Here I am frolicking in what is known as the Angel's Pool in Livingstone, Zambia. It's one of the coolest things I've ever done.

Angel’s Pool is an alternative to the famous Devil’s Pool in Zambia.
The pool is open only in certain period of the year when the falls have less water.
To visit it, you need to book a tour and pay from US$ 110 to 175, depending of the time of your visit. I know it’s expensive, but it’s worthwhile though.

This is the most dangerous in the natural swimming pool in the world . Devil's Pool is in Zambia at Victoria Falls. This is a video of swimming in the Devils Pool of Victoria Fall October is driest months of the year, so it is possible to walk along the edge of the fall . This can only be done from the Zambian side. After thousands of years of erosion, many rock pools have formed and one of them has formed right on the very edge of the sheer drop. Its named as Devils pool
You have to go through rocky walk and swim in the Zambezi river to reach the pool – then the fearless ones leap into the pool and get pushed to the edge of the fall by the force of the river. The rock lip brings them to a halt as the raging waters of the Zambezi crash over the cliffs a few feet away. Guides are in attendance to make sure you don’t go over the edge.
Rest of the year Its not possible , otherwise if anyone enters the waters would be instantly swept to their deaths. But when levels drop, the natural rock walls of the Devil’s Pool come close enough to the surface to form a barrier and stop swimmers being carried away. So we can swim there .
The view from the edge is totally exhilarating as you feel the force of the Zambezi river flowing past you and crashing down over the precipice; a hundred meter drop.

Victoria Falls Devil's Pool, Zambia
Devil's Pool is situated on the Zambian side of Victoria Falls. During the dry season, visitors can walk across the bed of the Zambezi River (with a guide), swim to Devil's pool, and jump in! From the pool, you'll be staring straight across the Falls to Zimbabwe. In fact, visitors to the Zimbabwean side can see you swimming on the edge of the Falls and will likely think you're crazy! If you don't want to walk to the pool, you can also take a boat. I highly recommend a swim in Devil's Pool! It's a truly unique experience. In 2010 (when this footage was taken), I paid USD $65 for the guided walk and swim.
