Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the #travel bug! We started “travel hacking” & finally decided we wanted to travel for one year. After 2 years of saving $ and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016. We started this #travelvlog to share our experiences with friends and family, then decided we really liked vlogging and traveling! After achieving our new goal of 100 countries before 2020 and all 7 continents, we have no plans to slow down anytime soon, and we are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

The Rise And Fall Of Hooters Air

You might not remember it, but at one point Hooters had an airline. Hooters Air launched in 2003, but closed about three years later. The company cited a number of reasons for the airline's failure, including a $40 million loss. But in the short time that Hooters Air existed, it made a major economic impact on one city in particular — Myrtle Beach, South Carolina — that's where the airline was headquartered, and where it brought thousands of tourists every week.

We talked to people who worked for Hooters Air — flight attendants and one pilot (who asked to remain anonymous). They told us what it was really like to work for the airline (which featured two Hooters Girls on every flight) and dispelled some common misperceptions about what it was like to fly it. Hooters declined to comment for this story.

A journey back home from Norway to Singapore to surprise my loved ones!

When i was out of the country for almost 5 months for studies, my grandma took every opportunity she had to talk to me on the phone whenever possible. Exchanging love and small talks, makes me miss her presence around me dearly. So on her 80th birthday, surprising everyone including her was the least my family and i could do to make it a memorable one. 15 hours of total flight time, another 15 hours of transit, this is it, lots of love from your beloved grandson, maman.

FLYING HOME DURING CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC. ????????????????

Here's my almost 30 hrs journey going back home.

God found a way to bring us back home to each other. We almost didn't make it because of pandemic. But now, we're full of nothing but love for one another. Rye is one of the biggest blessings in my life, and I'm so fortunate that we found our way back to each other.

I arrived on September 20, 2020, extremely anxious and nervous about my flight going back to France. My Bubs greeted me with the warmest hug and the sweetest kiss, which made me feel safe again after 7-month wait.

Mon Coeur,
Thank you for welcoming me back home with nothing but love.

Lord God, thank You for teaching us what pure, unconditional love means - And also, guiding me this pandemic flight.
