Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in SUNRISE!! Dosas, Tacos & Pizza | Florida

???? PATRICK:
???? PATRICK:

One of my favorite things to do when I’m at home is to eat nothing but Indian food for 24 hours straight in different cities around Florida. This time around, my eating adventure is taking place in Sunrise, and I’m being joined by my boy Patrick Blackwood!

Sunrise is located roughly an hour north of Miami and is known for its Indian restaurants. We were going to hit up three of them today, starting with a south Indian breakfast at Woodlands Veg Indian Cuisine. I couldn’t wait to have some dosas!

???????? WOODLANDS VEG INDIAN CUISINE:
???????? ARUN’S INDIAN KITCHEN:
???????? AIK TACO MASALA:
???????? TANDOOR PIZZA & DESI CUISINE:

We met my boy Carlos inside and watched them grill a dosa, which is a crepe made of fermented batter of lentils and rice. It’s served with different chutneys and a tomato-based vegetable soup called sambar. Then, we also watched them grill some uttapam, which is a thicker pancake that contains lots of vegetables!

This was Patrick’s first time having a south Indian breakfast! Our dosas were paper thin. We also had my favorite chutney, coconut, as well as some vada, which is a savory doughnut. The vada is also salty and goes well with the coconut chutney and the tomato-rich sambar!

Next was the uttapam, which was perfect with the coconut chutney. Patrick was amazed by it! It’s fluffy and adding the coconut chutney is the best part. It’s addicting and contains chilies and cilantro!

Then, we had our dosas! The masala dosa was both crispy and doughy and absorbed the flavor of the coconut chutney. The paper dosa was much crispier! Then, we jumped on the Mysore masala dosa, which contained aloo and a spice mixture.

It’s less crispy but more complex! It’s my favorite way to start a morning and is full of flavors and amazing textures! Then, we finished with a mango lassi, which was a little thick and full of mango flavor!

Next, we drove over to Arun’s Indian Kichen location in Sunrise, Taco Masala, for lunch. The owner, Yash, is a good friend of mine. You can order tacos and bowls or Indian entrees. The food here is more northern Indian!

In the kitchen, Yash hooked us up. They use whole wheat rotis in their tacos and have a mix of veg and non-veg dishes. They have dishes like chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, butter chicken, chicken biryani, rice, naan, channa masala, palak paneer, and shrimp Madras. We also had three Indian craft beers!

We started with cheese pakora, veg pakora, and aloo samosa, which came with mint chutney and a tamarind chutney. Both chutneys were sweet. The cheese pakora was like a Venezuelan cheese fritter, while the veg was great with the mint-chili chutney.

My chicken tikka masala taco with parsley, cheese, and onion was nice and spicy. It was my first Indian taco and I loved it!

Then, we had the palak paneer, butter chicken, shrimp Madras, and chicken curry with the naan. The butter chicken was creamy, while the palak paneer was a creamy, thick spinach. I loved the succulent shrimp Madras and the light gravy on it.

Then, we had the chicken biryani with our hands. It was amazing. I love eating with my hands and mixing the other curries into it. Finally, we finished with a creamy rasmalai with saffron and some gulab jamun. They’re both super sweet!

At our final spot, we headed to Tandoor Pizza and Desi Cuisine, where they make northern Indian food and Indian pizzas! There, we ordered a small, hot butter chicken pizza with green peppers. It was really spicy and contained arugula and was full of flavor!

What an incredible day of eating Indian food for 24 hours!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in MIAMI!! Dosas, Thali & Lassi | Florida

???????? CHARCOAL INDIAN CUISINE:
???????? BOMBAY DARBAR:
???????? BOLLYWOOD MASALA:

What’s up, guys? For years, I’ve been getting requests to do a video where I eat nothing but Indian food for 24 hours. It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a while, and today is the day! Come along with me as I eat Indian food for 24 hours, including dosas, a thali, and a lassi, in my hometown of Miami, Florida!

My day started in my office in Miami. Of course, I’ve eaten Indian food for weeks on end when I travel to India, but I’ve never done 24 hours of just Indian food at home in Miami. I couldn’t wait to get started!

???? TOMAS:
???? WATCH: The Ultimate Pani Puri Challenge:

First, I’d be heading to Charcoal Indian Cuisine in my neighborhood for breakfast, followed by Bombay Darbar for lunch, and finally, Bollywood Masala for dinner with my dad!

Charcoal Indian Cuisine is just a 5-minute walk from my office in downtown South Miami. I love this place! I’d be having dosas for breakfast there!

I met my boy Raj in the kitchen, who made me some yellow lentil sambar, a masala dosa, coconut chutney, and tomato chutney. Then, they made me a plain dosa in a cone shape, which is a cone dosa, followed by a Mysore masala dosa, which is spicy and has a hot paste inside! I couldn’t wait to eat!

I started with the Mysore masala dosa. I love that they put the chilies and curry paste inside as they cook it. It was really spicy and was fantastic with the lentil sambar and coconut chutney.

The plain dosa with the sambar was amazing as well! The tomato chutney was full of tangy tomato flavor! Then, the cone dosa was a bit more doughy on the inside. I added the aloo masala and coconut chutney to it. It was unbelievably good! They were so crispy and full of delicious layers.

After my Southern Indian breakfast, I walked back to my office, changed into my thali shirt, and then caught an Uber to Bombay Darbar in Coconut Grove.

In their kitchen, they made me several dishes for my two thalis! They mushroom makhani, channa masala, lamb, and regular butter chicken. I also had samosas, rice, sambar, chutneys, kheer (rice pudding), garlic naan, plain naan, and a mango lassi.

Out on their outdoor terrace, I started with the mushroom makhana. It was so creamy and flavorful and so good with the garlic naan. The tomato curry was unreal. Next, I jumped on the samosa and tamarind chutney. The samosa was crunchy and filled with potatoes, or aloo.

Next was the soupy daal and tandoori chicken. It was super smoky and contained garlic and cilantro. It was so tender! Next was the lamb pasanda, which was light and creamy. Eating it with the naan was the best!

The butter chicken is the #1 selling Indian dish in the West. It’s incredible and comes in a creamy tomato curry. I followed that with the channa masala, which was full of tender chickpeas. Then, I mixed the rice with the butter chicken and ate it with my hands! Adding the channa masala and tamarind chutney gave it even more flavor.

I finished up with the fruity and refreshing mango lassi and the creamy kheer. They cool down the heat!

From there, I headed back to my office and changed into my thali shirt before heading back out to Bollywood Masala for dinner. There, I picked up lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, basmati rice, mango mousse, and chocolate mousse, and drove to my dad’s house.

We ate outside and started with the lamb. We loved the dark, rich gravy, but it was a bit too spicy for Dad! I loved it with the naan. Then, I added some rice and dug in with my hands!

What a phenomenal day of eating Indian food for 24 hours!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in SAN JOSE!! Dosas, Malabar Crab Curry & Indian Pizza | USA

???? KIRAN:
???? MIMI:
✈️ MY TRAVEL BLOG:

My epic Indian food tour through the Bay Area of California continued with a one-of-a-kind tour of San Jose! Come with me as I eat Indian food for 24 hours in San Jose, California!

Joining me on this amazing tour is my good friend Kiran! San Jose has the second-largest Indian population in the US, and the fastest-growing Indian population in America, so you know the food there is good!

???????? ULAVACHARU TIFFINS:
???????? RED CHILLIES:
???????? CURRY PIZZA HOUSE:

We began our day at Ulavacharu Tiffins for a South Indian veg breakfast. Inside, I met Latha, who told me it’s a pure veg restaurant. We’d be having some spicy Andhra cuisine. They have over two dozen types of dosas!

At the counter, they sell locally-sourced spice mixes made by the women from Latha’s village. In the kitchen, we watched them make a rava dosa, spicy idli, and more.

We started with a frothy and creamy filtered coffee before starting on the three dosas, gunpowder idli, Mysore bonda, and more. The idli are covered in gunpowder spice and fried in ghee. I loved the freshness of the coconut chutney.

The ginger chutney is Latha’s family recipe and is tangy, sweet, and unreal! They also use fresh coconut in the coconut chutney. The Mysore masala dosa with the coconut chutney had a spicy paste, and the sambar was like a chunky veggie stew!

Next was the pesarattu, a typical Andhra dish that looks like a green pea dosa and contains green chilies, cashews, and onions. It tasted very different from a dosa. The peanut chutney was like peanut butter!

Then, we tried punugulu, a type of round fritter containing ginger, chili, and onion. It’s similar to a bonda. I loved them with the chutneys. They were all good enough to drink! The ginger is the best I’ve ever had.

The rava dosa was airy, flaky, and crispy. Next were fluffy bonda with the amazing chutneys.

Our final dish was bobbatlu, a sweet flatbread with jaggery. It’s almost like a light dessert paratha!

Then, we drove 10-15 minutes to Red Chillies Malabar Cuisine! Inside, Shaji and Joshy took us to the kitchen, where they were making parottas, beef fry, chicken curry, fish curry, and more.

They also have a small stand where they make appam. We also had fish fry, achari cabbage, veg korma, and putu. The puttu was light and fluffy, and full of coconut flavor.

The carrots, green beans, and cauliflower in the veg korma were amazing. The parottas have so many flaky layers and are heavenly with the beef fry. It was so good!

The fish fry were fried sardines. I had to be careful of the bones, but they were salty and tasty. The Thalassery biryani with raita and lemon pickle was made with a short-grain rice and so tasty and unique!

I loved the crab curry. It was spicy and so tasty, I bit right into the crab! There was so much meat, and it was fantastic with the parotta. My favorite dish so far!

Dessert was ada pradhaman, which is made with coconut milk, jaggery, cashews, and raisins. It’s so unique, nutty, and crunchy. It’s a great palate cleanser!

Our final stop was Curry Pizza House, which makes Indian-style pizzas. There, I met Dimple and watched them make pizzas and wings in the back!!

The Desi garlic sticks were like cheesy breadsticks with chilies, onion, and garlic. Adding chili flakes gave them a kick! I enjoyed them with an 805 IPA. The chili paneer/achari gobi pizza was rich in vegetables and had no tomato sauce.

The boneless wings were also amazing with the dipping sauces. I loved the marinades on them. They were all so different but so juicy! Finally, we had fluffy, high-quality butterscotch and mango ice creams for dessert!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in EDISON!! Dosas, Pani Puri & Falooda | New Jersey

???? DEWAN:
???? TASOS:
✈️ CHECK OUT MY TRAVEL BLOG:

After years of people telling me that I needed to try the Indian food in Edison, New Jersey, I finally made it there! Come along with me as I go all-out with an epic day of eating Indian food for 24 hours in Edison, New Jersey!

Edison, New Jersey holds the distinction of having the largest Indian population in the western hemisphere, so the Indian food there is legendary! My boy Dewan would be taking me around to the top restaurants in town to try as much as possible!

???????? SARAVANAA BHAVAN:
???????? TABAQ RESTAURANT:

We’d be eating some street foods and a mix of north and south street foods. We began our day at a strip mall containing several Indian restaurants, an Indian grocery store, and an Indian clothing store. There, we started at Saravanaa Bhavan, a vegetarian restaurant that mostly specializes in southern Indian food!

Inside, it was super colorful, and in the back, we watched them make an amazing ghee roast dosa, which we had with sambar, tomato chutney, mint chutney, and coconut chutney. The dosa was nice and crispy, while the mint chutney was flavorful and had a bit of spice!

I also loved the sambar, but my favorite was the coconut! I love dosas—they’re so crispy and savory. We enjoyed some Karnataka filtered coffee along with it and then had a plain dosa! The plain dosa had less ghee. I liked it better!

The veg thali came with rice, papadum, puri, and twelve curries. The coffee was great, and then we jumped on the chole bhature with chana masala. It was nice and light, with chunky chickpeas. It reminded me of a Thai curry.

The curries were excellent, and the savory vada donut with coconut chutney was amazing. I loved the crispy exterior and lentil batter.

Then, we headed to Tabaq Restaurant, which sells a mix of Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi food. Dewan and I started with zafrani kheer, a creamy dessert from Lucknow with saffron. It’s creamy and super sweet!

Then, we jumped on chicken boti, whcih is grilled chicken with onions with raita on the side. The chicken had a charred flavor, juicy texture, and an amazing masala mixture on it!

Then, we headed to India Grocers, which is a massive Indian supermarket. We saw a huge selection of rice, batters, frozen foods, ghee, soya, dosa pans, kulfi, dishes, and more!

Next, we headed over to Desi Galaxy, which sells milkshakes, jalebi, kati rolls, masala tea, lassi, and pani puri! I tried a spicy pani puri, which was the spiciest one I’ve ever eaten in my life! These contained a tiny amount of aloo and a lot of pani, or water.

Our next snack was falooda and a rose lassi. I went with the rose lassi. I’m a big fan of rose water. It was thinner and frothier than other lassis, but it was really good. Then, I tried Dewan’s falooda, which was also pretty liquidy and contained some nice jellies.

Finally, we stopped at Mughal Express, where we got a butter chicken pizza. They also sell lots of Indian sweets like rasmalai and gulab jamun! The creamy butter chicken mixed with the cheese and herbs was fantastic!

We finished with rasmalai with ice cream, saffron, and rice pudding. It was the best rasmalai I’d ever had and had an American twist to it. The gulab jamun contained some fruit, pistachio, cake, and cream!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in BOSTON!! Dosa, Lamb Masala Burger & Chicken Chettinad | USA

???? KEITH:
???????? MADRAS DOSA CO.:
???????? VAANGA:

My epic trip through New England continued in one of my favorite cities in America, Boston! Come with me as I eat Indian food for 24 hours in Boston, Massachusetts!

Joining me on this trip is my good friend—and the chef and owner at The Farmer’s Dinner and Aatma Restaurant—Chef Keith Sarasin!

✈️ CHECK OUT MY TRAVEL BLOG:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

Our day began at Madras Dosa Company in the seaport area, where we’d have a delicious southern Indian breakfast. Inside, I met Sruthi and Babu, who explained that they make food the way they love it back home in India. You can watch the dosas be made on the individual griddles!

They have unique dosas that are sweet, savory, and more. They even have one that contains Lay’s potato chips! We got two dosas and an idli chaat that was topped with several things, including chana, mint chutney, yogurt, tamarind chutney, and sev.

Keith got a sweet dosa with pomegranate seeds, while mine was savory and contained chips and onions. I loved mine with the sambar! Then, I tried some of Keith’s with whipped cream. The combination was insane!

I also loved the dosa with the ginger chutney. It was like a sweet, pasty jam and is my favorite chutney of all time! Mixing the malai and ginger chutney was a game changer.

Next was the idli chaat, which was amazing! It was spicy, sweet, sour, and oh so good!

Then, we walked downtown to Vaanga, a cozy restaurant where you can buy lots of street food dishes, as well as burgers, biryani, noodles, and more. In the kitchen, I watched them make dosas, a lamb burger, biryani, masala fries, and more!

Their hakka noodles had a spicy kick and were full of fresh vegetables. The biryani contained nice, meaty chunks of lamb. Adding raita made it creamy and even tastier!

Next was the lamb masala burger, which contained cheese and onion. Lamb is my favorite meat, and this burger was unreal! The masala fries were also great. Overall, it totally beats any fast food burger and fries!

Then, we tried the paneer naan in the kitchen. I loved the hot bread and paneer inside! Back at our table, we jumped into the yellow dal, which was too good!

Our final stop was 1947 in Norwood, Massachusetts. But first we needed to walk back to the car and then make the drive south, because we were full and needed a break.

1947 was very modern but still had that Indian feel. It’s named after the year India gained its independence! They have 250 dishes on their menu!

In the kitchen, they made idli, dosas, and more. At our table, we had chicken 65 lollipops, which were moist and covered in an amazing gravy with ginger and garlic. The masala idli was spongy and unreal with the sambar. I loved the spiciness and fluffiness! The coconut and peanut chutneys were also unbelievable!

Next was tandoori pomfret, a fish dish from Kerala. It was tender, moist, and smoky. I loved the texture of the skin, too!

Then, we jumped on the Mysore dosa. The peanut chutney was delicious, as was the coconut. The dosa was crispy and doughy, and not too spicy. The peanut and coconut chutneys together were on another level!

Next, we tried the chicken chetna with the roomali roti, which is a huge roti. I could see lots of spices in the chicken! It was light but full of complex flavor. The roti with the yellow dal also blew my mind. It was so rich and creamy!

The gobi Manchurian almost felt like popcorn chicken! It was fried to perfection and not too spicy. What a day of eating Indian food in Boston!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in SAN FRANCISCO!! Curry Dosa, Rose Lamb Chop & Vada Pav | USA

???? KIRAN:
???? MIMI:

When I got the opportunity to fly up to the Bay Area after a whirlwind four days in Los Angeles, I knew I had to jump at the chance. I wanted to do it big, so I linked up with a friend to eat Indian food for 24 hours in San Francisco, California!

After arriving in San Francisco, I met up with my friend Kiran, who invited me to the city to take me around to tons of local Indian restaurants! We’d be hitting up three spots!

???????? UDUPI PALACE:
???????? AMBER INDIAN RESTAURANT:
???????? CHAAT BHAVAN:

We’d be starting at Udupi Palace for a southern Indian breakfast! Inside, we met everyone and headed into the kitchen.

Their house curry dosa, which contains makhani curry, paneer bhurji, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro, was spicy and crunchy. One of the best dosas I’ve ever eaten!

I loved the ginger chutney! The deep-fried idli was almost like a crispy, savory biscuit. I loved it! I also enjoyed the chai, which contained cardamom and cinnamon. The cabbage uttapam also contained cauliflower and went well with the tomato and ginger chutneys.

The cabbage uttapam soaked with sambar blew my mind. I also couldn’t get enough of the crispy vada with sambar! Then, we jumped on the refreshing samosa chaat, which contained onions, chickpeas, tamarind chutney, and cilantro.

Next was their muffin-like regular idli. It melted in my mouth with the sambar. The veggie uttapam was perfect with the ginger chutney, which was so tasty! Then, we cooled down with mango lassi.

The mysore masala dosa contained a nice masala and spiced potatoes. Finally, we finished with a massive, crunchy paper dosa and some kheer with nuts and semolina noodles.

Then, we headed to Amber Indian Restaurant for some Northern Indian food. After visiting the kitchen, we had about a dozen dishes to try! The garlic naan with saag paneer was like a delicious spinach dip, and the lamb seekh kebab took me back to Delhi! It was so smoky and flavorful!

The rose lamb chop was so unique and tender, and I adored the smoky baingan bharta. It’s a creamy eggplant mash. I loved the light and crispy palak chaat and the mixed veg korma. It was light and sweet from the onions.

The tomato paneer was spicy and nutty, and the veg moilee was full of coconut milk flavor! It was so creamy and tasty! Next was the chicken biryani. It was fragrant and tasty. I loved the caramelized onions!

Their saffron salmon had a creamy saffron sauce. The lamb shank vindaloo was falling off the bone and was super rich, tender, and a little spicy! It came with some amazing fried plantain chips. We finished with gulab jamun with pistachios and rasmalai.

Finally, we headed to Chaat Bhavan to have Indian street food for dinner! We watched them make pav bhaji, hakka noodles, and more! Then, we started with pani puri with both pani and tamarind water, and Chinese bhel, which is crispy and made from hakka noodles.

The pani puri was amazing. I loved the filling and the tamarind water! It was spicy and tangy! The Chinese bhel was crunchy, sweet, and spicy! The masala soda was like a carbonated pani with black pepper, salt, and spices!

The chaat basket were like little crispy cups with dahi, sev, and herbs. It was refreshing and sweet! Our chili paneer sizzler was amazing with the tomato chutney. The chole bhature was a combination of flaky puri and savory chickpeas, and the vada pav was fluffy, spicy, and light. It was like an Indian veg slider! I added a spicy chili to it!

Then, I had some buttermilk to cool down my mouth. Finally, we finished with faluda kulfi and a faluda drink!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in CENTRAL NEW JERSEY!! Paper Dosa, Raj Kachori & Bombay Bhel | USA

???? JASON:
✈️ CHECK OUT MY TRAVEL BLOG:

With another amazing day ahead of me, I decided to head back to New Jersey to experience more of the Indian food and communities there. Join me as I eat Indian food for 24 hours in central New Jersey!

Joining me on this adventure is my friend, foodie, and fellow YouTuber Jason Song. We’d be starting in Journal Square in Jersey City. Our first stop was Sri Ganesh’s Dosa House, which sells South Indian breakfasts and has been open for 17 years!

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

In the kitchen, we watched them make some paper dosas and chai. They also made us some idli, a paper dosa, uttapam, and vada, along with sambar, tomato chutney, and coconut chutney. The paper dosa was two feet long!

Inside the paper dosa was aloo, or potatoes. It was doughy with a bit of crisp and was really nice with the tangy and slightly spicy coconut chutney!

The rava dosa had no filling but was very crispy and airy. It was very different from the paper dosa and went well with the coconut chutney! The tomato chutney was creamy and super flavorful, and the sambar was also really nice!

Next was the idli, or steamed rice cakes, which were spongy and perfect with the chutneys. Then, we jumped on the vada, which was nice and savory and had a crispy crust.

Then, we drove an hour south to Edison, New Jersey and stopped at Chowpatty Sweets & Snacks on the way. I could see lots of Indian snack shops, sari shops, and more. At Chowpatty, we saw tons of Gujarati and Punjabi snacks, as well as puris for pani puri.

Next door is Chowpatty Restaurant, whose walls are painted with scenes from India. In the kitchen, we watched them make two of my favorite street food snacks, raj kachori and bhel puri. They’ve been there for 30 years!

The raj kachori was fresh and sweet because of the yogurt and tamarind chutney. The nuts and sev made it crunchy! The bhel puri was crunchy and savory, and a little spicier. The puffed rice and fried dough were really nice!

Then, they brought us a chocolate chip naan and Parle G ice cream sandwiches. The ice cream sandwiches are biscuits with vanilla ice cream between them. The naan had melted chocolate chips in it and was topped with powdered sugar! They both have western influences.

Next, we went back next door for some jalebi, which is a super sweet fried dough that’s doused in sugar syrup. We also had kesar jalebi, which contained saffron. The saffron gave it more flavor!

Ten minutes later, we arrived in Edison and headed to Pan House. The man in the window makes it. It fills your mouth and is minty, juicy, nutty, and so tasty. It gives you energy! Right down the strip is a sugarcane juice vendor! They add lemon, ginger, lime, and masala to it! It’s super sugary and refreshing but has a nice tang as well.

Then, we headed to Bombay Spice II for a kathi roll, pani puri, and the Bombay Bhel. We started with the pani puri by adding the filling and pani. The burst of flavor is unreal! The kathi roll was meaty and spicy and the chutney added a sweetness and a spicy kick!

The Bombay Bhel was crispy, airy, and tropical in flavor. Then, they brought us an Indian-inspired mojito, goat curry, chicken biryani, raita, and naan. The goat curry and naan was unreal.

The gravy was incredible and the biryani was so fragrant and tasty! Adding the raita made it creamier and helped glue it all together.

Finally, we drove two minutes to Sukhadia’s Mithai & Restaurant for some gulab jamun, a doughy milk ball doused in sugar syrup! It’s the ultimate sweet! What a way to end my Indian food for 24 hours tour in central New Jersey!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in WASHINGTON D.C.!! Dosas, Butter Chicken & Thali | USA

???? KEVIN:
✈️ KEVIN:

Recently, I took a quick, one-day trip up to Washington, D.C. to explore the city’s Indian food scene, and of course, to check out some of the historical sites! Come along with me as I eat Indian food for 24 hours in Washington, D.C.

My day started at Saravana Palace in Fairfax, Virginia with my boy Kevin, who would be joining me on this Indian food adventure! They sell South Indian food, so I couldn’t wait to enjoy some dosas, idli, vada, and more!

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

There, we started on the paneer dosa, which I’d never had before. It was stuffed with paneer, vegetables, and herbs. It was amazing with the sambar—a little spicy, doughy, and creamy, and so flavorful! The coconut chutney was good enough to drink!

We also had mango lassi, which was thinner than other lassis I’d had and full of mango pulp and flavor. Next was the vada, which we dipped into all four dips! The combination was unreal and full of spice from the tomato chutney! It was also creamy and refreshing! The peanut chutney was thicker and nutty, but the coconut chutney was the best!

The idli soaked up the sambar and worked really well with the other chutneys, too. I loved it with the peanut chutney! Next, the uttapam contained tomatoes, peas, onions, cilantro, chilies, and herbs and was perfect with the coconut chutney. The Mysore dosa contained potatoes and was super savory and not too spicy.

Next was a massive puri with chole, which took me right back to Delhi. The doughy puri and chole with gravy, onions, and chilies was so authentic. Finally, the paper dosa with the coconut chutney was so crispy, and the peanut blew me away! Then, as we were leaving, they gave us gulab jamun and carrot halwa.

The gulab jamun was super sweet and syrupy, while the carrot halwa was crumbly, nutty, light, and tasty! Then, we headed to Butter Chicken Company in D.C.. Along the way, I tried a Limca soda and Thumb’s Up soda.

They only sell 300 orders per day at Butter Chicken Company, a fast casual lunch spot. I went with the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, chana masala, and veg biryani. The biryani was so minty and full of carrots, corn, and herbs. I also loved the chicken tikka masala and the light chana masala. Everything was amazing with some garlic naan!

Next, we took a break from eating and walked past the White House to the Washington Monument. Along the way, we passed the Department of the Treasury and Capitol Hill. We passed a field of flags of people who have died from COVID and then headed to the World War II Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial.

Then, after walking off our food, we drove through the Georgetown area to Bombay Street Food. We started with bhelpuri with mint and tamarind chutneys. It was light, refreshing and crunchy. The tamarind added some sweetness! Both chutneys together were incredible!

Their gobi Manchurian was both sweet and sour and had a nice, crispy texture. I cleansed my palate with some Taj Mahal beer and then jumped on the veg and non-veg thalis! The lamb rogaine josh was amazing and the raita cooled down my mouth. I loved the creamy saag paneer and the chicken tikka masala. The chana masala was really light and so tasty!

I also enjoyed the gobi Manchurian, and the naan with the juicy, tender lamb was excellent. The naan with the raita was also great and cooled down the heat in my mouth! The smoky and charred tandoori chicken was also melt-in-your-mouth amazing!

Last was the gulab jamun, which was a sugary syrup explosion in my mouth! What a way to end our Indian food tour!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in SOUTH FLORIDA!! Goat Dum Biryani & Zaika Malabar Chicken | USA

???? DODGE:
???? PAULO:
???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

What’s up, my friends? Today, I’m off on another eating Indian food for 24 hours adventure, but this time is super special because I’ve teamed up with Dodge to give away a car worth up to $105,000 to one lucky winner! Let’s go!

For this video, I’d be teaming up with my friend Paulo, an amazing videographer here in Miami. We’d be cruising around South Florida in a beautiful Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, making our way from Pompano Beach to Miami!

???????? DECCAN SPICE:
???????? ZAIKA INDIAN CUISINE:
???????? DHABA INDIAN KITCHEN:

Our first stop was Deccan Spice in Pompano Beach, where I met Soma and his wife Niru. There, they made me an authentic Hyderabadi-style goat dum biryani, garlic naan, tandoori shrimp, chicken hakka noodles, goat sukka, and cabbage pakoras! I ate them right in the kitchen!

The cabbage pakoras were crispy and flavorful, and went well with the tamarind and mint-cilantro chutneys. The tandoori shrimp were succulent and smoky, while I loved the dry masala in the goat sukka. The bone marrow was excellent and the coconut and curry leaves added an amazing amount of flavor!

Next was an authentic South Indian dish called chintha chiguru made with lamb. I loved the light and creamy gravy and tamarind leaves! I’d never had this dish before but I loved it! The chicken hakka noodles had a nice crunch from the onions and were super spicy!

The Hyderabadi dum biryani came with an egg and raita. It was so aromatic and I loved the onions. I added a chili to add some heat. Then, I tried the garlic naan with the chintha chiguru gravy. So good!

Then, we drove to Zaika Indian Cuisine in North Miami Beach, where we met Manoj. In the kitchen, I watched as they prepared a goat masala, a whole tandoori chicken, bullet naan, and Zaika Malabar chicken.

At our table, I started with a refreshing and creamy mango lassi shot. The bullet naan with the Zaika Malabar chicken was great. The naan was really spicy and I loved the coconut-based curry. I really liked the goat, which was super tasty. The sizzling, smoky, and juicy tandoori chicken was also excellent!

From there, we drove from North Miami Beach to Dhaba Indian Kitchen in Miami. My friend Arvind made me some Indian street foods, including a kathi roll, a Mumbai sandwich, and chicken lollipops.

The kathi roll was similar to a wrap and full of chicken, masalas, and cabbage. I added chili paste to make it spicy! Then, I jumped on the chicken lollipop with the chili paste, which gave the crispy chicken wing meat a nice kick! It also went well with the mint and tamarind chutneys.

My last dish was the Mumbai Sandwich, which contained aloo, sev, and vegetables between three slices of bread. I liked the lightly toasted bread and refreshing cucumber, as well as the soft, mashed aloo. Adding tamarind chutney really set it off!

And that’s it! Three incredible Indian restaurants in South Florida. Huge thanks to Dodge for sponsoring my latest eating Indian food for 24 hours adventure! Don’t forget to go to dodge258.com for your chance to win a Dodge car worth up to $105,000!

Eating INDIAN STREET FOOD for 24 HOURS with @thefoodranger in DUBAI, UAE!!

????TREVOR:
????TING:
???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

Back in December of 2021, I set out to explore the United Arab Emirates, a country I’ve traveled to before in the past but never vlogged. There, I met up with my boy Trevor James, a.k.a. The Food Ranger, for an unforgettable street food adventure! Come with me as I eat Indian street food for 24 hours with The Food Ranger in Dubai, UAE!

We’d be spending our day by going on a non-stop Indian street food tour of Old Dubai and Al Karama. We’d be joined by Ting, who works with Trevor, and made our first stop at Rokn Al Fahedi Cafe.

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

We watched them make methi aloo parathas stuffed with aloo methi. Mint, cumin seeds, onions, and chilies get baked into the parathas as well!

The stuffed parathas are like north Indian pizzas! They came with mint chutney, yellow dal, and pickled chilies called achar. I loved dipping the paratha into the thick yellow dal. The paratha was spicy, potent, and full of ghee flavor. The achar was also spicy!

We finished up with some incredible masala chai and some mango lassi to cool down our mouths!

Next, we headed to Veg World, which has about 500 dishes on their menu. We’d be going there for their jini and masala dosas. They make their jini dosa with pav bhaji gravy and top it with cheese, butter, and cilantro! They also made us a massive grilled Titanic sandwich.

The jini dosa was spicy, tomato-y, buttery, and cheesy! It was doughy and crispy and had some Szechwan flavors as well. It was so flavorful with the coconut chutney. One of the best—and messiest—dosas ever!

The Titanic sandwich was crispy and refreshing, with mint chutney, cucumbers, tomatoes, and cheese. The masala dosa was amazing with the sambar, and they brought us some fluffy, spicy dhokla. It came with some hot and sweet chilies!

Then, we drove through the Al Karama area to Jaffer Bhai’s Restaurant, which is known as the Biryani King of Mumbai! We watched them fry some lamb brains, which they scrambled with a gravy and vegetables. They were like upgraded scrambled eggs!

They also made mutton biryani, mutton seekh kebabs, and garlic butter naan. The naan with butter chicken was so delicious. It was thicker and pastier!

The smoky naan was also unreal with the mutton brain fry. The mutton seekh kebab was tender, garlicky, and minty; and our mango lassi was fruity and refreshing. The malai lamb chops were also tender and buttery!

Finally, we had the mutton biryani, which was so flavorful. I loved the bone marrow and the tender meat! Adding the butter chicken gravy made it even better!

From there, we walked to Mumbai Express for the pani puri. They have tamarind pani and mint-cilantro pani. They were like crunchy, sour, spicy, and sweet flavor explosions! Then, we took a mini-break.

Finally, we headed back to Meena Bazaar for pav bhaji at Vaibhav. It looked super buttery and full of vegetables. It’s extremely buttery, with a soft bun. It wasn’t too spicy and was really good!

Next, we headed to a small shop for matka chai, which they serve in clay cups. I could taste cardamom and ginger, and it also had chunks of pistachio and almond!

Then, we saw how they make tunday kababi at Via Lucknow, which fell apart like butter and came with Mughlai paratha and saffron sheermal! The sheermal is orange and is baked in the tandoor. It’s thick and milky and has lots of layers like a parotta!

Next was the boti kebab, which is made of mutton in a rich, gingery gravy. I loved it! We finished with a sweet called shahi tukda, which was a decadent, nutty sweet, and jalebi.

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 Hours in COCOA BEACH!! Lamb Madras & Fish Vindaloo | Florida

???? HALIM:
???? WATCH: Halim’s Video:

Welcome to another Eating Indian Food for 24 Hours video! This time around, I teamed up with my boy Halim to go all-out with a never-ending Indian food tour of Cocoa Beach and Melbourne, Florida. Come along with us as we eat Indian food for 24 hours in Cocoa Beach, Florida!

One of my favorite things to do when I’m home is to share my love of Indian food with my friends and family. So, when my friend Halim from Village Food Tours invited me up to Cocoa Beach, I knew I had to take him on an epic Indian food adventure!

???????? Taj: Modern Indian Cuisine:
???????? Punjab Cuisine of India:
???????? Flavors of India:

For the road trip, my friends at Chevy loaned me a beautiful 2021 Chevy Tahoe Z71. It has a built-in rear-seat media system and 40% more leg room in the third row. It also boasts built-in WiFi, and you can also wirelessly connect your iPhone or Android to the car and and use its apps on the touchscreen!

Halim and I started our Indian food adventure at Taj: Modern Indian Cuisine in Melbourne, Florida. The inside is very chic and has a beautiful outdoor terrace surrounded by an outdoor mall area with restaurants and gardens.

In the kitchen, they made us some butter chicken enchiladas, naan, paneer tikka, and more! They’re all about creating new takes on Indian favorites!

Our four dishes included samosa chaat topped with tamarind chutney and mint-cilantro chutney; butter chicken enchiladas; tandoor chicken wings; hand-cut masala fries; and more.

The tandoor chicken wings were smoky and baked, while the masala fries were full of flavor. Then, we jumped on some chai, which quite a bit of ginger and cardamom in it. The samosa chaat was nice and crunchy and the mix of the sweet tamarind, creamy yogurt, and mint-cilantro chutney was unreal!

Next were the butter chicken enchiladas, which were topped with tons of cheese. I loved the tomato-based gravy and the mix of vegetables. My favorite dish was the samosa chaat. It was so complex!

We were full, so we took a four-hour break. We headed about 25 minutes east to Cocoa Beach. First, we took some time to explore Cocoa Village, and then we arrived at Punjab Cuisine of India in Cocoa Beach for some Punjabi food!

In the back, they made some chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, naan, samosas, chili paneer, and more. Everything smelled incredible!

We had some pilaf, veg samosas, pickled chutney, chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, garlic naan, and mango lassi. The samosas were a little spicy and the pickled chutney was nice as well.

The garlic naan contained some tasty herbs, and I loved eating it with the creamy saag paneer. The chicken tikka masala was really hot, temperature-wise but was great with the naan. I was getting full again!

We ended our evening there and then met back up the next morning for breakfast at Flavors of India.

The interior felt like Kerala and the owner is from the backwaters area! He made us some lamb madras, biryani, Kashmiri naan, and more! He cooked the bread on top of the biryani dish inside the tandoor!

We had fish vindaloo, tandoori drumsticks, Kashmiri naan, butter naan, lamb madras, and dessert! The drumsticks were super smoky and meaty with a ton of spices on them. Then, we jumped on the fish vindaloo, which contained curry leaves and mustard seeds. I could smell the coconut in it!

The Kashmiri naan was sweet and nutty because of the fruits and nuts. The fish was incredible, but we had to look out for bones. I loved how unique the chicken dum biryani was, and the lamb madras gravy had a bit of heat to it! Then, we finished with chai and a smoky chocolate mousse!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in LOS ANGELES!! Lamb Shank Curry & DTLA Butter Frankie | California

???? KYLE:
???????? BIRIYANI KABOB HOUSE:
???????? BOMBAY BEACH:

Los Angeles has some of the best Indian restaurants in the United States, so when I visited the city in August of 2021, I knew I had to go all-out and visit as many as I could. Join me as I eat Indian food for 24 hours straight in Los Angeles, California!

Joining me is my good friend and agent Kyle Hjelmeseth, who joined me at Biriyani Kabob House in downtown LA. It’s an awesome spot that serves authentic Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Afghan food!

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:
???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

We were ready to crush as many dishes as possible! Inside, we met Sunny and headed back into the kitchen, where we saw the cooks making chicken tikka kabobs, beef kabobs, seekh kabobs, plain naan, garlic naan, lamb shank biriyani.

They also prepared some chicken tandoori and two of my favorite Pakistani dishes, chicken karahi and nihari!

Before we headed to our table, we also tried some mango lassi, which was thick and rich in sweet mango flavor.

At our table, we started with the plain naan and garlic naan with the chicken nihari and lamb dam biriyani. The biriyani had a huge piece of lamb in it! We also had a yogurt sauce called raita, which I mixed into my biriyani.

We dove right in with our hands and broke up the lamb with our hands. The lamb was nice and chunky, and the biriyani was perfectly seasoned.

Then, I jumped on the chicken nihari with some naan. It was light and flavorful without being super spicy. Next was the Nali Nihari, which is a thick, rich beef stew. The meat was full of coriander flavor and practically melted in my mouth!

Then, we tried the mixed grill, which contained chicken seekh kabobs, beef kabobs, and chicken tikka. It was all so juicy and tender!

The lamb shank curry was next. It came in an oily, tomato-based curry and the meat fell apart at the slightest touch. The key was the fat, and the meat just fell right off the bone. It was my favorite, along with the Nali Nihari!

Kyle tapped out as we left, but I continued on to Bombay Beach, which is run by a couple who makes homemade Desi food. Inside, I met Rubal and Angat, who serve a garlic-and-cheese paratha that is wrapped around marinated chicken tikka, garlic, onion, bell pepper, yellow rice, and butter masala. It’s called a DTLA Butter Frankie and is popular in Mumbai!

I also had some samosa chaat, one of my favorite street food dishes. It’s made up of a deconstructed samosa, chana, yogurt, coriander, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, and more. It was fresh, sweet, crunchy, creamy, herbal, and downright phenomenal!

Next was the Frankie, which was almost like a huge kathi roll. I enjoyed it with a Bombay Brahmi Badaam, which is a refreshing drink that contains an ayurvedic herb called brahmi, almonds, cashews, and lemon juice.

The chicken tikka and gravy inside the Frankie was exceptional, as were the bell peppers and onions. The rice held everything together, and the garlic-and-cheese paratha was bursting with flavor! It was a huge meal in itself!

After a break to let the food digest, I headed over to Kyle’s house to enjoy a Tandoori chicken pizza from Bombay Beach! Its crust was a super crispy naan and full of incredible spices, chicken tikka masala, a tomato-based sauce, onion, bell pepper, and cheese!

Then, we had two amazing desserts called rasmalai and gulab jamun! The rasmalai was creamy and decadent and contained a bit of pistachio and saffron. Meanwhile, the gulab jamun was soaked in a sugar syrup. It was like straight sugar but so good!

My American WIFE Tries SOUTH INDIAN DOSAS for the FIRST TIME | South Miami, Florida

???? WATCH: Five Guys VS Shake Shack
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE SHIRTS & MERCH:

One of my favorite things to do when I’m at home is to share my favorite foods from around the world with the people I love the most. After sharing Indian food with my dad, my next order of business was introducing my wife to the delicious world of Indian dosas! Come along with me as my American wife tries Indian dosas for the first time in South Miami!

My beautiful wife, Ana, and I headed over to my favorite Indian restaurant, Bollywood Masala, in our neighborhood of South Miami. She’s never eaten a dosa before, so I couldn’t wait to show her what southern India food is all about!

Bollywood Masala sells three different dosas: the plain dosa, the veg masala dosa, and the chicken dosa.

A dosa is similar to a crepe, but it’s not made with wheat flour. Instead, it’s made of a batter of rice and lentils. They’re made on a non-stick pan over an open fire and are made by spreading the batter thinly on the pan. They’re sometimes crispy and sometimes doughy. It depends on the pan and the amount of heat used.

We ordered all three dosas. The plain dosa is exactly that, and doesn’t have any filling. The veg masala dosa contains potatoes, onions, and mustard seeds. The chicken dosa has a coconut gravy. All three are served with coconut chutney, mint chutney, and sambar!

I started with the plain dosa while my wife went with the chicken first. I taught her how to eat it with her hands! She loved the coconut flavor, and I liked that the plain dosa was still a little fluffy and wasn’t too crispy. Then, she tried a piece of the plain dosa with mint chutney. The mint was a little spicy and had some cilantro in it!

Then, I tried the veg masala dosa, which was fantastic. I loved the potatoes. It was stuffed with filling! The dosa filling is heavy, but the dosa is so light, it doesn’t feel like eating a sandwich.

Next, I tried the sambar, which was really light. At first, my wife didn’t want to lick her fingers, but she eventually did. I was so proud of her!

My wife eventually got full, but I kept eating. She loved the veg masala the best. She liked the mildness and the blend of flavors. She also had a mango lassi.

I eventually hit a wall and got full!

The prices at Bollywood Masala are super affordable. It only cost $9 for the plain dosa and $10 and $11 for the other two. We both loved the veg masala dosa the most!

If you loved seeing my American wife try Indian dosas for the first time, please give this video a thumbs up and leave a comment below. Also, please subscribe to my YouTube channel and click the notification bell so you don’t miss any of my upcoming travel/food adventures!

Eating INDIAN FOOD with NATASHA SALEHI in Miami, Florida!!

???? NATASHA:
???????? BOMBAY DARBAR:

As you guys probably know by now, one of my favorite things to do is to enjoy Indian food with friends. I think breaking bread over great food is the best way to bond with people. Come with me as I eat Indian food with my friend Natasha in Miami, Florida!

We’d be eating at Bombay Darbar, my favorite Indian restaurant in Miami. Natasha had eaten a few classic Indian dishes but hadn’t dived deep into the cuisine yet. We were going to change that today!

???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

After learning a bit about Natasha’s Millennial Girls podcast, our waiter Vikasraj brought us some papadum with tomato and mint chutneys. The crispy cracker is so good, and the mint had a nice sweetness to it.

Next was the chilli paneer, which was smoky and had a nice kick but was fairly mild. I loved the sauce and the bell peppers in it! We also had some mango lassi to cool down our mouths!

Then, we jumped on the veg pakora, which came with tamarind chutney. I love tamarind chutney, and the onion flavor and crispy exterior were incredible! Then, they brought us mango chicken curry, biryani, bhindi masala, tandoori shrimp, basmati rice, raita, garlic naan, plain naan, and Peshawari naan.

The Peshawari naan was stuffed with masalas, nuts, and raisins and was nice and sweet. But the smoky tandoori shrimp were unreal! They were finger-licking good! The Peshawari naan was also incredible with the gravy from the mango chicken curry.

The mango chicken curry was sweet but not spicy, with nice, tender chunks of chicken. It paired very nicely with the garlic naan, which provided a nice contrast. Then, we jumped on the lamb rogan josh, which contained cinnamon and cardamom. I loved how savory and tender it was!

The bhindi masala was beautiful and more of a dry curry. It was so tasty and had a bit of a bitter flavor. And then, it was time to jump on the chicken biryani! The caramelized onions, cashews, and chunky chicken looked incredible!

I taught Natasha how to eat with biryani with her hands! The biryani was fragrant and nutty, wit lots of savory flavors. Then, we mixed in the raita to make it creamy. And we couldn’t help but go back to the tandoori shrimp, which were so incredible!

Next, we added some of the mango chicken curry to the biryani before dessert! First up was gulab jamun and ras malai. The gulab jamun is super sweet and drowning in a sugar syrup, while the ras malai is creamy and nutty with a bit of saffron flavor. If you eat them together, they balance each other out!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in CORAL SPRINGS!! Pani Puri, Kebabs & Butter Chicken | Florida

???????? SALMA’S CUISINE: 1-954-507-1234
???????? TARKA KARAHI KABAB:
???????? ARUN’S INDIAN KICHEN:

As many of you guys already know, I am addicted to Indian food. I try to eat it at least once a week when I’m at home in Miami, and every now and then, I like to go all-out and eat nothing but Indian food for 24 hours straight! Today is one of those days. Come with me on my latest adventure, eating Indian food for 24 hours in Coral Springs, Florida!

My adventure took me to Coral Springs, a city roughly an hour north of Miami. It’s one of the best places in south Florida to eat Indian cuisine. I started at Salma’s Cuisine for breakfast!

???? DAD:
???? WATCH: Eating Indian Food for 24 Hours in Tampa:

I met with Salma and started with one of my favorites, pani puri! The puris contained some potatoes, mint chutney, and chickpeas. They were so crunchy and full of flavor.

Then, I jumped on the chicken behati roll, which was delicious and was similar to a kathi roll without the egg. Then, she brought me some beef samosas, chicken tandoor samosas, and chicken biryani. The samosas came with chili and tamarind chutney.

They was so tasty and contained green beans! The chili and tamarind chutney went well with everything. I loved the heat and sweetness! Adding some creamy raita helped calm down the heat!

The chicken tandoori samosa was crispier and smoky. The spring onions inside were outstanding! I followed that with the chicken biryani. I added some creamy raita and mixed it together with my hands.

I finished with some Pakola, which is a Pakistani cream soda. I’m not a big soda person and tasted like creamy rose water.

I packed everything to go and then headed to get some lunch. The next restaurant, Tarka Karahi & Kabab House, was only six minutes away. They sell authentic Pakistani cuisine. On the walls, they had images of sites around Pakistan, the Pakistani flag, and more!

I met Ismail, who took me to the kitchen, where they made me some mutton karahi, which contains about 15 spices, jalapenos, spring onions, and ghee! They also made me some chicken tikka, a chicken sikh kebab, sesame seed naan, kulcha, butter chicken, beef sikh kebab, and more!

The chicken tikka was massive and juicy, with an incredible smoky flavor. The marinade had soaked into the meat! We also had some chutney made from tamarind, a mint chutney, and more. The beef sikh kebab was lightly seasoned but super flavorful. I loved it with the naan and chutneys!

The naan and butter chicken was so different but still unreal! The flavors and textures of the beef kebabs, naan, and chutneys had my mouth watering. Next was a sweet and milky mango lassi, which they make in-house.

Next was chicken with the naan, which was fresh and oily with a light gravy. The Pakistani cuisine was somewhat similar to Indian, but the flavors were different. The mutton Lahore karahi was also outstanding. It was fatty, a little spicy, and full of flavor! It contained ginger, garlic, chilies, and more!

We had some kheer, a creamy rice pudding with nuts that cooks for 8-9 hours! Then, we had some paan with coconut and some chai!

After packing up my lunch, I headed to Arun’s Indian Kichen to get some dinner to take back to my dad in Miami!

I met Arun and Yash and headed into the kitchen, where they prepared several dishes including naan, biryani, butter chicken, eggplant, and lamb Madras, channa msala, gulab jamun. Then, I took it home to my dad!

We got a little bit of everything and dug in! The lamb Madras with naan was light on the spices and very creamy, while the eggplant was super tasty. The naan was fluffy and full of layers, and the channa masala was light with tons of chickpeas! What a day!

Eating INDIAN FOOD with my DAD!!

???? BRIGHT CELLARS:
???? TOMAS:
???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

Eating Indian food with my dad is one of my favorite things to do. He was one of the first people to believe in me and my dream to travel the world for a living. So any day I get to share one of my passions with him is a good day!

For this video, I partnered up with Bright Cellars, a company that sells incredible wines. I’ve been a wine lover my entire adult life, and it’s a passion that my father and I share.

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

Bright Cellars takes the mystery out of finding great wines by giving you a quick quiz on their site. It asks you all about your favorite flavors and tastes. Once you’re done, they pick from a selection of wines from small vineyards around the world and send them straight to your door!

The wines come with education cards that teach you everything from how to use a corkscrew, to which temperature to serve your wine at, to how to properly store your wine! They also teach you about the best pairings for each wine and each wine’s origin!

We got Dancing Juice, Crypsis, Cactus Park, Mojave Rain, and more. We’d be going with the Mojave Rain Cabernet Sauvignon from California to pair with our Indian feast from Bombay Darbar, my favorite local Indian restaurant. It was full-bodied and very flavorful!

Our spread included chicken tikka masala, chana masala, aloo gobi, saag paneer, garlic naan, paneer naan, and papadum. They’re the basics, which my dad loves! We started with the garlic naan and the chicken tikka masala, which was insane.

The saag paneer was also incredible, as was the stuffed paneer naan. While we ate, we talked about the Indian restaurant I’m going to be opening in Miami soon! I want to have a wide variety of dishes from different Indian states.

I’m also planning trips to Dubai and England very soon to explore the Indian cuisine in these locations! I also have some loose plans of cities I want to hit up when I travel back to India!

After I finished the naan, I mixed the chicken tikka masala gravy with my rice. It was so creamy and full of flavor! Then, because we had no desserts, I ended my meal with papadum with some tamarind chutney!

What a great afternoon of eating Indian food with my dad! And if you’re familiar with the Indian food scene in the UK or Dubai, please drop a comment below and give me some suggestions of where I should go!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in MIAMI!! Lobster Tikka Masala & Royal Sizzler | Florida

???????? SAFFRON MIAMI:
???????? NAMASTE MIAMI:

As you guys may know, when I’m at home in Miami, I crave the food I would normally eat when I travel the world. Especially Indian food. So I decided to go on another eating Indian food for 24 hours adventure, this time in my hometown of Miami, Florida. Join me as I set out to try a lobster tikka masala, a royal sizzler, and more!

I’d be going to two Indian restaurants I’d never visited before and I was so excited! I love checking out new restaurants! My adventure began at Saffron Indian Cuisine in Pinecrest. They serve north and south Indian cuisine there and I could not wait to eat!

???? DAD:
???? WATCH: Eating Indian Food for 24 Hours in Sunrise, Florida:

My adventure began at Saffron Indian Cuisine in Pinecrest. They serve north and south Indian cuisine there and I could not wait to eat! Inside, I met the owner, Danny. The décor inside is meant to resemble the entrance to the City Palace in Jaipur.

The ambiance is very cozy and colorful. They have paintings of the doorways of the palace and a golden Buddha on the walls!

I started with some chai, which is one of my favorite things to drink in Miami. Then, I headed into the kitchen to watch the cooks prepare a bunch of dishes including lobster tikka masala, samosas, gobi Manchurian, sea bass, chicken lollipops, eggplant, a rice dish with dried fruit and cashews, mint paratha, drunken lamb, cheese garlic naan, and more.

I’d never seen a mint paratha before! This north and south Indian feast was going to be incredible!

Danny and I started with the lamb samosa, which was very different and minty. There were so many flavors and textures from the lamb and cilantro. I loved it with the mint-chili-chilantro chutney, but the tamarind chutney was the best for me!

Next were the Bombay-style chicken lollipops, a light gobi Manchurian, sea bass in a rich coconut curry, a mint paratha, sweet saffron naan, garlic naan, and a unique lobster tikka masala. I’d never seen it anywhere!

Next was the tender drunken lamb, tandoori chicken with a mint chutney marination, and baby eggplant. Then, we finished with some creamy kheer and rasmalai.

Then, I headed over to Namaste Miami in Coral Gables. There, I met Shravan, who prepared a special lunch for me. I started with some Sula wine!

They made a thali with lamb, samosa, raita, and salad, as well as tandoori chicken wings, and more. We started with some crisp rice snacks with tamarind chutney.

Next were papdi chaat, a samosa, aloo tikki, and more. The papdi chaat was nice and crunchy, while the aloo tikki was like a crispy fritter.

Then, we had a non-veg platter with a veg kebab and a sweet-and-sour baby corn chili. The chilli chicken wasn’t too spicy, and the tandoori chicken was tender, smoky, and buttery.

I followed that with lamb rogain josh, kadai paneer, chicken tikka masala, goat biryani, dal makhana, bullet naan, and shrimp and momos with gold leaf on top! The goat biryani was nice and light, and I mixed the rice with the curries. The naan with everything on the plate was amazing!

Then, I headed back to my office and then took my leftovers back to my dad. I was so full from eating earlier that I couldn’t eat anything except a few bites of papdi chaat!

He started with the chicken momo with gold leaf and moved on to the papdi chaat before grabbing a bit of everything! He loves Indian food as much as I do and loved trying so many new dishes!
