Episode 29 Port Time Majuro

Inside the Majuro Atoll in the Western pacific ocean, it's time to offload, with a good amount of Yellow fin caught, we're dockside to offload. The weather is good so we're able to get the drone out and about for some epic views of the atolls anchorage.

Sailing in Majuro Atoll - Marshall Islands - Ep #50

I touch land for the first time in 22 days on Majuro Atoll, after sailing from Hawaii to the Marshall Islands. I fracture my heal and then watch as my boom separates from my mast at the gooseneck.

Coffee to go from

Hi, I’m Markus and this is my Adventure Travel Vlog Series. I am travelling around the planet without ever using motorized transport. I started this journey in Toronto, Canada in July of 2015 and intend to circumnavigate back to where I started.

In this weekly youtube series (Every Sunday at 4PM EST) I will share my day to day experiences of what it’s like to travel around the earth under my own power (with help from some wind and currents too!). Loads of epic adventure videos I’m happy to share with you.

Become a patron and join the Routes of Change crew here for exclusive behind the scenes access:

SPOILER ALERT:!!

I started the journey in a canoe and have since trimaraned, hand cycled, pogosticked, tricycled, skiied, rafted, kayaked, SUPed, rowed, bicycled, sailed, walked, and danced half way around the planet.

Sailing MERCY MISSION in Marshall Islands! EP76

Sailing MERCY MISSION in Marshall Islands!
While in the Marshall Islands.
Travel to the outer islands has been banned due to Covid 19 restrictions, even though the Marshall Islands has no cases of the virus.
However, a broken down ferry means an opportunity to help out the outer atolls and gives us chance to sail further afield .

????‍❤️‍????About us :
Hello and welcome to our channel! We are Jo and Rob and we are here to share our sailing adventures with you.
In 2016, inspired by the likes of ‘Delos’, ‘Sailing La Vagabonde’ and ‘Gone with The Wynns’, we sold up everything we owned and bought our 40ft, Fountaine Pajot ‘Lipari 41 Evo’ sailing catamaran ‘Double Trouble’. We had no sailing experience whatsoever, so the past few years have been a huge learning curve.
We thought it might be fun to document our travels for anyone thinking of following a similar lifestyle.
So far we have visited 7 different countries and sailed over 13,000 nautical miles.
We have had many unique experiences that would not have been possible in our prior life and we don’t regret a second.
We're both super keen on protecting our precious environment, so amongst other things, we both follow a plant based diet. You wont find any fishing footage on this channel!
Subscribe now and join us as we continue our salty travels around the world.

Lydéric - the French castaway on Millennium Atoll

We arrived at Millennium Atoll aboard the National Geographic Orion only to find this self-styled castaway, a Frenchman named Lydéric. I interviewed him in my very bad French.

There are images on Panoramio [ which would suggest Mnsr Lyderic has been here for some time (or visits regularly and stays extended periods)
