This was my 3rd day in North Korea and after taking a small but interesting ride in North Korean Metro next stop was the Statues of the Leaders of North Korea. This is one of the places in the tour where you need to show most respect and dress properly. #vlogs #northkoreavlogs

After the Long 24hours of train Journey we reached pyongyang, the capital of north korea. It was already very late so we directly went to hotel and rested for the day. You will also see if the authorities confiscated my #cameras and #phones.

I Just Got Banned From North Korea
North Korea is the most isolated and interesting country in the world. I had the chance to visit Pyongyang for 3 nights, 4 days back in April 2017 - and shortly after I left, Americans became banned from visiting. To this day, I think that I'm one of the last dozen Americans to step foot in North Korea, and I'm glad that I'm here to tell the stories. In this video, I share 4 reasons why I will never go back to North Korea.

In the final part of my North Korean series you'll see me travel by train from Pyongyang to the border town of #Sinuiju. The highlight of the city was standing on the banks of the Yalu river separating China and DPRK & a visit to the local kindergarden
The North Korean border town of Sinuiju is located just 900 meters across the Yalu river from its Chinese counterpart, Dandong. While most tourists who exit the country from the train will have passed through Sinuiju, it was only opened for Western tourists to visit from 2013.
The city remains very popular with Chinese tourists who visit the city for a day trip

In the second part you'll see me travel from Beijing to #Pyongyang on Air Koryo. This was the most terrifying flight of my life coming shortly after the crash of Ethiopian Airline. Even the slightest turbulence made me panic.
Things were a lot calmer once we landed in #NorthKorea. Immigration at #Pyongyang airport was detailed where they all your luggage and electronic equipment

This is My first day on the tour towards North Korea. I had to take a train from Beijing to the Border tour of China and North Korea Dandong and then change the #train so this video is till Chinese Border Town (Dandong). It was a long 16hours to the #Border Town.

Some trips change your perspective on life. I had the pleasure of travelling to North Korea in March. People are normal just like us, with same aspirations like anyone else we know.
Used tour company called Koryo Tours who organised the whole trip & were simply amazing.
Visa for China is very straightforward and as long you submit all correct documents shouldn't be an issue. Visa for #DPRK can only be applied by the tour company on your behalf.
