made from a wild pumpkin to separate the juice from the fruit skin.

In the cellar, they had wines from different wineries and various tools to make wine. They have both classical (or European) wine techniques and Georgian wine techniques. I tried some Georgian Saperavi dry red wine, which is light and made from an indigenous grape.

Then, we headed to an ethnographic corner, where we saw traditional tools for cooking and wine-making. They had pots, pans, machines for weaving, a piece of wood used to smash grapes that now serves as the base of a table, and more!

Next, we helped prepare a traditional and seasonal dish called chakapuli which contains lamb or veal, sour plum, coriander, green onion, tarragon, and garlic, wine, and chilies. I loved the aroma of the tarragon! It boils in the pot for 15 minutes.

Then, we saw them make barbecued pork kebabs called mtsvadi and a fried chicken dish soaked in a milk-and-garlic sauce. It’s called shkmeruli!

They produce their own brandy and chacha. I loved their branding! Then, we started our homemade Georgian feast! It included the chakapuli, mtsvadi, Imeretian khachapuri, shkmeruli, and more!

We started with walnut eggplant, which was super creamy and flavorful. I loved the walnut paste! I couldn’t get enough of it!

The Imeretian khachapuri was cheesy and salty and was similar to focaccia. The bread and cheese were so fresh! I followed that with a green salad with cucumber, herbs, onions, and tomatoes. It was refreshing and crunchy!

We washed it down with Kvevri wine, which was light and dry, followed by some pepper chacha.

The skhmeruli had absorbed the milky garlic sauce and also contained some bread. It was unbelievable, tender, and lightly fried. I could tell it was local chicken!

After more chacha, the homeowner toasted to Georgian women and we dug into the chakapuli. The veal mixed with the herbs left me speechless. It was so tender, fatty, and full of flavor from the slow-cooking process.

I was loving the wine and culture. Then, they showed me how to make churchkhela, or Georgian candy! They thicken grape juice with flour, boil it for 15 minutes while stirring, and dip the string of walnuts into the paste. After it dries for a day, it’s ready!

I made one myself and got to try some later. It really was like a Georgian Snickers bar and was so sticky and pasty!

Then, we had another drink and listen to the homeowner play the guitar and sing! What an incredible homemade Georgian food experience!

Cajun Boil is one of the best seafood joints in Miami-Dade County. They have three locations: one on Flagler Street in Miami, one in the Brickell Financial District, and another in Plantation, Florida. They serve traditional spicy and Cajun seafood with an Asian twist!

Inside, the restaurant is super spacious with marble topped tables and a marble topped bar, as well as draft beer on tap. There’s also a big, family-style table and booths, as well as an amazing purple octopus mural on the walls!

I went back into the kitchen and met the head chef, Chef Ao. There, I saw some amazing crab legs, shrimp, and more. I watched him prepare some charbroiled oysters and a softshell crab po’boy. They fry the entire softshell crab. It was going to be crunchy and spicy!

They also sell alligator and frog legs, which I love! I watched Chef Ao do me some crab legs and lobster tails. They have lots of appetizers, entrees, and combos. The combo I was getting had mussels, shrimp, lobster, crabs, potatoes, corn, and blue crab fried rice!

The charbroiled oysters smelled phenomenal! I could smell lots of garlic, and then they would add bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. I loved that they were making mine spicy. It was going to be just the way I like it!

They added some egg into my blue crab fried rice to hold it all together, and then added green onion as well. Finally, we got some alligator bites!

My feast included a number of different things. The po’boy contained tomatoes, lettuce, and fried softshell crab.

The alligator bites tasted just like buttery, tender chicken. I loved both of the sauces that came with it! One of them was spicy and super tasty. Next was the blue crab fried rice. It was like a Chinese fried rice, but the crab was so fresh and tender.

I also loved the way it blended well with the egg. It was super special and full of flavor! I added some Crystal hot sauce for an extra Cajun kick! It’s now one of my favorite fried rice dishes of all-time!

Next were the charbroiled oysters, which was like a delicacy. I love oysters, but there’s something about them when they’re charbroiled that makes them extra tasty! I loved the garlic, parmesan, and crispy texture. Adding the Crystal and sweet and sour sauces made it even better!

The softshell crab po’boy was unreal. I loved the crab, which was crunchy on the outside but still soft on the inside.

Next was my combo! I had to put on a bib and some plastic gloves to eat it because it gets messy! The lobster tail dipped in the thick, paste-like sauce was super nice. It definitely had some real spice to it! The shrimp and mussels were also amazing.

Then, I dug into the Alaskan snow crab legs. I cracked them open and a bit of the sauce got in my eye! The sweet, succulent meat with the sauce was fantastic. There was so much meat in it! I couldn’t get enough of the lobster tail in the sauce, though. It was divine.

It was such a fun meal to eat even though the sauce kept popping into my eye! There was also an amazing Cajun sausage buried in the sauce, as well as lots of little mussels. There was also a buttery piece of corn drenched in the sauce, some potatoes, and more! I wanted to limit myself, but it was all too good to leave behind!

Vegan Street Food in Miami - Artichoke Toast, Paratha, Orzo Salad | Country Walk

???? SUNDAY COFFEE & CONSCIOUS EATERY:
???? DAD:
???? WATCH: Healthy Food Paradise at Jackson Hall:

For the third entry in my epic dive into Miami’s street food scene, my dad and I decided to hit up a vegan food truck! Come along with us as we try some tasty, plant-based dishes and learn all about vegan street food in Miami!

We headed out to southern Miami-Dade county near Miami Executive Airport (formerly Kendall-Tamiami Airport). There, you’ll find Sunday Coffee & Conscious Eatery, a food truck that offers vegan food I’d heard lots of amazing things about!

Insise the truck, I met Chris, who told me all about his favorite dishes, including a chilled orzo salad with salsa verde, applewood smoked trumpet mushrooms, avocado, and red onion. They also have artichoke toast on sourdough with sundried tomatoes, beans, and ancho chili butter. They also make Indian and Mexican dishes, and they make their food spicy!

First, Chris made some vanilla limeade, which is fresh lime juice with vanilla extract and sugar. It was delicious and refreshing and tasted like sugarcane juice!

Then, Chris started making the artichoke toast by taking bread, spreading it with vegan butter, and toasting it. In another pan, he added artichokes, sundried potatoes, and butter beans. Then, he added ancho chili rub and vegan butter with chopped almonds and parsley. It looked amazing!

At our table, we tried a limonade de coco, which is lemonade with coconut milk. It was perfect for the heat! Then, we dug into the artichoke toast. It was full of chile flavor but wasn’t spicy at all. The contrast of textures from the soft beans and the crunchy almonds was incredible! The sauce was amazing, too. It contained so many different flavors!

Then, we got a paratha with three dipping sauces! I love Indian flatbread, so I couldn’t wait to try it! First, Chris buttered the flat top and grilled up the paratha. With it, we had green mango amba, spiced white onion pickles, purple carrot pikliz, and a cup of Indian spices called chunk. The amba was like a green mango chutney!

The first time I ate a paratha was in Delhi in northern India. My dad tried it by itself first, but I dug right into the green mango amba. The paratha soft but a little crispy. The chunk had some heat that snuck up on me! I loved it, though!

The pikliz is like pickled cabbage or onions, but the spiced white onion pickles were also amazing. They were moist and crunchy. But my favorite was the green mango amba! It’s basically an Iraqi chutney.

Next, we went with the chilled orzo salad with charred salsa verde, applewood smoked trumpet mushrooms, and avocado. Orzo is a rice-like pasta that you can find in Greece. To the orzo, Chris added olive oil, charred salsa de verde, mashed avocado, and salt. It was delicious! The salsa verde was very similar to a pesto. It was like a refreshing summer salad. The mushrooms had a really nice texture, almost slimy. It’s super filling even though it’s vegetables!

Our last menu items were a smoked cherry cashew cheesecake and a mango cheesecake! I’m not usually a big dessert guy, but I love a bomb cheesecake. He sprinkled couscous on top!

The smoked cherry was fantastic! It was one of my favorite cheesecakes ever and wasn’t too sweet. It was also made fresh! The crust was great and the ingredients were so different but it was still so amazing. The mango was also unreal!

Then, they made some straight espresso coffee. He weighed the espresso and extracted it and then iced it. This plant-based meal was exceptional! My favorite thing was the artichoke toast, but the paratha was amazing, as was the orzo. They have a limited menu and everything is between $6 USD and $10 USD!
