Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts (view during ride's technical difficulty with lighting).
During a recent ride on Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts in Orlando, there was some malfunction that caused the ride to stop and the visual effects to stop working. The ride was stopped for 5-10 minutes before resuming, but with all the lights on. A very rarely seen view of the inside workings of the ride.

In Universal Studios Orlando explore Diagon Alley, where you will quickly discover the Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts Bank (roller coaster)! It's hard to miss it by the way, with that large Ukrainian Ironbelly spitting out fire every so often! It is a ride you don't want to miss! Come face to face with the Dark Lord himself, while diving deep within Gringotts. Safe travels to all who dare to enter!
Pro Tip: Florida has it's rainy seasons all throughout the year. But if it begins to rain while in Diagon Alley - it becomes one of the best atmospheres for picture and video capture! Especially when the Gringotts dragon spits out some fire. Yes! Even in the rain, the Gringotts dragon will continue to spit out fire. If you don't mind a little rain - it's the best photo op experience!

Take a complete tour of Hogwart's Castle and a POV ride on Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter located at Islands of Adventure at the Universal Orlando Resort.
I filmed the queue and castle with my video camera and used my sunglasses camera to film on the ride to avoid violating any park rules. It's a very dark on the ride, so my camera had a hard time picking up everything on the ride.

Welcome to Episode 51 of POV Weekly. Today we are at Universal Studio's Orlando to Ride Escape from Gringotts located in Diagonally next to Kings Cross.
Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts is an indoor steel roller coaster designed by Universal Creative and built by Intamin.
Similar to dark rides, the roller coaster utilizes special effects in a controlled-lighting environment and also employs motion-based 3-D projection of both animation and live-action sequences to enhance the experience. The ride, which is themed to the Gringotts Wizarding Bank, became the flagship attraction for the expanded Wizarding World of Harry Potter when it opened on July 8, 2014
