Discover the breathtaking landscapes of Iceland with us as we travel around the island on a three-week tour along the Ring Road. Our journey takes us to Landmannalaugar, a geothermal area, where we hike through untouched nature, and visit the Black Sand Beach, which offers a dramatic panorama of rugged rocks and abundant wildlife. We also visit Studlagil Canyon, Hafragilsfoss waterfall, and Goðafoss waterfall, which we are lucky enough to see at sunset. The Diamond Beach, where ice blocks from Jökulsárlón glacier wash ashore, and Hverarönd geothermal area are among the highlights of our trip. We hike up Kirkjufell, which offers a panoramic view of the stunning volcanic landscapes of Iceland. The landscapes of Iceland are unique, fascinating, and simply indescribable.

Iceland is an amazing land of fire and ice, and travel around the island is an extraordinary experience. We stayed on Route 1. ring road around Iceland. We also deviated into the side gravel roads, we also drove into the middle of the island. Drone film from our trip around Iceland shows the most beautiful places worth visiting: Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls, Geysir Haukadalsvegur, or Kerid Crater. Other interesting natural gems are listed below.

Islandia to niesamowita kraina ognia i lodu, a podróż po wyspie to niezwykłe przeżycie. Trzymaliśmy się drogi nr 1, czyli tzw. ring road wokół Islandii. Zbaczaliśmy też w boczne szutrowe drogi, wjechaliśmy też w środek wyspy. Film z drona z naszej podróży po Islandii pokazuje najpiękniejsze miejsca, które warto odwiedzić: wodospady Seljalandsfoss i Skogafoss, Geysir Haukadalsvegur, czy Kerid Crater. As a photographer and drone pilot it has always been a dream of mine to visit Iceland and capture the breathtaking landscape from above. Back from Iceland I have to say this country offers it all, from green and mossy lava fields, black sand beaches, glaciers, and active volcanos.
In this video you will see all those different and diverse landscapes including some of the famous spots, such as the new active volcano Geldingadalur only 50 min. driving from Reykjavik or Fjaðrárgljúfur aka Bieber Canyon. It truly looks like another planet and has been featured in many movies, such as Game of Thrones and James Bond.
Due to regulations, it is not possible to fly drones at the common spots such as Dettifoss or Goðafoss, however there is still enough to see and capture.

Iceland, a Nordic island nation, is defined by its dramatic landscape with volcanoes, geysers, hot springs and lava fields. Massive glaciers are protected in Vatnajökull and Snæfellsjökull national parks. Most of the population lives in the capital, #Reykjavik, which runs on geothermal power and is home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s #Viking history.
Iceland has a market economy with relatively low taxes, compared to other OECD countries, as well as the highest trade union membership in the world. It maintains a #Nordic social welfare system that provides universal health care and tertiary education for its citizens. #Iceland ranks high in democracy and equality indexes, ranking third in the world by median wealth per adult. In 2020, it was ranked as the fourth-most developed country in the world by the United Nations' Human Development Index, and it ranks first on the Global Peace Index. Iceland runs almost completely on renewable energy.
