A big thank you to @Vessi for sponsoring this video! The hawker centers and buffets in Singapore are simply amazing! Top notch Michelin Star rated dishes and at incredible affordable prices along with the flavour of the many cultures working in symphony. The buffets, they are also on another level well above that Vegas standards. And while I had the chance to visit many buffets here, I've yet to visit Singapore's most iconic spot. That is the Marina Bay Sands hotel and I'm delighted to find out they offer a buffet as well. In fact, it's voted Singapore's Best Buffet so I'm excited to give it a try.

And upon entering and being greeted by the friendly staff, immediately you feel the grandeur of the towering atrium; as beautiful as it is on the outside, it's equally as grand on the inside. And walking through the buffet, you spot the towers of seafood and lobsters near the entrance... you know they mean business. Perusing further, the aromas of the luscious roasts of lamb, iberico pork and prime rib takes over the senses. Further down, you'll find the traditional Singapore cuisine from the wagyu rangdang to the laksa and Hanan Chicken rice. All the favorites and more! When you're there, I would highly suggest the burrata (classic & smoked)... but explore and discover for yourself! Lots of fun and a fulfilling meal in more ways than one!

UNEXPECTED SINGAPORE FOOD TOUR! ???????? what to eat in Singapore beyond its most iconic dishes!

Hello from beautiful Singapore! ????????
We came here to visit a dear friend and somehow managed to make a video about the food lol - it was challenging at first because there's a lot of seafood (we don't eat seafood), and a lot of Malaysian food and we just made a food tour video in KL, so we weren't exactly sure what to show.

BUT, our friend helped us put together a video with a lot of local favorites and we ended up trying so many delicious Singapore foods we had never heard before! ???? We hope you enjoy watching and learn as much as we did :)

If you have questions, please leave them in the comments. You know we're always happy to help!

PS: we announce where we're going next at the end of the video!

XO,
Aimara & Gordon

Street Food Singapore!! 5 Hawker FOODS INVENTED in Singapore - with KF Seetoh!

???? Ultimate Singapore Chilli Crab Tour:
???? SUBSCRIBE: Don’t miss new food videos!
???? KF Seetoh:

SINGAPORE - Today I’m hanging out with the one and only KF Seetoh, a legend of Singapore street food and hawker culture. We’re going to take you on a born and bred food tour of Singapore - dishes that were invented right here in Singapore.

Here are all the places we ate at in this Singapore food tour:

Bak Kee Teochew Satay Bee Hoon ( - First we headed to Bukit Merah, also known as Red Hill. It’s a huge neighborhood complex, market and hawker center. There’s a massive selection of food to choose from, but KF Seetoh took me first to eat satay bee hoon, or thin angel hair vermicelli covered in seafood and pork, and a ladle of creamy peanut sauce.

Hong Seng Curry Rice ( - Within the same Red Hill hawker centre you’ll find Hong Seng Curry Rice, where you can enjoy another popular Singapore street food - Hainanese curry rice.

Geylang Lorong 29 Hokkien Mee ( - Continuing on this food tour we drove over to Geylang to eat one of the best versions of Hokkien fried prawn mee, a stir fried noodle dish that’s one of the most beloved in Singapore. They make it by the batch and we had the chance to see the entire process of how it’s made. Delicious!

The Original Vadai ( - Next up over to Joo Chiat to eat at the Original Vadai - a Sri Lankan origin - yet transformed in Singapore to be more light and fluffy, totally different texture and flavor. They are so addictive and one of the best things about them is that you bite a green chili and then follow it with bites of the prawn vadai.

Sha Zah Confectionery ( - Finally to complete this food tour with KF Seetoh we headed over to Sha Zah Confectionery for their giant curry puffs. A perfect way to end this delicious Singapore street food tour!

Thank you again to KF Seetoh for taking me around. Be sure to follow his food adventures: and if you’re in NYC, go eat at Urban Hawker center!

Raffles Hotel Singapore Review, Singapore's most iconic hotel.

Hotel Review of the iconic Raffles Singapore, one of South East Asia's most luxurious hotels and a National Monument for Singapore, having first opened in 1887, and named after Sir Stamford Raffles, founder of Singapore.

Fresh from a two year facelift, Raffles is currently one of the greatest places in Singapore to stay - as well as to dine. The extensive two year renovation has taken every aspect of this extraordinary hotel to a whole new level.

From the well dressed (and famous) doorman to the exceptional and sophisticated 10 new restaurants and bars, 115 newly refurbished and refined rooms and suites, and the breathtaking bohemian chandelier, that glistens with 8,214 pieces of crystals, this is certainly glamour and a touch of elegantly refined glitz every step of the way.

All suites come with their own Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar (hidden in a strikingly creative and elegant luggage-like table) and each room is filled with exclusive decadent bath amenities by Ormonde Jayne.

“Raffles Hotel stands for all the fables of the exotic East”, said playwright, Somerset Maugham. This is a hotel not to miss for any luxury hotel fans.

Singapore's Iconic Buffet is Back! The Legendary Mandarin Oriental EMBU Festive Buffet!

Singapore just keeps getting better and better! Not only because of the great food and the buffets of course, but it's the people! The old friends and new friends you meet and I was grateful to meet and join some new friends to experience a wonderful dinner at a Hawker Center! A sincere and heartfelt thank you for Feng and the crew of Kevin, Vanessa, and Hui Qua for a wondering dinner! Fantastic company and thank you for taking me to an incredible and huge dinner!

And later on, I got a chance to visit one of the Iconic buffets here in Singapore that recently re-opened. This is the Mandarin Oriental's EMBU restaurant that just relaunched their buffet and it started of with a bang! Abundant seafood at every station from scallops, lobsters, oysters and all the fresh seafood you can think of...and if you are looking for the meats, they have that too with the hard working chefs grilling up fatty juicy tomahawk steaks and an assortment of offerings for the carnivore in us all.

And of course, I got a chance to sample the classic cuisines from the Singapore Chilli Crab, succulent BBQ, to their signature laksa. This is as good if not better than any Las Vegas Buffets and hopefully the meals here get more and more spectacular!
