Hey cruisers,
It's Harmony of the Seas Embarkation Day! Join us as we cruise on the world's largest cruise ship on a 7 night Caribbean cruise, with lots of surprises along the way. We begin our embarkation day with a seamless shuttle ride from the Orlando Airport area to Port Canaveral, using GoPort, a service we HIGHLY recommend.
Once onboard, we sort out our dining reservations, grab lunch at Park Cafe and learn that our itinerary will be CHANGING due to a Tropical Depression. Because we knew this was possible, and our cruise was during peak hurricane and storm season, we rolled with the change, checked out our cabin, and enjoyed the festive sailaway party on deck. Then, it was a family dinner at Wonderland - an experience we'll never forget.

After Walt Disney World and Universal, we headed to Port Canaveral, Florida for our 7 night Caribbean cruise. In this vlog, we will first give you a ship overview to see all of the amazing, fun activities, dining options, both free and specialty dining. Then we kick off our first day onboard with our vlog. There is a LOT of food in this vlog as always ;)

We are FINALLY on our HONEYMOON! Our honeymoon had 4 postponed dates (originally supposed to be in May 2020) but with the help of our amazing travel agent Molly at Marvellous Mouse Travels we were finally able to have the trip of a lifetime! This is our first cruise vlog for our Honeymoon vlog series that will bring you along for all of our adventures through Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and our cruise on Harmony of the Seas with Royal Caribbean.

My name is Meg, and joining me is my husband Greg! I’m a Canadian/maritimer born and raised, and Greg is an American (from Ohio) living here in the maritimes with me and our two dogs now.
When Greg moved to Canada to live with me, he wanted to see as much as he could in the Maritimes. We started our adventures throughout the Maritimes together during the pandemic, so that he could see all of the great sights and fun that we have to offer here and are finally able to show our adventures outside of our own backyard! Royal Caribbean Cruise Line's Harmony of the Seas 2018 Day 1. We boarded early and explored the ship all day. Boarding was by far the easiest we've experienced and it was a matter of minutes from entering the terminal to being onboard in the Promenade purchasing our WOW bands.

Harmony of the Seas - Day 1 - Embarkation / The Key Benefits - Royal Caribbean Cruise Line
Join Zach & Collin as they board Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas for a 7-Night Eastern Caribbean & Perfect Day cruise in Port Canaveral! We purchased The Key which gave us an opportunity for Priority Boarding, a welcome lunch, and priority seating at shows while on the cruise. We ate the welcome lunch in the Main Dining room with a menu provided by Chops Grille. We then explored the Casino and Studio B before heading to our Spacious Ocean View Balcony Room to unpack and get settled. We then made our way to Solarium Bar and the Rising Tide Bar for a drink before the ship departed Port Canaveral. We then made our way to the Solarium to watch the ship head to the open sea and saw a gorgeous sunset. We then toured the Royal Promenade and discovered great places such as On-Air Club, Bolero's, Sorrento's, Cruise Next, and Bionic Bar. We then went to the Boardwalk to check out the carousel, the Arcade, The Royal Caribbean Shop, and the AquaTheater. We had an amazing dinner at 150 Central Park and saw a professional ice skating show in Studio B called 1887: A Journey in Time. We then explored a bit more before heading to bed from a long, yet fun day!

Welcome to the Harmony of the Seas here in Port Canaveral, Florida! Today is EMBARKATION DAY for us on one of Royal Caribbeans Largest, Newest Cruise Ships and we couldn't be more excited to get on board and check out all the awesome places and things to do on this ship. Boarding the cruise ship is always such a fun, exciting day and that is no different on this cruise! Although the terminal building was packed, Royal Caribbean moved things quickly and got us onboard in no time! We then head up top for some delicious embarkation day lunch in the Windjammer. After checking in to our Central Park balcony room to drop off some bags we make our way up around the ship and explore all the fun we are going to have. This video also features our sail away from Port Canaveral and Coco Beach, our first dinner in the main dining room, a BIG surprise for my best friend Peter, and more.
