We travelled through Grenada and Carriacou for two and a half weeks mainly by bus. We stayed at a couple of great places and really enjoyed our stay on Carriacou. Luckily the tropical storm Bret lost power and only a bit of rain reached us.

Grenada is one of the most beautiful and relaxed islands in the Caribbean. In addition to a wonderful atmosphere, nice restaurants and beautiful beaches, it also has an unspoilt interior. The most beautiful waterfalls await you in the middle of the jungle. In this video I show you why Grenada is a must-do when you travel to the Caribbean.
When we enter the tropical rainforest we see monkeys, iguanas, beautiful birds and much more. We dive from the highest waterfalls and slide on natural slides through the forest. We sleep in Lance Aux Epines near the capital St. George. From there we visit the Mount Carmel Waterfalls, hike through Grand Etang National Park and visit the beaches of Grand Anse and La Sagesse.
This year we travel all over the world and after the Canary Islands, Oman, Cape Verde, Martinique, Saint Lucia and Tobago, Grenada is our seventh destination.
