ULTIMATE Panama City TRAVEL Guide! (COMPLETE OVERVIEW)

Panama City, Panama isn’t just the capital of Panama, ???????? it’s the heart of the country! Panama City is an incredibly diverse and dynamic city to visit! In this Panama Travel Vlog we explore Panama City with you starting in Panama Viejo, Old Panama where it al started. Here we tour the ruins and learn all about the history of Panama City before traveling over to Casco Viejo/Casco Antiguo, Panama. Casco Viejo is where the city moved to in 1674 and for some time was the entire city - all its residents lived here before urban expansion began sparked by the building of the Panama Canal. Casco Viejo is now considered the hippest place in Panama City! We also take a stroll down the Cinta Costera checking out some more Panama City Neighborhoods before learning about Panama City’s metro! Panama City has really shocked us in terms of its history, culture, architecture and people. If you are looking for things to do in Panama City we hope this Panama Travel Guide helps you out when planning your trip here! #panama #panamacity

It’s a railway that goes along the Canal from Panama City in the Pacific to Colon on the Caribbean side. I plan on making a video in the future when I go back. If you’re in Panama and the railway is open. I definitely recommend experiencing this.

Heyo! Mitch and Day here ????????

We’re just your typical American-Colombian couple determined to live every second of our precious time here on earth to the fullest. After a 10-month solo backpacking trip through South America, I (Mitch) stopped in Cali, Colombia to take salsa dancing classes ????????. I only planned to stay for a couple weeks, but God had other plans for me. I met a cute Colombian girl (Day) in class, those couple weeks turned into a couple years, and before we knew it...we were married ????????????????

Now we’re traveling the world full time as digital nomads, supporting ourselves by working online ????‍????????‍????

Our goal with these videos is to inspire you to step outside your comfort zone, give you an inside peek at our crazy imperfect lives, and show you that you don’t have to be rich to live an extraordinary life...all you need to do is make the choice!

How to travel PANAMA | First Impressions | Episode 1

Our first time in Panama so we had no idea what to expect. Here's how to travel Panama. Episode 1.

Our first impressions of Panama City, Panama was off to a rocky start. We arrived late and den't realize our hotel Centroamericano wasn't in the nicest neighborhood. Don't get me wrong during the day it was completely safe but at night it isn't the best place you could be.

Our official day 1, episode 1 video starts the next morning. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast from hotel Centroamericano but it was still one of the best value hotel rooms in Panama City.

Our early morning found ourselves at the Albrook Mall in Panama City, Panama. This is the transportation hub in Panama. There's a domestic airport nearby, a bus terminal and a subway system.

Next, we visited the one location in Panama City, Panama I feel every visitor should see, Panama Viejo. Panama Viejo is the original site where the Spanish established the first European site on the Pacific Ocean. Panama Viejo was established in 1519 with just 100 people and grew to 10,000 inhabitants by 1671 when Panama Viejo was ultimately invaded by pirates and burned to the ground.

Be sure to like the video and check out episode 2 Panama City to Bocas Del Toro by bus. How it works and what to expect.
