Blue Corner Palau, the Best Dive Site in the Pacific You Can't miss
Blue Corner in Palau is probably one of the best dive sites in the world and should not be missed when you visit Palau.
With visibility ranging from 45-60 feet on an outgoing tide to 90+ feet on an incoming tide, it is typical to spot all the action coming at you from all around on any given day.
Because of the strong currents at Blue corner is the perfect place to use your reef hook. The reef hook (invented in Palau) is used to keep you safe in one place and to reduce your air consumption, exertion and ultimately to save the reefs from damaging.
When hooked in it’s like standing in the wind and letting the breeze flow over you. Meanwhile, as you relax and stay still the more the action creeps closer and glides along in the currents formed along the reef wall.

Last Dive in Palau 2022 - Siaes Corner - Drifting
This was our last dive on our 2022 trip to Palau. It was our second time here, but the current was much stronger this time around. The current felt like wind blowing across your face, it was amazing. Siaes Corner is about a 45 minute boat ride from Koror and it is not complete without the infamous reef hook. Visibility is anywhere from 45 - 120 feet depending on the tide. We saw tons of blacktop reef sharks, anemones, clown fish, and angel fish Cara really perfected her ring bubbles by the end of this dive. This is a must dive when heading to Palau.

Peleliu is most famous for its WWII history. Peleliu takes about 40 minutes longer to get to than Blue Corner, but it is well worth the extra effort. “Peleliu Corner” one of the dive sites here, is the exact point where the Pacific Ocean and the Philippine Sea meet. The currents tend to be stronger here as well. One famous dive site here is even called “Peleliu Express.”

We invite you to dive Dive Siaes Tunnel here in Palau with us.
| Siaes Tunnel is a spacious cavern, pushing the limits of recreational diving, but it is well worth the venture into the deeper depths to explore what lies within.
Divers are beckoned inside by three decent-size openings along the reef wall, lurking just a little deeper is the largest opening lying at nearly 80 feet (28 meters) that divers use as the entrance to the chamber.
