In today's episode, we pay a visit to the world's former most dangerous country: El Salvador in the heart of Central America.
Up until very recently, the country saw one of the highest murder rates per capita and gang violence was common. But since earlier this year, the country has seen a huge transformation, quickly becoming one of the safest countries in the region. How did this dramatic shift come about?
We are Oskar & Dan, two boys from Sweden who decided to change the course of our lives, drop out of university, and live life full-time. We're trying to see and learn as much about the world as possible while we're young. Right now, we are working to visit 100 countries before the end of 2022???? Day 2:
* Visit Tamanique and have an amazing adrenaline hiking down 4 hidden waterfalls
* Must have a tour guide to experience this place
Day 3:
* Learn about the history and handcrafts in Nahuizalco
Day 4:
* Spend half the day enjoy the the rides at the world famous Cafe Albania
* You need to rent a car or uber to Get here
Day 5:
* Have lunch at one of the biggest lakes in the country, Coatepque
* Here you can Jet-ski or take a boat trip across the lake
Day 6:
* Hike El Salvadors active volcano Santa Ana, The Volcano is part of the Los Volcanes complex in the Apaneca mountain range.
Day 7:
* End your trip at the world famous Picnic Steakhouse
* Take advantage of try their delicious foods and rainbow slide
