Traveling Soon: 8 Ways to NOT Get Sick

In today’s video I am sharing travel tips to help you not get sick when you travel on an airplane. Being in close contact with the flu, the Coronavirus, and other illnesses could infect you, but airlines have taken precautions. You can do your part to not get sick when you travel as well.
The top five things you can do to prevent getting the flu or other illness are number one: wash your hands often with soap. If you cannot get soap, use alcohol-based gel. The State Department issued a Level 4: Do Not Travel to China alert. Level 4 is the State Department’s highest alert level for travel.
Number two is touch your eyes, nose or mouth as seldom as you can.
Number three is to cover sneezes and coughs with your elbow and not your hand.
The Coronavirus poses a serious public health threat. The United States Department of Health and Human Services called this coronavirus a public health emergency. #coronavirus #covid_2019 #traveltips

Safe Travel Tips During Coronavirus Season and Must-Bring Items and Medical Expense in Japan #231

In this video, I show how the Japan Osaka streets look like in February, 2020. Also giving advice what to bring for Japan SAFE travel during this season, plus sharing my experience of paying medical expense for Japanese hospital when I caught the Flu (Influenza in Japan), Hope this video can help your Osaka/ Japan Travel.

Why I made this video?
People get really nervous because of Coronavirus, and I have been receiving so many messages and questions about the situation in Osaka now, So I have decided to make this video.

Conclusion.
Yes, It is safe to travel to Japan since people are being really careful now. (As you can see, most of the people wear mask). If you will visit Japan, it's better to bring masks and hand sanitizer from your country. because recently it's hard to find them in Japan especially in Tokyo.
Still in some other prefecture, you can find masks in Japan, so if you need masks, try to find those in Countryside prefecture!

I know that many people are really looking forward to their Japan trip. Hopefully the situation gets better, and we can have peaceful fun time again soon. Praying from Japan.

The Video I introduced in the video.

Tips to be safe from corona during travel || WHO travel tips || Janata Curfew

WHO continues to advise against the application of travel or trade restrictions to countries experiencing COVID-19 outbreaks.

It is prudent for travellers who are sick to delay or avoid travel to affected areas, in particular for elderly travellers and people with chronic diseases or underlying health conditions. “Affected areas” are considered those countries, provinces, territories or cities experiencing ongoing transmission of COVID-19, in contrast to areas reporting only imported cases.

General recommendations for all travellers include:

Wash your hands frequently

Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose

Cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze

Stay more than 1 meter (3 feet) away from a person who is sick

Follow proper food hygiene practices

Only wear a mask if you are ill with COVID-19 symptoms (especially coughing) or looking after someone who may have COVID-19.

Travellers returning from affected areas should:

Self-monitor for symptoms for 14 days and follow national protocols of receiving countries. Some countries may require returning travellers to enter quarantine.

If symptoms occur, such as fever, or cough or difficulty breathing, travellers are advised to contact local health care providers, preferably by phone, and inform them of their symptoms and their travel history.

Coronavirus: Symptoms and Travel Precautions.

Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Was First Reported From Wuhan, China, On 31 December 2019
The outbreak has affected more than 80,000 people globally across 30 countries and there have been about 3000 deaths.

What are its symptoms?
The reported cases have ranged from mild symptoms to severe illness and death.
The basic symptoms are fever, cough and shortness of breath.
Symptoms of COVID-19 may appear in as few as 2 days or as long as 14 days after exposure.

Because it's a new illness, it's still unclear exactly how coronavirus spreads from person to person.

There is currently no specific treatment for coronavirus. Treatment aims to relieve the symptoms while your body fights the illness.

The WHO has released a Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) Travel Advice as a preventive measure to avoid catching the virus.
