We Shutdown a Scam Call Centre in India AGAIN!
Jim Browning and I join forces again to shut down another scam call centre in India. But it didn't go according to plan. While filming undercover, the call centre boss caught me, and I had to make an escape. What happened next was surprising, too; the Delhi Police Cyber Crime Unit actually raided the call centre! She was terrific and demonstrates the lengths Indians will go to to help foreign guests in their country. This Nun actually knew the family and told me this women's daughters are being educated by her at a Christian missionary charity called Prem Dan.

HERE'S WHY THE INDIAN POLICE DO NOTHING! Scam Call Centres
Scam Call Centres in India are an epidemic plaguing the Western world. You've likely received a call from a Microsoft Tech Support Executive or an IRS Officer. This has been happening for years, so why has nothing been done about scam call centres in India? Why isn't the Indian Police shutting them down?
There are three main reasons why the Indian Police aren't doing anything. Firstly, their priority to keep local Indians safe. Not foreigners! Secondly, the problem is now too big for them to control. Thirdly, the scam call centre owners are making so much money that they can bribe the Police and hire the best lawyers in India if they get taken to caught. Indian call centre scammers targeting foreigners around the world with the IRS and Microsoft Tech Support scams have reached an epidemic level. They're destroying India's reputation around the world with every single scam call. So, I'm taking you to a scam call centre in India to show you exactly how these call centres are scamming foreigners for hundreds of millions of dollars every year.
Even a small scam call centre like this one can make over $500,000 USD a year. Usually, they scam elderly computer-illiterate people out of between $400 - $1600. They do this by placing pop-up windows on websites which trick the person into phoning them to get rid of a virus. It's all a scam and a lie and the person's computer has no virus at all. These scammers prey on our naivety and people who are less savvy with computers.

Catching Scammers in India (Undercover Investigation)
Over 3 nights in Delhi, a cybercrime investigator and I entered scammers' lairs looking for work. This is what we found.
Delhi is one of the scam hubs of the WORLD. And I've had enough of it. So Govind and I set out to infiltrate as many scam call centres as we could in 3 nights! We fired up our hidden cameras and went undercover inside 3 scam call centres located across Delhi. Watch these scammers in action as they shamelessly try to hire Govind to scam foreigners and Indians with fake Tech Support, Amazon, Cash App, and PayPal scams.

Indian Scam Call Centre with GOONS for Security
A whistleblower sends Govind and I to a scam call centre on the outskirts of Delhi to investigate. This large call centre of 40-50 staff is running the classic Tech Support scam. The whistleblower used to work for them until he realised it's a scam. They even have two goons patrolling outside the Clay Telecom building in Delhi's Okhla Phase 1 until the Boss' SUV arrives and they all enter the call centre around 10.30 PM.

Unlucky Scammer Calls The Police & Chickens Out! ????
This dumb scammer called the wrong number! The New Zealand Police Communications Centre (North Comms) received a scam call telling them their internet was not secure. The scammer quickly chickens out and aborts the mission when he realizes he's called the Police!
People across the world lose hundreds of millions of dollars to phone scammers every year.
New Zealand is specifically targeted by scammers from India and China. The Indian scammers run tech support scams, impersonate New Zealand businesses, or pretend to be the Police and intimidate people.
Chinese scammers target Chinese people in Chinese languages and extort money from them saying the Chinese Government is after them.
Never trust anyone on the phone. Find out what company they're from, hang up, and then call that company back directly. Don't let them pressure or intimidate you either, they will try! Just hang up and call the Police if you're worried.

Phone Scammers SCAM INDIANS TOO! They Called My Office in India!
If you thought these scam call centres only target foreigners, think again! An Indian phone scammer called my editor at my office in India while we were busy working on my videos! They're targetting Indians just as much now that foreigners are smartening up to their tricks.
In this video, we talk to a scammer trying to get us to download remote desktop software so he can log in to our phone and drain the money from our bank accounts. All under the pretext that he's from a digital wallet company, PayTM, and needs to verify our account details - in India this is called KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
This was the second time Indian phone scammers have called me! The first time they called me at home in New Zealand. They call my house there once a week. Now my parents waste their time when they call. You can watch me troll them:

UPI (Unified Payments Interface) scams have become a growing concern in recent years as more and more people are using digital payment methods for their transactions. These scams usually involve fraudsters posing as genuine service providers or government agencies and luring users to share their UPI credentials or personal information. Once the fraudsters get access to the user's UPI credentials, they can easily transfer money out of the user's account.
Common UPI scams include QR code scams, fake customer care scams, and lottery scams, among others.
To protect oneself from UPI scams, it is essential to be cautious while sharing personal information online and to verify the authenticity of any payment request or service provider. Users must also avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading apps from unverified sources.
In case of suspicious activity, users should immediately report the issue to the concerned authorities and their bank.

HOW THE INDIAN POLICE CAN END SCAMMERS
It wouldn't be hard to clean up scam call centres in the scam capital of Delhi. So I don't know why the Indian Police aren't doing it. Here's what I would do to rid India of scam call centres - or at least deter them and make them afraid of the Police. Cause right now they aren't scared and they operate in the open as you've seen in many of my videos.
The Delhi Police should start a Scam Call Centre Task Force and run Operation Swachh Delhi. Cut the phone lines and punish the conmen.

A Pakistani in Lahore started trying to troll India, but I got the last laugh ???? Jai Hind ????????.
For those who don't know, Jai Hind (जय हिन्द) means Long live India. It's a patriotic and victorious saying in Hindi. Pakistanis have their own saying too: Pakistan Zindabad (پاکستان زِنده باد) which means Long live Pakistan.

For my foreign audience, I'll explain the the tea is fantastic reference for you. I too had no idea until a few months back.
Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman VrC is an Indian Air Force fighter pilot who, during the 2019 India–Pakistan standoff, was held captive in Pakistan for 60 hours after his aircraft was shot down in an aerial dogfight.
During this time he was filmed by the Pakistan Army complementing the tea he was drinking. That video was then released to the media. He says in the video, The tea is fantastic. That video is available here
So that's where this reference comes from. It's now used to troll Indians online mainly. So hence my replies, and in the end, I just gave him a Jai Hind Long Live India.
