Pyongyang Foreigners' School - North Korea

I like to share my daily life in NK. I lived in a neighbourhood for foreigners in Diplomatic compound in Munsu District, Pyongyang. Inside the compound, there is a school for foreigner's children, it is Pyongyang Foreigners' school or Pyongyang School for Foreigners. I am recording my regular activity here when i picked up my daughter from that school, it was a break time for older students, so some of them playing outside, its also happened to be a very first snowfalls this winter, so some children are so happy playing with the snow. After that, we're both went to a shop located not far from the school, the shop is called Pyongyang Shop.

We visited an elementary school in Pyongyang. The school was closed for summer, but they called in a teacher to guide us, and children to perform.
The guide we got was a teacher in mathematic and revolutionary history.

This is Pyongyang Teacher College. It has become a prime spot for foreign guests to finish the modernization work recently. As North Korea strengthens its education business and renovates it to the latest facilities, Korean students are interested in the computer. But something is not going well. Different, we and Korea What is different? Keyboard North Korea is different from us. The next move was Pyongyang Teacher College attached elementary school. I watched North Korea's proud science talents studying. This robot I made has an electric motor that replaces human power, a surrogate in lieu of the eye, and a program that replaces the brain. So this robot follows a black curved path way orbit while sensing only black. How old is this student? How old are you? Twenty-eight years old. This companion is eight years old. I think I am twenty-eight years old. I said, I am twenty-eight. Are you actually eight years old? Yes. Eight It is very good to have strengthened English education and pronunciation while reorganizing the recent school materials. The crowd makes people laugh. The crowded dolphins can dive and swim and get to know people's voices. I go there and feel comfortable

Learning North Korean in the DPRK (North Korea), Pyongyang

In this brief video clip the Departures crew and Koryo Tours director Nicholas Bonner visit a secondary school in the DPRK (North Korea) and learn a little bit of Korean. There is also a little learning exchange. See what they encountered and what happens in detention!

Filmed in 2009 and broadcast first in 2010 this program was part of the third series of the Departures television program in which two Canadians embark on a globe-trotting journey to some of the most interesting places in the world. Their trip to North Korea, accompanied by Koryo Tours' Director Nicholas Bonner was filled with so much broadcastable material that two programs rather than the usual one were produced from the adventure.
