Street Food Malaysia ???????? NASI KERABU + Malay Food Tour in Kelantan, Malaysia!

T-shirts and caps:

KELANTAN, MALAYSIA - If you’re looking for amazing Malaysian food, Kelantan is a state that’s unique, cultural, and has some of the best food in Malaysia.

During trips to Kuala Lumpur over the years, I had tried a number of Kelantanese dishes, but that only increased my desire to eventually visit the source, to visit Kelantan, Malaysia. Finally, this was our chance, and we went on a Malaysian food tour of Kelantan, around Kota Bharu.

Here’s all the amazing food we ate in this video:

Nasi Kerabu Panji - Without a doubt, one of the Malaysian foods you don’t want to miss when you visit Kelantan is nasi kerabu, rice salad, but it’s so much more than that. It’s a breakfast dish and we first started at Nasi Kerabu Panji, a local favorite spot. You get blue rice, topped with salad and side dishes, drizzled in budu fermented fish sauce, and topped with you choice of main mean. It was extraordinary.
Price - About 8 MYR ($1.96) per plate

Jijah's Nasi Kerabu - Since nasi kerabu is one of the top Malaysian foods of the state of Kelantan, we decided to have two nasi kerabu’s back to back, but totally different styles and even different colors of rice. Jijah's Nasi Kerabu specializes in grilled goat, and it was incredible, highly recommended when you visit Kelantan, Malaysia.
Price - 4.50 MYR ($1.10) per plate

Siti Khadijah Market - One of the top attractions in Kota Bharu is Siti Khadijah Market, a beautiful colorful market where you can buy all the ingredients from Kelantan and there’s also an amazing cooked food section. Laksam - 3.50 MYR ($0.86) per bowl - I had a bowl of laksam, a Kelantan Malaysian food version of laksa. Akok - 1 MYR ($0.24) for 2 - Later we also tried akok, a popular and local Kelantanese dessert.

D'Umi Nasi Ulam - Another Malaysian food you don’t want to miss eating in Kelantan is nasi ulam, rice with raw vegetables, and a mix of dishes, all eaten specifically with budu - fermented anchovy sauce. This restaurant was amazing, a huge mix of dishes, friendly owner, and delicious food. Of course, we couldn’t resist the tempoyak - fermented durian paste.

Kak Jah Ayam Percik Bulatan Lemal - Finally to end this Malaysian street food tour of Kelantan, we had some ayam percik, a coconut milk barbecue sauce dish that originates in Kelantan. We barely arrived in time, but luckily got the last few skewers.
Ayam percik - 16 MYR ($3.93) per big skewer

Kelantan is an amazing state in Malaysia to eat Malaysian street food and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, the incredible food, and friendly people.

Thank you for watching this Malaysian food video in Kelantan. If you haven’t already, you can watch the entire series here:

MALAYSIA TOP 10 places to visit and things to do

This video features the best places to visit in Malaysia. During your visit to Malaysia you will enjoy the kindness of the people, great food and many interesting sites. Your adventure will most probably start in Kuala Lumpur. This is a fascinating city boasting the famous Petronas Twin Towers, but there is more. One of the best activities is a city trip to Melaka (Malacca). Many tourists head towards this friendly city for a day trip. In addition, explore the Malaysian rainforest in the jungle at Taman Negara. Travel by boat to the remote places of the forest, see lots of wildlife and enjoy the beauty of nature. For a beach vibe you best go to Langkawi Island to relax and explore the beauty of the island. Travel in Malaysia is easy and overall safe.

Malaysia Fazit : TOP oder FLOP? ????????????????

FIRST CLASS BUS FROM SINGAPORE TO KUALA LUMPUR! ???????? (Transtar Travel Bus Review | Full Experience!)

Are you wondering if it's worth it to pay for the luxury bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur or vice versa? Well, yes it is! There you have it :)

But still watch the video so you know what to expect, and well... because it will help our channel if you give us 9 minutes of your time, and maybe we can make back the money we invested to make this video ????

The company we used is called Transtar Travel. We used this website to book our tickets:

There are going to be several companies listed there, and they're probably similar, but we can only recommend the one we used. Hope you find this Transtar Travel Bus Review useful to plan your own trip!

As mentioned in the video, we payed $45 p/p. Not sure why, but our bus picked us up outside of SG's center area. We had to go to that random stop you saw in the video... but it all worked out.

If you have any questions please leave them in the comments! We're always happy to help :) Thanks for watching and we hope you enjoy our stylish journey from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur! ????

Ipoh Cave Temples: Sam Poh Tong Temple / 三寶洞

The Sam Poh Tong Temple / 三寶洞 (also known as the Three Buddhas Cave) is a Chinese temple built within a limestone cave and is the oldest and the main cave temple in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. The temple was built in a raw limestone cave in the mountains located about 5 km from the city centre and follows the Buddhist branch of Mahāyāna Buddhism.

The cave where now became the temple gateway was founded by a monk from China in 1890 who walk through the area from Ipoh. The monk then decided to make the cave as his home and a place for meditation where he remained there until the end of his life. He was then continued by other monks and nuns who dedicate their lives to Buddha where a temple was then constructed in the 1950s.

It is the largest cave temple in Malaysia and contains art work such as a reclining Buddha figure. The temple also offers visitors the opportunity to feed fish and feed or release turtles into its turtle pond as a means of balancing one's karma.

MUST SEE in GEORGE TOWN Penang Malaysia

Must see in George Town, Penang, Malaysia!

Welcome to George Town, the vibrant capital of Penang, Malaysia! After our amazing time in Borneo, we have now arrived on the mainland, and George Town is our first stop. To reach the city, we recommend taking a Grab for a convenient and hassle-free journey.

What makes George Town so special? Well, it was named the 3rd best travel destination by Lonely Planet in 2016, and once you set foot in this city, you'll understand why. George Town is a treasure trove of incredible street art and colonial architecture, creating a unique and captivating atmosphere. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in the local food scene, as Penang is renowned for its delicious culinary offerings.

If you have a day to spare, we highly recommend visiting Penang National Park. You can easily reach the park by public bus, and there are two main hiking trails to explore. While one of the trails may be closed at times, we still had an incredible experience and encountered some monkeys along the way.

George Town has so much to offer, from exploring Armenian Street to admiring the charming murals, relaxing in local cafes, and immersing yourself in the bustling markets. We are confident that you'll have an unforgettable time in this captivating city, just as we did during our visit.
