Lucknow is known for being a meat lovers heaven! In this video I take you on an epic Indian Street Food tour for meat lovers with my friend Aishu!

To start off the day we went to Chowk, the old town of Lucknow to eat Makkhan Malai. This is a sweat dish made of milk and yogurt battered together. It's basically whipping cream.
Next up we headed to the Aminabad market area to try the most famous dish in Lucknow, Kababs at Tunday Kababi. These meat kababs are juicy, soft and delicious!
Lastly we headed to a street where we tried Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Biryani and Ice Cream Rolls. The chicken tandoori was so rich in spices! The chicken biryani was by far one of the best biryani's I had ever eaten.

Delhi, India is a true CURRY HEAVEN, and we traveled here to go for this DEEP Street Food tour of Old Delhi! The Food Ranger (Trevor James) is in India eating Street Food! This walk through Old delhi truly was an AMAZING STREET FOOD ADVENTURE with delicious curry, amazing restaurants, and with so much tasty and UNIQUE Indian food recipes for our huge Indian dinner.
If you love eating street food around the world and street food in India, or even all over Asia, you will love the street food in Old Delhi. You can find street food everywhere, where everyone seems to cook delicious Indian recipes for curry and SPICY dishes all over the street.
In one day in old Delhi, India, we had 7 delicious street foods all made in the halal style.
We started out the day with an AMAZING ramadan experience at the largest Mosque in Delhi, Jama Masjid. We picked up a ton of different Indian street foods to bring to the mosque and break the fast with all the locals. We shared the delicious food, and then went back to the streets of Old Delhi to try more food.
The first food we had on our street food tour was the Delhi Fried Chicken, DFC, covered in Indian spices like masala and mustard. It was extremely JUICY and PLUMP!!!
Afterwards, we tried more BBQ chicken and then went for a nice Indian dinner cooked by one of the locals in Old Delhi. His family recipes were passed down to him and his food was legendary! We ate Indian Chicken Biryani and chicken korma curry along with Buffalo Korma along with Kameeri Roti! It was absolutely delicious!
After this, we went to the LEGENDARY Changezi chicken joint that invented the recipe for this juicy and flavour packed chicken curry dish!
To finish of the day, we went for some delicious BBQ Seekh Kebabs, extremely flavourful!!

Lucknow is renowned for its scrumptious and flamboyant non vegetarian food culture that includes toothsome meat delicacies extolled for their phenomenal flavours and texture. Come let's see what all non veg street food dishes did we try during our visit to the city.
First Stop- Sharma Tea Stall
A great start to the day has to be with a cup of hot tea. At Sharma Tea Stall we got our cuppas with very typical tea snacks- bun butter and samosa. The samosa you get here are quite different; the stuffing is not of the usual cubed skin-on potatoes but instead the potatoes are boiled, mashed and cooked in a concoction of unique spices.
Second Stop- Rahim ki Nahari
Here we tried the combination of Kulcha with Nahari. The Kulcha is made of two layers which makes it the perfect vessel to eat a gravy dish like nahari. We also got taste some Biryani here. These are one of the few things that you have to try when you’re in Lucknow.
Third Stop- Tunday Kababi
We went to the first and original Tunday Kababi for the galawati kabab and sheermal. Galawati Kababs are a specialty of Lucknow. They are made with minced meat and a variety of different spices. The minced meat is shaped into small discs and cooked over a low heat from coals. The sheermal is a special bread and goes perfectly well with the spicy kababs. Sheermal is made with flour, milk, saffron, sugar and ghee; it is the slight sweetness of this bread which makes it so delicious.
Fourth Stop- Roti wali gali
We visited a street full of roti/chapati sellers. Here there are people selling different varieties of breads that are very popular in the region. Sheermal, Ulte Tawe ka Paratha, different types of Naan, etc. One can find any and everything in this little street.
Fifth Stop- Al Madina Kashmiri Chai
Here we had a different kind of dessert called kashmiri chai. It consists of Fan which is basically puff pastry also known as samosa on the area, some cream and a pink tea. It has a very soothing and warm texture.
Sixth Stop- Azhar Bhai ka Paan
Some of the most interesting names of paans and even more interesting conversation. This shop is famous for serving the tastiest paans. For them paan is not just a digestive to be eaten, it is an institution.
Seventh Stop- Lalla ki Biryani
The ultimate Biryani experience, where the meat just melts of the bone and the rice is super flavourful. They have been making biryani for the past 34 years and no wonder, they have perfected the process. Although this shop may be known for its biryani but the shammi kababs they serve here are out of this world.
Eighth Stop- Naushijaan
Yes!! Kabab Heaven, we found kabab heaven! This place is known for their variety of kababs and trust us all of them are worth trying out. The Kakori Kabab you get are shaped like a seekh but are much softer. In fact they’re so soft that they vanish the moment you put it in the mouth. The Ghutwa Kabab was something new. It is made with minced meat that is cooked with a number of spices for very long, quite similar to the cooking process of haleem. This is usually eaten with either sheermal or khameri roti. The seekh pasanda kabab is slightly chewy compared to all the other kababs.
Ninth Stop- Sakhawat’s
Established in 1911, known for its outstanding galawati and kakori kababs. We even got to try the biryani here, which was quite different compared to the ones we had tried earlier. Everything that we tasted was supremely tasty.
Tenth Stop- Wahid Biryani
For a change, we tried chicken biryani and weren’t disappointed at all. The biryani is flavourful and aromatic that you feel like you have actually gone back in time and are feasting with the Nawabs of Awadh.
Eleventh Stop- Prakash Kulfi Shop
The Kulfi is made in the traditional way in small steel tins in which the ingredients that are first boiled are then filled into the tins and then they are frozen in a large container full of ice. Our journey in Lucknow ended with this beautiful Kulfi.

This truly was an amazing STREET FOOD ADVENTURE in INDIA with AMAZING curry, breakfast, and delicious restaurants with UNIQUE Indian food recipes and Indian dinner!

If you love eating street food around the world and street food in India, or even all over Asia, you will love the street food in Amritsar. You can find street food everywhere, where everyone seems to cook delicious Indian recipes for curry and SPICY dishes all over the street.

In one day, we had 7 delicious street foods all made in the PUNJAB style. I didn’t realize until after we finished eating, but we didn’t eat any meat or chicken at all! It was true vegetarian HEAVEN!
We started out the day with an AMAZING Indian breakfast in two different Indian street food restaurants. The first was the famous Amritsar Kulcha. I’m pretty sure you can get this dish in Delhi, but here in Amritsar is the origin of this stuffed baked bread from HEAVEN. It’s stuffed with a spiced potato mix and onions. It’s sprinkled with a masala spice and then put DEEP into the Tandoori oven and baked. It’s served to you on a plate with Chole chickpea curry and onion chutney.
The next AMAZING Breakfast we had on our street food tour was the Poori and Chole with Potato sabzi. A little similar with the chole, but the potato sabzi was nice and sweet and tangy and very UNIQUE!
Afterwards, we took our TUK TUK around town for some more amazing street foods. We enjoyed a street corner tofu curry served with a pancake and then we went to have a sweet and sour buttermilk lassi.
After this, we went to the LEGENDARY Kesar De Dhaba all vegetarian curry restaurant that uses PURE desi ghee. It was extremely flavourful and just a little spicy. We ordered the VEG thali and it was incredible! The paratha bread was so fluffy and covered in pure desi ghee, absolute HEAVEN! We also ate some dessert, a fruit kulfi ice cream!
After this we went for a couple more street foods in Amritsar. We were exploring the back lanes and found an amazing mango fruit stall! It was dried and covered in a slightly spicy and sour and tangy sauce. There were a lot of flavours in this Indian recipe. It was spicy, sour, tangy, sweet, peppery, acidic, pungent, and made your mouth pucker when you ate it! Very UNIQUE!
After this, we went for our final street food, an ICONIC street food in India, the samosa. It was stuffed with potato, cumin seeds, and spices.

The Best Street Food we found, was definitely the Mexican ice cream, which was made by the most amazing man, the Ice cream NINJA of Mexico! The ice cream was hand made and made so fast with amazing skills, EXTREMELY fast!

The first thing we found in the local street food market outside of Oaxaca, Mexico, was the famous whole lamb barbacoa, it was incredibly juicy, soft, and covered with a slightly spicy chili sauce and served wrapped up in a tortilla with lots of delicious salsa and guacamole. This is the beauty of Mexican street food, the amazing spicy and variation of dishes you can try in the local farmers markets like this one outside of Oaxaca, Mexico. All of the Mexican cuisine makes your mouth come alive , especially when you get to watch the cooking, in the outdoor kitchen AKA the street!
After that amazing Mexican barbacoa tacos, we continued exploring the farmers market and found some delicious BBQ Chicken! It was truly MONSTER sized, flavoured with adobado sauce and lots of different spicy salsa. Watching it covered in the adobado marinade and sizzling on the grill was truly amazing! The smell combined with the juices bursting out of the meat was life changing! This is the true beauty of Mexican food, the spice, the atmosphere, and the variety of tons of street foods to try in Mexico!
After this, we found some world famous Mexican milk ice cream, known as Nieves, famous from Oaxaca. There were so many amazing flavours to try, but we went for the classic burnt milk flavour with “tuna”, also known as the fruit from the prickly pear cactus. This combo was very delicious and worth a try for sure! The most amazing thing about this was watching how fast they made the ice cream, with super human skill. They were truly fast workers, with GOD LEVEL skill! They were some of the fastest workers I’ve ever seen! It was hand made ice cream and in order to freeze it, they had to spin the tub really fast. Watching them make it was amazing! The workers here at the ice cream shop had super human skill, spinning it so fast with incredible speed and precision! This was GOD LEVEL skill! It was so fun to watch!
The address for this farmers market is just a few KM outside of Oaxaca. It is in the town of Zachilla, which hosts the market every Thursday.

Usman Saheb the grandson of Haji Murad Ali (Tunday Kababi) allowed us to shoot the whole process of making world's famous Tunday Kabab from scratch and for the first time the ingredients are also revealed by him on camera.
He took us to Tunday Kababi Aliganj and showed each ingredient even the secret spice that is made inside their house so that the legacy that has a secrecy may remain intact. That is why Tunday Ke kabab in Lucknow are the most popular in the country and the world as well.

Indian street food and Indian Food is something I've always loved to eat! So I flew to Delhi, India just for the food, and have been eating Indian street food and curry non stop. Old Delhi is a food lovers heaven! It's been the best Street Food I've tasted in India! The Indian food is so good in Delhii! I've eaten street food in Chennai, street food in Hyderabad, Indian street food in Kerala, and street food in Mumbai, all of which has been amazing!

Alappuzha (also known as Alleppey), India - The Backwaters of Kerala are one of the biggest draws to Kerala, and before going, I had no idea why. After visiting, I now know that the Backwaters are one of the reasons why Kerala is known as “God’s Own Country.”
After arriving in Alappuzha (Alleppey), we headed straight to the house-boat, a luxurious floating house-boat on the Kerala backwaters. The boat was beautiful with four full bedrooms, a full upper deck with dining room and viewing platform, and most importantly, a huge kitchen with private chefs to cook us an Indian seafood Kerala meal of your dreams! #IndianFood #Kerala #Backwaters
Ebbin had arranged for a huge seafood meal on the boat. As soon as we started sailing on the Backwaters, the amazing chefs started cooking. There were over a dozen different dishes, seafood extravaganza. The meal was absolutely incredible, and the scenery of the water, lakes, rivers, and lagoons, were spectacular.
For the rest of the afternoon, we relaxed around the boat, and eventually docked for the evening in a small village. For dinner we had a simple Kerala meal of rice porridge, with a few different chutneys, and green gram, mung beans.
Sleeping on the boat was fantastic, so quiet and peaceful, and it was a joy to wake up in the morning ready to go again. For breakfast, they made one of the best egg curries I’ve ever had in my life - one of the reasons I love Kerala so much, curry for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Thank you to Alleppey Houseboat ( for giving us a great deal on a house-boat, and for the amazing food and service. An incredible experience, and truly God's Own Country!

We found so many delicious Indian foods, like breakfast kachori, delicious kulfi ice cream and Indian chaat, and more, like spicy chickpea curries and huge vegetarian Omelettes! To finish off the day we went to Delhi's most famous curry and spicy chicken restaurant, Rajinder Da Dhaba.
It was here at Rajinder da dhaba that we entered true curry heaven and spicy chicken heaven. We found some delicious spicy chicken tikka and spicy chicken curry. It was life changing!
After the amazing spicy Chicken curry and tandoori kebabs, we went to one of Delhi's most famous muslim neighbourhoods to enjoy tons of muslim Indian street food for Ramzan.

Today, I'm (The Food Ranger, Trevor James) bringing you in DEEP for a FULL ON street food tour of Peshawar, Pakistan. Peshawar is one of the oldest market towns in the world and has one of the richest street food scenes you'll ever witness! You need to travel to Pakistan!

We're going Foodrangin' for tons of FAMOUS Pakistan Street Food - including the AMAZING BBQ Nisar Charsi Tikka Kababs, some amazing UNSEEN Pakistani Pulao, and ULTRA RARE PIZZA NAAN!!
You will fall in love with the street food in Peshawar as soon as you arrive! Today, we're starting out with an UNSEEN Pulao, found in downtown Peshawar in the old area where there is street food everywhere! Here, it was full of basmati rice and huge chunks of beef and huge beef bones with unbelievably delicious bone marrow!
After this, we're going Foodrangin' and finding some local street stalls before going to Nisar Charsi Tikka BBQ Mutton HEAVEN!
First, we found a local Pakistan street food served right on the street, the fruit chaat! It was a delicious fruit salad topped with a rose syrup! This was amazing, but what was even more delicious than this famous food in Pakistan is the Pizza naan we found next!
After tasting the fruit chaat, we walked down a local alley in Peshawar that was full of delicious Pakistani street food, like mutton kerahi (sometimes called Karhai) and fried street fish!
We found one of the most unique street foods in Pakistan, the Pizza naan! It was loaded with tomato, coriander, potato mash, and sliced potato! It was quite salty and was delicious!
After this, we made our way to Namak Mandi in Peshawar to visit the super famous and ultra unique Nisar Charsi Tikka! But first, we found a home cooked Pakistani street food, the Saag! Here, it was served with lassi and also Pakistani corn bread! It was so unique!
And for our final meal, we went to the WORLD FAMOUS Nisar Charsi Tikka! Here, we met the LEGEND himself, Mr. Nisar Charsi! Here, you can get huge BBQ kababs and also delicious Mutton Kerahi! It was so amazing to taste!!!

We started our Indian street food tour in Kolkata by warming up with a nice Indian breakfast, right on the street corner. You can order samosas, potato curry chickpea sabzi, jalebi, and hot tea as well. All of these go so well in the morning and wake you up and get you ready to start your day.
After that amazing Indian street breakfast, we went to try perhaps the most beautiful and photogenic Indian street food lunch stall I've ever seen. It really was like walking up to CURRY HEAVEN! There were so many delicious curries to choose from, and there was a huge pot of CHICKEN biryani right on the street. The Chicken looked so tender and you could see the steam and all the juices were infused into the basmati rice. You could also smell the cardamom in the biryani!
After that life changing Indian curry meal, we made our way to try a bunch more delicious street foods. There were so many to choose from!

Welcome to Lucknow, India! This bustling city of 2.8 million people is a cultural hub in northern India with a rich history. In this documentary, we’re going to explore this impressive city’s fascinating history and world-class cuisine with my guide Aishu!

Lucknow is home to many historical sites, including the Bara Imambara complex, which was built between 1785 and 1791 by the Nawab of Awadh. The complex includes a labyrinth of interconnected passageways that lead to the cemetery of Asaf-ud-Daula and a replica of the tomb of Mohammed in Mecca, as well as colorful chandeliers and no support pillars.
Another landmark is Rumi Darwaza, a sixty-foot-tall example of Awadhi architecture built in 1784. Finally, the British Residency was built between 1780 and 1800 and was the subject of the Siege of Lucknow in 1857 during the Indian Rebellion.
Of course, you can’t visit Lucknow without experiencing its phenomenal cuisine. The kebabs at Tunday Kebabi are among the tastiest in all of India. It’s worth it to travel to Lucknow just to have these kebabs!
While visiting Lucknow, visitors should take advantage of the opportunity to explore these historic sites. Hiring an English-speaking guide is highly recommended to ensure that visitors get the most out of their experience.
