Is it easy to walk from Guernsey Airport to St Peter Port? ????????
Despite the narrow roads and blind corners, it's quite easy and relatively safe to walk from Guernsey Airport to Saint Peter Port, Guernsey's capital, in about 70 minutes. Here I show you how.

Guernsey roads , will the motorhome fit?
Guernsey roads. The third in our Guernsey series explaining the differences in driving in Guernsey and where you can or can't take your motorhome. Some of the lanes are very narrow but there is still much to explore which is accessible by motorhome.
We show you the rules and where you can get the information and then some of the roads and places you can visit.
In our earlier videos we showed the ferry link and the websites of the 4 sites available and what each has to offer on this beautiful island. We also dispel the myth that you cannot enjoy Guernsey with a motorhome because of our narrow roads.

Glimpses around Guernsey
In this video we show some of the sights around the island of Guernsey. We stopped over on the island as we travelled back from our 10 week road trip through France. It is a fascinating place, with glorious beaches in the south and wonderful sea views from the cliffs in the north. The island was occupied during WW2 so there is a lot of reminders of the war, with fortifications all around the coast line and museums showing how the life of the islanders was changed by the invasion.

I climbed the HIGHEST MOUNTAIN in Guernsey! ????????
To celebrate reaching 1000 subscribers, I decided to take on my biggest challenge yet: summiting the highest mountain in Guernsey! 1,111 metres high.
I left Cobo Bay for Guernsey Base Camp in an 8km (5 mile) hike up some mountain pass. From there, the real challenge began... And the views were spectacular. I've never seen so many Guernsey cows!

Tour description by MSC:
This panoramic tour of Guernsey's wild and rocky coastline also includes a visit to the Little Chapel, which is possibly the world's smallest church. From Saint Peter Port, you head north past the harbour at Saint Sampson and on to L'Ancresse Bay. The parish of Vale, which used to be a separate island, affords fine views of some of the coastal fortifications built during WWII. A short drive inland takes you to the19th-century brick kilns at the Oatlands site for afternoon tea. Then it's on to the cliffs at Pleinmont Point and the broad sandy expanses of Vazon Bay and Rocquaine Bay, the latter of which is also home to Fort Grey and its Martello tower. A scenic drive inland then takes you to the Little Chapel for a short photo stop. Built in 1914 as a miniature version of the grotto at Lourdes, this tiny church is beautifully decorated with seashells, pebbles and colourful shards of broken china. Your tour ends with your return to the ship.
