This was a day of celebration on the island as a new government was voted in the general elections...all these charters came with people to vote...

Due to time shift for the winter season BA is leaving a bit later now when it gets dark here so its harder to get its departure doing day hours now. United Airlines will be makings its arrival on the 19th....Air Canada is set to return some time a week after that :)

Over the past week St Kitts has seen many charters but this is by far the largest and most awesome of them all !!!!!!!!!! seen here arriving from Texas then going onward s to JFK !!!! St Kitts Robert l Bradshaw airport is in full swing !!!!. I was unable to get the departure as it left in the night which was a blow for me :( !!!!!

I thought this would be a nice comparison :). Runway 25 in awesome wet action.The 757-200 was departing to JFK while the 737-800 was departing to Miami. Take note the 737 used way more runway than the 757-200. RB211 was showing its awesomeness !!!!!

(4K) Heavy Departure, American Airlines (737-800) Reintroduces Nonstop Service from JFK to St. Kitts
This bird used up most of the 8000 feet of avialable runway to get airborne. American Airlines stopped operating this route when Covid-19 started, its has been two years since i have seen service from JFK, nice to see it back :) !!! and from the looks of it the flights are full based on the numbers i am getting.

These rare shots are the only known footage i have of 747's in St. Kitts ranging from different time periods, all shot on different cameras. The 2009 Virgin Atlantic visit was shot on a low end camera back then.
Sometime around January 2009 a virgin Atlantic 747-400 made a scheduled stop dropping off the England Cricket Team for there West Indian tour which starting in St Kitts. The flight is en route to Barbados.
Sometime around August of 2013 the President of Taiwan, His Excellency Ma Ying-jeou made a official State visit to the island nation of St Kitts an Nevis. He was on a Caribbean tour with St Kitts and Nevis being his last stop. St Kitts has close ties to Taiwan and cooperate in a lot of areas. Taiwan in General has close ties to other Caribbean islands.
