LOS ANGELES - Welcome to San Pedro, next to Long Beach in the greater Los Angeles area. Today I’m hanging out with my friend Sonny (@BestEverFoodReviewShow ) and we’re taking you with us to eat a massive seafood tray at San Pedro Fish Market!

Surrounded by the LA port, cruise ships and container ships, you’ll find San Pedro Fish Market and Restaurant where you can buy fresh seafood for takeaway, or you can have them cook your fresh catch in a massive smoldering pile of cajun spicy seasoning, and serve it to you on a huge tray.

They have a fresh fish section and then a full seafood cabinet to choose from. We chose a sheep head fish, which neither of us had ever tried, and then we proceeded to get a variety of local shrimp, scallops, some king crab legs, sausage, and corn to finish. Altogether our pile of seafood came to about 11 pounds!

You can choose from 3 different flavors; Cajun, garlic butter, and spicy diablo - we went with a mixture of all three. Then first blanch all your seafood to cook it perfectly. Then since we ordered fajita style, they begin with a pile of green pepper and onions on the hot plate. The blanched seafood is poured on top followed by huge amounts of melted butter and pouring of all the seasoning powder. It’s stir fried until everything is evenly coated and drenched in melted butter. The finished seafood fry is dished onto a platter, topped with our deep fried crispy sheep head fish, and finished with garlic bread and tortillas.

Not only is it great seafood, and located along the waterfront, but eating at San Pedro Fish Market and Restaurant is a fun experience!

And today we are featuring all cantonese style cooking, one of the 8 main specialties of Chinese cuisine! This is less spicy than Sichuan food, this is much more elegant and refined and clear style, very delicious!

When you walk in, you'll see hundreds of different fish tanks full of seafood!

You'll see at least 2 aisles full of lobster from around the world. Australian lobster, Boston lobster, and more. And you'll also find aisles full of different crabs from around the world. The biggest ones are the Alaskan king prawns. You can order these steamed or boiled and covered in a garlic sauce. The crab legs are full of flesh! Super tasty! This is Chinese style seafood mukbang! This is way better than a regular seafood boil!

You'll also find rows of different clams, mussels, abalone, oysters, and more exotic things too. There is water beetles, snakes, and also classic Cantonese stir fry dishes too. You can eat dim sum, fried noodles, and cantonese desserts too!

This is one of the most expensive restaurants in Guangzhou for seafood. In my opinion, if you can afford to spend a little for one crab, it is totally worth it to taste the cantonese style of cooking.

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - We’re going to the fish market to get a Huge Tasmanian King Crab and Chef Dan Hong is going to cook it 3 ways!

Sydney Fish Market ( - After meeting up with Chef Dan, we met up with Alex from the Sydney Fish market who showed us around and gave us a very interesting brief about the Sydney Fish market and the quality of seafood that auctioned.

Red Claw Seafoods ( - At the fish market we visited Red Claw Seafood who specialize in some of the best live seafood in all of Australia and where Chef Dan gets his supply. We were after their insanely huge Tasmanian king crab!

Mr. Wong ( - After getting our crab, we headed back to Chef Dan’s restaurant, Mr. Wong, for some dim sum, roast duck, and mostly importantly, the fresh giant Tasmanian King Crab! It was without a double one of the best crabs, both in natural product and preparation that I’ve ever had. It was so big, Chef Dan had to cook three different dishes with it.

Eating ENTIRE KING CRAB For BREAKFAST! Seafood MORNING MARKET in Sapporo Japan

Went and had breakfast at the Sapporo morning market and at 2 entire crabs, one king crab and one kegani hairy crab. Fresh seafood, sushi, sashimi and produce are what Hokkaido is known for as well as some soup curry which is unlike any other curries I've eaten before. This was a very memorable food day in Japan for me. Having an entire King Crab to myself was an experience I'll never forget :-)

Chinese Seafood is some of the best seafood in the world, and today in this Food Ranger video we are bringing you for a $3400 Chinese seafood FEAST in Guangzhou, China! We chose the BIGGEST seafood and had a MASSIVE FEAST of Chinese seafood!

At Hongxing Restaurant, you can choose any seafood you like and order it in many different Chinese cooking styles. For this video, we are choosing 2 of the biggest crabs in the restaurant, cooked 2 different ways! These are probably the BIGGEST crabs in the world! AND, we're choosing a GIANT Lobster too!

The Chinese restaurant also serves many classic Chinese food dishes along with seafood, but for this video, we are taking our guests for $3400 worth of Chinese seafood at one of the most expensive restaurants in China.

It literally is a seafood aquarium , full of exotic seafood from around the world. We're giving you a seafood tour of Hongxing restaurant in Guangzhou, China, and then going into the back kitchen to watch the cooking process, followed by feasting on the most expensive meal of my life! Over 15 KG of seafood!

First, we grab the giant king crab (with giant king crab legs) and giant lobster, and then we go for more exotic seafoods.
We ordered geoduck from Canada, abalone, mantis shrimp, scallops, and water beetles. But the MEGA specialty was of course the king crab and biggest lobster in the world too!

The best part about this whole extreme meal was going into the back kitchen. We watched the entire cooking process and Chinese recipe for the 2 crabs and the 1 lobster. Each crab was cooked differently. The crab was cooked bifengtang style with mountains of garlic and a light touch of chili. The other crab was steamed with garlic. Both were incredibly delicious! The lobster was cooked in a slightly sweet ginger sauce that was also very delicious!

Out of all of these seafoods, my personal favourite was the steamed garlic crab. It was so juicy!

Chanthaburi (จันทบุรี), Thailand and the entire eastern coast of Thailand are known for incredible seafood, and I was especially excited for this day, to meet Uncle Tom (ป้าหลุยลุงทอม), the Oyster King of Thailand!

Ban Ta Chaelab Pier (ท่าเรือบ้านท่าแฉลบ) - From Chanthaburi town, we drove to the pier to meet up with Uncle Tom who would pick us up in his boat. Uncle Tom is an amazing man, friendly and care, and he knows his seafood.

First, we took the boat to Uncle Tom’s oyster plot in the brackish open waters of the bay. He pulled out giant strands of oysters soaking in the salty water. It was pretty cool to see.

Then we headed over to Uncle Tom’s floating raft restaurant where his wife was already busy preparing a huge Thai seafood meal. She cooked half a dozen dishes, including the massive oysters. The food was awesome, the setting was perfect. This was one of the best experiences I had in Chanthaburi, Thailand!

???? BOILED CRAB CLAW: Break the shell out of the claw. Serve it on a plate with lemon, spicy radish and ponzu sauce (made from soybean, cooking sake and mirin).

???? CRAB MEAT SUSHI: Use the crab leg meat. Place a sheet of seaweed flat down a table. Add rice, wasabi, crab meat, salmon roe and homemade sweet soy sauce. Fold and serve.

???? GRILLED CRAB MEAT ON CHARCOAL WITH HOKKAIDO RICE: Wrap the half the body of the crab in foil and grill on charcoal. Remove the meat out of the shell and mix them with Hokkaido rice and scallion.

???? GRILLED CRAB BRAIN AND MEAT: Filter the crab brain out. Take the crab meat out of the remaining claws. Wash the shell. Put the crab meat in the shell. Add the crab brain and mix. Grill the whole thing on a charcoal stove for 6 minutes. Garnish with scallions and julienned dried red chillies.

Best Lobster Buffet in NYC! | Feasting on fresh Lobsters, Crabs, and more seafood!

After visiting what I consider is America's best Lobster and Seafood buffet, I got a chance to do some exploring in New York City. And as luck would have it, I just so happened to find an unlimited all you can eat Lobster buffet just a few minutes away from my hotel, right here in New York City!

Will it be as good as the Nordic Buffet? ...well, I think there's only one way to find out. And since this doesn't involve a 3 - 4 hour drive to Rhode Island, I made my reservation in a heartbeat.

As it turned out, the decision was a good one! The Crab House offered what they called a contactless buffet with an assortment of great fresh seafood. It's essentially a buffet, but the food comes to you and made fresh to order. Many varieties of lobsters, crabs, and all types of seafood! And just as good as the seafood dishes were, so were the meats and sides... Make sure to try the iron steak and those delectable garlic noodles as recommended by Diana.

A very different experience than the Nordic buffet and just as good. Replacing the wonderful spectacle of the hustle of the buffet floor is a large menu of delicious seafood items from which you pick and choose. And of course, as good as the food was, it was the people there that made all the difference. Instead of the New England charm, we get the New York character!

ESSEX, MASSACHUSETTS: Welcome to Essex, Massachusetts, home to Woodman’s, where they invented the New England style deep fried clam! During our trip to New England we were not going to miss this opportunity to eat the king of deep fried seafood, and we got a gigantic $284.75 Fisherman’s Platter!

Woodman's of Essex ( Total price - $284.75 - We arrived to Woodman's of Essex, ready to devour some deep fried seafood. As the true story goes, back in 1916 Lawrence Chubby Woodman and his wife Bessie had a cart and sold fresh clams and deep fried potato chips. One day one of his fisherman friends told him to deep fry some clams in the potato chip oil. It was almost a joke - they said it was something humorous, but after trying it, they realized they might be onto something. They invented and popularized the fried clam. To this day, the original fried clam is available at Woodman's of Essex and it’s as good as it’s ever been.

At Woodman’s they also have a host of other deep fried seafood, including clam strips, scallops, shrimp, and fish, plus onion rings and fries. We decided to order a huge fisherman’s platter, including a mix of everything piled high onto Jeffrey’s lobster tray.

While all the seafood at Woodman's of Essex is delicious and remarkably deep fried and crispy, still nothing beats the deep fried clams - the original deep fried clams.

Kelly's Roast Beef ( Price - $14.02 meal combo - next up on this mini tour, just down the Massachusetts coast I stopped at Kelly's Roast Beef, legendary for their roast beef sandwich. It was every bit as good as I was hoping it to be and everything it needed to be. Don’t miss it when you visit Massachusetts!

????????TOMATO SAUCE OVER SEA ACORN: Fry minced shallots in hot oil. Add sliced tomato, MSG, sugar and sea acorn. Top up with chillies and ginger cuts. Garnish with chiffonade scallion and dill.
????????DEEP-FRIED SEA ACORN: Deshell the sea acorn. Blanch those acorns. Add a pinch of dill then mix well. Flour-coat the sea acorn then fry in oil.
????????RAW OYSTERS WITH SOY SAUCE: Separate the shell. Add a perilla leaf below the oyster flesh. Add julienned ginger. Serve with lime juice and soy sauce (oyster sauce and sugar) and wasabi.
????????GRILLED OYSTERS WITH SCALLION & FRIED SHALLOTS: Blanch the oysters. In a pot, add scallion, sugar chili sauce, fried shallots and peanuts. Add mixture in oysters. Grill it again for 30 seconds. Take off the top shells and then serve.

????RAW OYSTERS WITH OLIVE LEMON SAUCE AND CAVIAR: Wash the French oysters with a combination of kikko soy sauce, kumquat juice and sugar. Pour olive oil lemon sauce. Add a seared prawn, then top up with a half teaspoon of caviar. Garnish with edible flowers, and parsley.

????GRILLED OYSTERS WITH TRUFFLE SAUCE: Place the French oysters in a salamander. Add boiled white beans. Squeeze in truffle sauce (a combination of flour, butter, milk, whipping cream, truffle oil, and salt). Torch the oysters. Garnish with salmon roe and parsley.

????$100 OYSTER PLATTER: Wasabi: Add wasabi sauce and diced cucumber on a big and small oyster. Garnish with salmon roe. | Chillies and garlic sauce: Add chillies and garlic sauce on a big and small oyster. Add raw tuna cuts. Garnish with black and white sesame seeds. | Ponzu sauce (Japanese soy sauce): Add ponzu sauce on a big and a small oyster. Add a quail egg yolk. Garnish with scallion chiffonade and caviar | Mascarpone sauce: Squeeze mascarpone sauce on 2 big oysters. Add caviar | Raw Japanese oysters with lemon.

Largest Asian Buffet in New York... Visiting Flushing, Queens

The food in New York City gets better and better. This time, I'm visiting the Chinatown area in New York and thanks to all the suggestion from everyone to visit the Chinatown in Flushing, Queens. While the Chinatown in Manhattan was quite the sight, the places in Flushing, Queens were outstanding.

I got a chance to visit a buffet in the Flushing, Queens area... Great price, great seafood, and more importantly great people... Oh yes, and the unlimited Peking Duck was quite impressive as well.

SAN FRANCISCO - Welcome to San Francisco, California, and when it comes to eating, the king of all foods is the Dungeness crab. Today, we’re going on a Dungeness crab food tour in San Francisco. We’ll start at a local fish market, then to the popular tourist pier 39, and finish with legendary garlic Dungeness crab and garlic noodles.

Alioto Lazio Fish Co ( - To begin this Dungeness crab tour in San Francisco we started with a trip to Alioto Lazio Fish Co, a generations-old family run seafood distributor. Among other seafoods, what they are most known for is Dungeness crab that you can buy live. They also offer small cups of pre shelled crab that you can taste test. It was a good way to begin this tour.

Crab House at Pier 39 ( - Next up, just down the road we headed over to Pier 39, probably the most famous of all places in all of San Francisco. Yes, it’s touristy, but it’s really nice and a great place to walk around, and of course to see the colony of California sea lions. For lunch we headed over to Crab House at Pier 39, a restaurant that of course focuses on Dungeness crab. Their famous dish is Dungeness crab served on a smoking iron skillet. The crab is roasted in butter, bathed in a secret spice sauce mixture, and drizzled in white wine tableside to smoke on the hot iron. The crabs were fantastic, sweet, and naturally delicious.

Thanh Long Restaurant ( - The Dungeness crab restaurant I was most looking forward to trying was Thanh Long Restaurant, a legendary Vietnamese American restaurant that was one of the first Vietnamese restaurants in San Francisco. It was amazing to hear a little behind the scenes of how the restaurant got started. The roasted crab and garlic noodles recipes are top secret - really a guarded family secret and they even have a secret kitchen to make them in where only family members are allowed. Their crabs are amazing, so garlicky and peppery, and then combined with the most addictive garlic noodles you’ve ever had in your life - it’s a heavenly combination.

And that completes this Dungeness crab tour in San Francisco!
