Harbor Freight Predator 3500 watt generator Noise Test running the RV Air Conditioner?
In this video, we test both the Harbor Freight Predator 3500 watt generator and the Generac ix2000 generator for noise levels while running our Dometic 10,500 btu Cool Cat air conditioner in our 2018 NuCamp T@B 400. We measure the sound using a decibel meter app on our iphone from 23 feet away from the generator.

Predator 3500 Watt Super Quiet Inverter Generator from Harbor Freight
We got rid of our Champion 4k Generator and got a Predator 3500 Inverter/Generator! The Predator 3500 watt inverter/Generator is way quieter. It is also more fuel efficient.
The predator 3500 Inverter/Generator features electric start, a 2.8 Gallon fuel tank and super quiet at 57db.
So far it runs perfectly. I recommend the predator 3500 Inverter/Generator for RV and camping. I got it at Harbor freight but is also available at Amazon under various labels.

We decided it was time to pick up a generator. We were leaning hard towards a Honda, Yamaha, or Champion, but couldn't say no to the price of a Predator from Harbor Freight.
I unbox it, get it running, then do a break-in oil change. Overall we are VERY happy with it so far.

Cummins Onan Generator VS Firman Portable Generator
Comparing Cummins Onan 2500Lp Generator and the Portable Firman 2000 Generator ! How much fuel does each burn? What are the pros and cons? What I like and don't like about each generator !
Also I did't put it in the video but if you compare the Firman 2000 to the very popular Honda 2000 the only BIG difference is price($700 )($1200)! With that being said if you don't have the money Firman is a GREAT Product ! I love mine .

Predator 3500 Generator Vented Oil Fill Door
The standard Predator 3500 Inverter Generator comes with an oil fill door that many say restricts the incoming air flow to the Air Filter/ Carburetor so I figured I needed a Vented Oil Filler Door for my new Predator 3500 Inverter Generator so I 3 D printed one!

Honda EU3000 vs Champion 2800 you Won't Believe It!
This video is a sound test of Honda EU3000 vs Champion 2800 watt inverter generators. We used a decibel meter to log what the sound levels were at various times. The generators were tested using a 1725 watt 2 PVC heater. This provided a constant and equal load.
