ఈ ఎండుచేపల కూరలో మేము పండుగప్ప ఎండుచేపలని వాడాము. మీరు దీనిబదులు వేరే ఏదైనా వెరైటీ కూడా వాడుకోవచ్చు. ఈ కూరని తయారుచేసిన పావు గంట తరువాత తినచ్చు, లేదంటే, ఎక్కువ రుచి కోసం మరుసటి రోజువరకూ ఉంచి కూడా తినచ్చు. ఇది వేడివేడి అన్నంలోకి చాలా బాగుంటుంది.
Here we used Pandugappa Dry Fish .You can use any other variety of Dry fish .After cooking please wait for 15 mins and serve .You can either have Dry fish curry in the next day
In this video, we made dry fish curry with beerakai. we can cook dry fish(endu chapalu ) with cucumber, gongura and brinjal also but this dry fish and beerakai (ridgeguard) combination is very famous in Andhra and Telangana very tasty also.
