10 Lounges in ONE DAY - Heathrow Terminal 3 lounge hopping (Cathay, Qantas, BA and more!)
Heathrow (LHR) Terminal 3 (T3) is known for having a huge number of premium lounges in a single terminal building. Out of the 12 lounges inside, I have access to 10 of them, so I ventured to visit each of them in a single day.
I checked out the British Airways Galleries Club lounge, British Airways Galleries First lounge, No1 lounge, American Airlines Admirals Club lounge, American Airlines International First Class lounge, Qantas International lounge, American Express Centurion lounge, Club Aspire lounge, Cathay Pacific Business Class lounge and Cathay Pacific First Class lounge.
I show what each lounge has to offer, how to get there, my thoughts and what the access requirements are.

All the shops London Heathrow Terminal 3 After Security June 2022
I show you all the shops at London Heathrow Terminal 3, after you clear security. Take note that London Heathrow has multiple terminals, and this is Terminal 3. The time of this video was in the morning, before 7AM. The airport was already quite busy! Many of the eateries were full! Enjoy the tour.
For this trip to the UK, we flew on Etihad Airways for the first time, in Business Class!

How to Find the British Airways SECRET Lounge | Heathrow
In this video, I'll show you one of my favourite Heathrow lounges which most travellers wouldn't be aware of. Located near the B gates at Heathrow's terminal 5 you have the least known of the British Airways lounges.
As mentioned in the video, lounge traffic in recent times has really picked up, especially at Heathrow's terminal 5. This is as result of a variety of factors. The first of course being the most obvious in that there's been a strong recovery of travel demand in recent times. Additionally, a number of the One World carriers are still operating out of T5 which would usually be out of T3 resulting in greater demand on the lounges. Finally, British Airways was very generous towards it's frequent flyer status members in recent years and issued a number of status extensions to members - I believe this is to swelling the current demand also.
The departure screens in the main terminal and main lounges often flag if a flight will depart B gates well before the gate assignment. If you are heading out from a B gate, it's a great opportunity to check out this lounge, even for a brief time before boarding. Despite knowing Heathrow very well, I'm unsure whether it's possible to return to A gates (main concourse) so wouldn't recommend making the trip out here if you're not departing B gates. There does seem to be a bit of a pattern of flights which regularly depart B gates, this is often east coast US and Dubai in my experience so if you are on one of these flights, you may well get the chance to visit.

No. 1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 3 Walkthrough Priority Pass Lounge June 2022
A quick walk through the No. 1 lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3. This is a contract lounge and they also welcome Priority pass members (assuming it is not too crowded).
I made this short visit to the lounge on a weekday morning in early June. Before 7am and the lounge was almost full! A busy place.
Food wise, they had a small selection of hot food, suitable for breakfast. There was also a coffee machine. There was a bar with bartender, however, I was not sure what drinks were available.
The seats looked quite comfortable.

This is Heathrow Airport, Terminal 3 London.
Heathrow Terminal 3 London is connected by an underground walkway to Terminal 2. Terminals 4 and 5 and it is an airport terminal at Heathrow Airport, serving London, the capital city of the United Kingdom . Terminal 3 is currently used by Oneworld members and a few other non-affiliated airlines. It is the base for Virgin Atlantic.
Terminal 3 is connected by an underground walkway to Terminal 2. Terminals 4 and 5 can be reached by the free Heathrow Express rail service. London Underground services can also be used to transfer to Terminals 4 and 5 (the former requiring a change of train at Hatton Cross) for free

Heathrow Terminal 2, also known as The Queen's Terminal, is an airport terminal at Heathrow Airport, the main airport serving London, United Kingdom. The new development was originally named Heathrow East Terminal, and occupies the sites where the previous Terminal 2 and the Queens Building stood.
The Terminal opened on 4th June 2014 and hosts a number of high street brands and eateries, such as John Lewis and Partners, Harrods, Burberry, Paul Smith, Rolex, Dixons, World Duty Free, Kurt Geiger and many more.
The tour is first person perspective walk around the terminal across its 2 floors, showing you the array of shops and eateries in the Terminal and also the seating area. The place is busy with travellers but also those who want to relax and enjoy their first leg of the journey
