Key destinations of this Spiti tour are - Narkanda, Sangla Valley, Kalpa, Reckong Peo, Nako, Tabo, Dhankar, Pin valley, Kaza, Tashigang, Chandertal lake and many more.
This is a 15 episode series of Spiti tours, Date of the journey - 22nd Jun - 7th July 2021 entered through Shimla and exited from Manali.

Below are the places which we have covered on our 7th day of the Spiti Tour. Hope you will enjoy this episode. Date of Journey - 3rd July 2021.
Morning 5 am, we visited a petrol pump which is said to be located on world’s highest point.
Another thing is that near this petrol pump, there are 5 stupa, during 5 to 6 am local people of the village do parikrama around this stupa. There is also a monastery which was closed at that time. It gets open 8am to 9 am.
We went to riverside, it took us 15 min to reach the river, on way to riverside, it was picturesque, you would want to spend 1 hour there.
There is also Himachal tourism hotel, starting tariff - Rs 2350 double occupancy. There is also a cottage - Rs 3450, breakfast & dinner is included.
Civil hospital in kaza, tourists usually faces problems because of high altitude, 10:00 am to 4 pm OPD after that emergency. Generally what happens, tourist may have headache or nose bleeding, always visit the doctor, In such situation, oxygen levels drops suddenly, which could be dangerous. Another important point is to remember, must be followed by tourist is to drink lot of water.
We did breakfast at Taste of spiti - Tirik bread Sandwich (tibetan bread, thicker as compare usual size) made like usual sandwich, how we used to make at our home - Tomato, Onion, Cucumber with Cheese, only difference is of bread - Rs 200
Samosa - Shape was broader as compare to usual samosa, stuffing of black peas, their own masala, served with spicy chutney.
Shake - it contains, Sattu with chocolate. Taste was good
There is only 1 SBI ATM in Kaza, there is no cash on saturday & sunday. ATM cash withdraw time is limited morning 8 am to 8 pm. It is very important for the tourist to carry enough cash with you while travelling on this route. As there are not enough options for your withdraw cash.
In kaza or in this spiti route you have challenges of Unstable mobile network, if you are dependent on the online payments, then you may face lot of problems, its better to carry enough cash with you.
Key monastery - 14 km from the market, it is the oldest monastery of Spiti Valley.
Chicham bridge - 13596 ft - Asia’s highest bridge, built across a small river, Length of this bridge is approx - 80 metres, (8 km distance from Key monastery) built in 2017.
Then we proceed to Kibber, small village, 400 people population, Many tourists who are interested in wildlife visit in Jan to mar, red fox, snow leopard, 7 days homestay, walk with locals.
Jun to 15th september - Prangla pass, kibber - 25 km (10 km trek) 4 to 5 day trek.
Tashigang village - 3 homes - 4650 m - 15 family members, world’s highest polling booth.
There is also a homestay, not very well maintained, the purpose would only be to get awesome view. No restro, no cafe. We also notice some yaks on way to this village. The road is narrow, condition is bad.
Kaza - Piti Restaurant, we enjoyed local food at this restaurant.

We started Spiti tour during last week of June and reached Manali on 7th July 2021. This is the second last episode of Spiti tour.
This video was shot on 6th July 2021.

Breakfast at Spiti Sojourn homestay at Pangmo village - You may connect with them on
Diversion for Chicham, Kibber on route to Kaza. This is a new route for going to Kaza.
Losar - we halted here for lunch
Kunzum pass - This is about 19 km short of Chandratal lake.
Chandratall lake - we stayed here at UC camps - paid rs 1500 per person for camping which included dinner and breakfast.
You have to go 2. km by road from camping site for going to the lake and after parking you need to trek one and a half km for the lake.

#sakya Tangyud #monastery ; built in the year 2009, is situated in Kaza town of Spiti Valley. Key (Ki) Monastery was built by Dromton, a student of the renowned instructor, Atisha, in the eleventh century and is located at a height of 4,166 m (13,668 ft) about 12 km (7.5 mi) north of Kaza town.

EP 11 Key Monastery & Highest Suspension Bridge | SPITI Valley Road Trip By Car
Today we will experience the essence of the place from stunning viewpoints. We will visit the largest, oldest, and very popular monastery called Key Monastery. On the way, then we see Kibber which had the distinction of Worlds Highest Village with a motorable road in the past and finally, we reach the highest Suspension, Chicham bridge in Asia.
We will view the scenic Himalayan range and its snow-capped peaks in all their glory, indulge in local cuisines and refresh ourselves in the natural beauty of this.
In these 15 days of travel, We will cover places like Narkanda, Rakchham, Chitkul, Sangla, Tabo, and Kaza. Around Kaza we will cover Hikkim, Langza, Chicham. From Kaza then we came back to Kalpa, Tirthan Valley (Jibhi) & Mandi. From Mandi back to Chandigarh In the upcoming series of my video, each episode will cover all the places we visited day-wise. The videos will cover the places that you can see en route and the local sightseeing around.
