Do's and Don'ts in Cartagena // Colombia Travel Vlog

There are so many do's and don'ts in Cartagena Colombia and in this video we share the biggest ones with you! Cartagena is one of Colombia's most popular travel destinations for both foreign and local tourists, and that also means it is full of scams that you will want to avoid. There will also be tons of awesome things you will want to do during your time in Cartagena because it is a beautiful coastal city!

Some of the don'ts that we suggest you avoid (unless you are ready to pay) are taking videos of the rappers on the streets, taking pictures of the women with baskets of fruit on their heads (Palenqueras), and not being firm with the people giving massages on the beach who will start massaging you without asking! You may have to be firm because these folks know how to make a buck, but that is all part of the travel experience :)

Some of the many do's of Cartagena include seeing San Felipe Castle in the morning, visiting the beaches (maybe Playa Blanca and the Rosario Islands are better choices than Bocagrande), grabbing a drink from a street cendor near Cafe del Mar, walking around Getsemani, and shopping in El Centro. Cartagena is a beautiful coastal town with lots to offer tourists, but we would suggest learning about the scams and tourist traps before your visit!

???????? Venezuela, the name conjures images of a country synonymous with economic collapse and violence. But is that reputation deserved or is there another side to the country that the media don't show? Well, despite being nervous for my safety and that of my camera, I flew into Caracas on my own to investigate. Oh, and whilst there of course I had to visit the infamous Petare barrio, known as Venezuela's most dangerous hood. Would I survive? Join me and find out. Vamos a Caracas chamos!

10 Best Places to Visit in Chile - Travel Video

Check out all the places seen in this video:

Squeezed between the Andes and the Pacific, Chile is sometimes called the longest country in the world. It is never more than 180 km wide, but its coastline extends over 4,300 km. It’s unusual long shape has given it a varied climate with one of the world’s driest desert in the north, while its southern tip is home to cold-weather creatures like penguins. Chile is also one of the closest nations, along with Argentina and New Zealand, to Antarctica. Here’s a look at the best places to visit in Chile:

First time in Cartagena, Colombia was NOT what I expected

The Journey has begun. Bright and early at 2:30 Jimothy is on the trail for you, the Jimpadres!

12 hours of travel later and we touch down in Cartagena de Indios! Strikingly similar visually to Old San Juan here in Beautiful Puerto Rico. The old town wallet military city, coupled with skyscrappers, and beaches. You tell me, whose city beach looks better?!

Things to note:
1. Have a passport
2. Complete the Check-Mig online declaration before checking in at the airport!
3. Prepare for fun
4. Money exchange stores or ATMs will be your best friend immediately to get a taxi into the city
5. Have fun
6. There are 1.5 million hagglers, ignore them!
